Hi,
It's the worst service and customer care i have ever seen in my life where tv channel not updated properly after recharge and even customer care not connecting.
I have recharged yesterday with amount of 2580 rs for 6 months offer but i am not getting proper channel and when i tried reaching customer care then every time its saying due to exigency of service we cannot reach to customer care.

I guess i have done biggest mistake by recharging big tv rather i would have switch to tata sky where atleast customer satisfaction is there.
Please tell me what should i do now or refund my money then i will switch to different vendor rather stick to this big tv where there is no response.
Even menu is not coming properly. Mtv color channel not coming.

    I am facing problem in my reliance big tv that some of channels like gemini channels and etv channels, not showing from last 15 days on my tv error getting 400. Regarding this i called to customer care to refresh my channels on 16-oct-15. But they denied to refresh my channels and disconnect the call.
    I was faced same problem before 1 month which was resolved after refresh channels. Now customer care said that this is not possible without engineer visit.
    Request you to please ask reliance customer care to refresh my channels, and ask him that why can all the channels showing if hardware problem.

    I am facing problem in my Reliance BIG TV that some of Channels like GEMINI CHANNELS AND ETV CHANNELS, not showing from last 15 Days on my TV error getting 400. Regarding this I called to customer care to refresh my channels on 16-Oct-15. but they denied to refresh my Channels and disconnect the call.

      Last one week now colors mtv history n other channels are not working... Pls look into this matter asap. It says channels temporary unavailable due to technical reason s. Service shall resume shortly. But i dont understand the shorty means its bein one week i am seeing this message. Request u to take action immediatetly and resume all the disconnected channels asap. Its really pathetic no customer service no. S are working nor the email. I dont know whether u people exist or not. 9r else i need to shift to other dth service provider.

        I have recharged my account with 270 rs. But still it shows account suspended. I tried to call customer care but that is not working. I checked my balance but recharged amount is not added in my previous balance.. Pls do needful action.. Thanks. As well as some channels are not working example colors and mtv pls look into it..

          Since one week i am trying to connect costumer care of bigtv. There is no response from them (Due to emergency our service is not working)
          This massage coming only.

          Colour tv, mtv and other shopping channels not coming on my tv.
          Please do the need full asap. Otherwise i will fire the case against big tv from consumers court.

          I got a call mob.no-09294923136 today morning at 9.30am he told me your problem resolved. Then I check my TV but problem not solved. Then I call on mob.no.09294923136 and I told him problem is still there. He told me I will solved the problem but I will take charge from you. I said enough balance on my smart card. Then I told him I want to talk your senior persons give them call. Then he start me abusing me so many times. I told him why you abusing me Then he continuing abusing me.             I am facing similar issues of colors and history Channel not displayed even after paying for the channel. The error displayed is cannot display due to technical errors.
            The most frustrating part is customer care which is useless as they are not taking calls for last 1 week.
            Reliance sucks big time.
            Will wait for my package to finish and switch over.

              I have subscribed for annual package. From past 1 month some channels are not coming, they are not showing in channel list itself.

              All sun network channels
              Gemini tv, gemini comedy, gemini music, gemini life, gemini movies etc.

              Note: these channels are missing in the all channels list itself, no error

              Some times etv also not coming

              I have done some trouble shooting, manual channel scanning as well.

              Customer care is not at all working, tried contacting multiple times it says service currently stopped.

              This is not at all fair, please resolve my problem immediately. Otherwise please refund my money. This is cheating only.

                All Gemini and Etv network channels have been suspended from more than 2 weeks without any prior notice. 13 channels (out of a regional pack of total 30 channels) were suspended. And they are not even available with toll free number.
                I'm not able to talk with their customer care executive. They are saying the service is temporarily unavailable to converse with their executive.

                  Gemini stopped coming from 2 weeks, i am checking daily if it's back, but to my surprise even etv channels also went down. I didn't understand how you could be so irresponsible. Just think for yourself, for what we are paying money. It's acceptable if you delay for 2-3 days but you took 2 weeks and still didn't taken any action. I will shift to tata sky if this problem persists for an other week and forget about your money.
                  Proper action is needed or you will loose ur customers...

