I have been trying to reach the toll free number [protected] from past 15 days and the ivr says something and cancels my call. I have sent multiple email's and submitted the complaint form several times but there is no response for what so ever reasons.
Your service is pathetic..

Plz restore as soon as otherwise we will change our dth connection.
Reliance BigTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Unable to speak with customers care IVR is not allowing. I want to speak with higher officer in charger. I am receiving worst customer care.
Colors kannada not working for last 2 days

    Dear sir
    Sunnetwork and colour networks channels are not coming from last 30 days my smart card no is[protected] we are customer of Reliance big tv past 2 years I never seen this kind of worst service from any service provider. I tried so many time to customer care number but not contactable please help in resolving the issue asap otherwise we Will chose another service provider and also file the case against your service.

      [protected], it's almost a week all the channels stopped . No response from the customer care also .reliance big TV was the worst service provider. How can u stopped the channels and do not take their complains? . I want this to be resolved in next 24 hrs or I shall change to other operator . And ask others to do same if their problem doesn't resolved.

          From past few days some channels are getting stopped day by day. I am not getting Colors and Sun packages. Even there is no response from customer care numbers.             From last few days, COLORS Hindi, MTV EXT network channels are not getting telecasted and getting message as "Channel Temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons. Service shall resume shortly".

            Almost 20 channels are disconnected (Gemini TV, Gemini movies, Gemini related all channels, ETV, ETV regional channels) etc...

            Even we are not able to reach customer care executive.

                  I have tried to call on call center but not reachable since last one week. Colors and other few channel disconnect by you saying techincal error and no response since last 1 week.                   7. Deactivation of channels/bouquets from subscription.— Every distributor of television
                  channels or its linked local cable operator, as the case may be, shall, upon receiving a request
                  from a subscriber, deactivate the requested channel or bouquet from the subscription of such
                  subscriber as soon as possible, but not later than seventy two hours:
                  Provided that it shall be permissible for the distributor, to refuse such deactivation
                  request if the subscription of such channel or bouquet is within a lock-in period which
                  was declared by the distributor on its website and informed to the subscriber at the
                  time of subscription of such channel or bouquet:

                  Provided further that in case of refusal of deactivation request, the distributor shall
                  communicate the reasons of such refusal to the subscriber through Short Message
                  Service (SMS) to his registered mobile number and through such other means of
                  communication which may be deemed appropriate by the distributor.
                  8. Notice of discontinuation and change in the nature of channel.— (1) Every distributor
                  of television channels shall inform its subscribers about any change in the nature of a channel
                  available on its platform, at least fifteen days prior to the scheduled change, by running
                  scrolls in the concerned channel on television screen and such information shall also be
                  disseminated through customer care programming service.
                  (2) No distributor of television channels shall discontinue any channel available on its
                  platform without giving a prior notice of at least fifteen days to its subscribers by running
                  scrolls in the concerned channel on television screen and such notice shall also be displayed
                  on customer care programming service:
                  Provided that nothing contained in this sub-regulation shall apply in case the
                  discontinuance of the channel has been caused by natural calamities or any technical
                  failure.
                  9. Non availability of channels on distribution platform.— (1) No distributor of
                  television channels shall charge from a subscriber, for any subscribed pay channel or bouquet
                  of pay channels which subsequently becomes unavailable on its platform, from the date when
                  such channel or bouquet becomes unavailable:
                  Provided that if such pay channel was part of a bouquet of pay channels subscribed by
                  any subscriber, the distributor shall reduce the subscription charges of that bouquet
                  payable by such subscriber by the amount equivalent to discounted distributor retail
                  price of that channel, taking into account the discount offered by the distributor on
                  such bouquet vis-a-vis the sum of distributor retail prices of all constituent pay
                  channels.
                  Since its be more than a month now that non of the sun network channel not working itz a yearly plan and very ridculous to replace a channel which not even 1% equivalent to the sun network.So kindly request to look foward for the solution of getting back all the sun network channel .Thank You In Advance.
                  This is third time viewing all Color channels & Udaya Kannada channel are not aired.. Now Big Boss programme is being telecasted in Kannada color channel, but we are deprived of viewing those important episodes.Please try to restore the channels immediately.
                  I have paid one year subscription for reliance BIG TV for all the telugu channels however since last 10 days we have not seen any GEMINI channels in BIG TV and also few ETV channels were missing.

