I have been a customer of reliance big tv for past 10 years and i have never faced such a problem with customer care and network issue. For past 1 month, most of the channels are getting constantly disconnected (Channels like star world, star movies, channel v, regional channels, shalom tv, sony, 9xm and many more). Have been trying the 2 customer care no ending in 9001 and 6666 for the past month, but the 1st no. Says that "due to emergency, we can't respond now", and the 2nd no. Is coming as an invalid no. Nodal officer's no., who is based in chandigarh, is constantly busy, anytime of the day. We have no means of communication with the company for past 1 month - is reliance big tv shutting down, to have degraded so horribly after such good services previously? Many of the international& national channels which were provided before have also been stopped, with no new channels being added. If so, please let us know in advance and pay our money back from last month onwards.