                    Complaint: many tv channels including regional channels are removed since a month now. Everyday we notice that randomly, channels are being discontinued without any notice from reliance bigtv. This is completely unethical and against consumer rights. I have recharged 3 months subscription recently and hence unable to change the dtv service. Otherwise i would prefer to throw away this bigtv. I have made innumerable calls to customer care number[protected] and some other numbers. I have sent multiple emails to customercare. Reliancedigitaltv.com and cshead. Reliancedigitaltv.com. But i did not get proper response. The call gets disconnected even after several attempts.

                    I want the channels to be restored. Also, i seek refund to all the loss incurred due to channels discontinuation.

                      My smart card number is[protected], i trying to call customer care from last one month and call not connecting. Sun network and colors network channels are removed which is in the base pack (Regional language packs).

                      So please resolve this issue or close my connection permanently, return my recharged amount so that i can shiift to new connection.

                        I recharged my gold pack for 24 months on feb 1 2017 for rs. 9360.
                        Just completed only 8 months.
                        Now considering the current situations of big tv of not broadcasting all sun channels, i need refund for balance 16 months from big tv to proceed with new connection with other dth.
                        Need help from consumer complaints team on getting the refund from big tv.

                          This issue is persisting since 3 days. This has happened in the past as well when it lasted for a week! I am just unable to contact anybody, neither on phone nor email. Kindly resolve the issue soon and do something so that this doesn't repeat often! Smart card number[protected]. Channels affected 220 (Colors), 902 (Colors marathi), 556 (History tv 18), 913 (Ibn lokmat) and many more!

                          When we switch on the tv it will ishows the no signal after few minutes ( min 30minutes) after it will be in signal. so plz take this complaint. as soon as possible plz solve this problem.
                          I have Reliance Big TV Set up Box which was used last 10 years but some couple of days i have facing many issue trying to reach customer care service but not getting any response.

                          After paying annual package Rs. 3600/_ for Regional - South Plan. Since last couple of month few channels have been deactivated without intimation. Several complaints has been registered. But no proper response from dealer and customet care of Reliance Big TV. As dealer says it is not my responsibility, so dont call me again.

                            I do not understand what is the problem with reliance.. Colors and mtv are not coming since 2 days.. It says due to technical reasons channel is not available.. I want to see colors channel i give money for it.. Every time i try to call customer care it doesn't works.. Having been a reliance loyal customer since long it clearly disturbs me.. Can you please resolve it asap.. Asap.

                                Sun networks channels has been cut off from past 15 days and colors channels from 3days with technical error which is occurring second time.

                                Sun networks channels are replaced with new music channels which is not required. Customer care never connects and says limit crossed. One of the worst experience with the dth.

                                Please ask ambani to connect to customer care number for checking to feel customer experience with customer care.

                                Thought of recharging for 1 year but now planning to change the dth.

                                Still issue is not been taken care .. Worst service . Pls request big tv team to return back setup box amount and recharge amount or service should be transferred to some other networks
                                Without any prior notice sun nwk channels are removed from big tv reliance dth. Customer care phone number too not working. I have already submitted my complaints to the customer service email desk. Saw more people complaint about the same in social media. If this is not possible means redeposit my money, we will switch to some other dth service.
                                Is there any consumer court to complaint
                                Is there any way to raise a complaint in court against DTH, Even i asked supplier for customer service and they are helpless in resolving it. its going to more than 20 days for sun networks and 13 days for colors channels. One of the biggest show bigboss is relayed on colors which is being missed from 2 weeks. I hate to switch on the TV because of Big DTH with no channels relayed.

                                  All the channels are showing error 400 and even on some channels they are showing channels unavailable
                                  And we purchase some channels (956 & 957) they are showing on that channels error 200.
                                  We are continuously calling to costomer care but they are not picking the call o[censored]s
                                  Now i think i should change my set up box into another company rather than reliance.

                                      Almost all channels show error 400, even in bright weather.

                                      The subscription is very much active.
                                      Many phone calls are sent to their customer service phones.
                                      Reliance has become very big, to handle small customers.
                                      Thinking of changing the service provider.

                                        We in our family see teluvu channel, in that main etv and gemini tv are disconneted. Then what is the use of paying u, money. Frustrated complaining. No response.

                                        Complaints booked, no response.

                                        Dailing to care also no response after entering all particular

                                        So no resolution, we subscribe for yearly pack. So moving out is cull waste of money.

                                        Now i have a zero trust in the company