                  This is very serious concern as around 6-7 channel stopped from reliance BIG TV for which we have been paid for.

                    Sunnetwork d colour network channel not coming from 20 days, my smart card no[protected], unable to contact customer care, i have subscribed for annual pack, still 11 months pending, please refund d money back, look like reliance bigtv i'll shut down soon. I have been using reliance big tv from 9yrs first time happening like this, very false promise made by d reliance big tv, at any cost i want my money back. They r picking d calls of customer, just rejecting d call. Very pathetic. I want this resolve d refund my money back.

                      Most of the important channels in package are getting stopped day by day without any information or notification to customer irrespective of agreed in the package. Also customer care is not available to reach and escalate and no point of contact by phone/email/online and what do i do as a customer with this situation by having it recharged for one year and no channels working or no response from the service provider.

                      Hi.. I have recharged for one year south regional package with one more language as add on pack. However, without any prior notice all sun network channels have been removed from service from past one month and now one by one channels have been removed from service. Either the package has to be reinstated with all channels as earlier or refund the charges and address the issues urgently. Also no response from customer care online, call both are not reachable.
                      My reliance set top box is not working since a month. We have contacted Ur customer care but no response. VC No:[protected]
                      I will have to change to other providers and complain to higher authority if it's not resolved
                      No channels are coming even after its monthly recharge.Please provide the solution for this as soon as possible

                        I am getting difficulty to see tv since last 2 days. Some channels are off due to technical reason (Abp maza, ibn lokmat, zee marathi & others) and from yesterday on screen it is showing that poor signal strength — first installation — after pressing ok button there is no any response. Your toll free number is disconnecting the call before reaching to customer care representative. Please call me on my another number [protected] to resolve my problem. Otherwise i have to choose another service provider & also i will complaint towards competent authority.

Color marathi, ibn lokmat and many others on screen error 400 is observing also some chanels are off due to technical reason as per your message on screen.                               Very bad service of big tv we watch sun network channels but since this is an issue at my house what are your plans will sun network channels won't be back to big tv.. If not i will change my set top box connection.. Not only sun network even etv channels to are not working

                                Last 2 month set top box not working. No response of customer care. One year subscription Mony already paid. All customers care nos are on auto answer mode. After recorded message it disconnects. It has been heard that, Big TV is already closed. That is the true, what about subscription Mony already customer paid. Is it company in loss? Pl. resolve the issue.

                                  I m from coimbatore. I m a customer of reliance big tv for tv channel usage. I m not getting sun and ktv chls for the past 20 days. Tried but not able to contact toll free number for resolving the issue. No response from customer care emails. Toll free numbers disconnect my connection. No way to contact customer care. The company has not informed in advance if they have withdrawn the services.

                                    We were not able to view sun network / udaya channel from last 15 days, related to this i tried to contact reliance customer care, but it is not connecting, calls will get disconnect automatically.
                                    I am using reliance big tv from last 9 years with the subscriber number[protected]. Connecting cc is the hectic task. I never seen this kind of worst service from any service provider.
                                    I hope you will understand the pain of the customer and take the necessary action immediately.

                                      My complaint against reliance big tv. My smart card no.[protected]. My tv connection was lost 30days back around 20th sep. It says error 400. I have recharged couple of times and all my money is lost as it is not wokring. I contacted with customer care multiple times, there is no response and nobody is coming to fix it. Still i am facing this issue i got the error code 400 singnal loss. And that customer service is very poor of this service provider...

                                      If anybody look into this issue and take responsbility it's greatfull to me otherwise i have to think about the change service provider...
