I am from karnataka (Davanagere). So many channels including all sun network channels, etv channels, and maa tv channels are not telecasting since 3 weeks. Please look into this issue immidiately. My dth number[protected]. Will be waiting for your response atleast in next 48 hours. Otherwise i would be switching my network to someother for sure. Reliance such a huge network. I dont know why is unable to provide proper support. If you are unable to maintain your business, please shutdown. Dont waste peoples money. We are already affected with this gst.

I am facing so much problem for my big tv, telugu channels are not coming properly from past month.
E tv, gemini channel are not working properly.
There is no option for all the sun network channel stopped i. E all the gemini tv channel are not working.
If i switch to etv channel error is displaying as "dear customer channel temporary unavailable due to technical reasons service will resume shortly".
What is the meaning of shortly it will take months and months?
How much time you will take to resolve the issue.
I want my money back other wise provide the subscription for those days.

I am trying to connecting to big tv customer care service executive it is not getting connected.
If i tried again for the second time your maximum limits are reached to talk with our executives.
I am totally sick of their service. Reliance has such a bad care less service to the customers.

There are lot of customers are already complaining about this issue, but still reliance is not taking any action. Being one of the big firm, service is literally bad. I am sure, customers (Including me) are definitely swap to some other provider if the same message keep on coming. And big tv have a very pathetic customer care department, they are least bother about customers query and peoples need loads of patience to connect to them. When this issue can be settled, if we fail to pay even for single day, are they providing service, if they can't provide then why they do all this with customers money. I don't know whether the top management of reliance knows this issue. Henceforth i won't prepare any of reliance service.

My account no.[protected], we have subscribed the service for 1 year, from past 2 months they are giving worst service, many channels has been removed in between, (All sun networks and colour channels) to raise the issue if we call to customer care center, instead of caring they are neglecting the customer by not connecting to the respected person. Very much disappointed by the service.

My sc no:[protected], activation date:01/10/08. On 27/09/2017 i have recharged for rs, 3000/- (Thee thousand only) for continuation of dth service for one year, but suddenly with any proper information all the sun network channel stopped i. E all the gemini tv channel are not working they informed same before recharging, i can change to local cable network or shift to some other dth or digital media for my tv viewing. So please ask them to refund my amount after deducting this month charge, so that i want to connect some other dth available in my place, guntur, andhra pradesh

I'm trying to recharge my big tv since last two days, doesn't matter whatever amount you put its saying invalid amount, tried recharge with ivr, paytm. Mobikwik and several other payment gateway all gets failed and my amount deducted, even your customecare executives are not available since last two days. This is really frustrating none of your services are online as of now.

Gemini network channels and etv is not coming for past three weeks. Other service providers are giving sun telugu channels. Without informing us you removed these channels which is not acceptable for us. Provide immediately sun telugu and etv channels. Smart card no[protected] name b jaya, hyderabad. We made several attempts by toll free number to talk to customer executive. We unable to contact them. We request you to provide the sun tv telugu channels at the immediately other wise we will change the service provider for sure... I

We are using dth service of relaince big tv, since a week service is not giving properly, some of the channels are not telecasting which are in our package, regarding this we are trying to contact customer care to register complaint but they are not responding to our concerns, kindly take this necessary action for worst service.

My smart card no.[protected]. Last month nearly 10 days etv channels have not come. After restoring of etv channels, gemini tv channels are not coming and these channels have been replaced with vanitha, studio one etc. Without any intimation to the customer. Again, since yesterday etv channels are not coming. It is not correct to suffer customers. Also there is not communications from service providers regarding disappearing of these channels....

Sun tv tamil package is not coming for past three weeks. Other service providers are giving sun tamil channels. Without informing us you removed these channels which is not acceptable for us. Provide immediately sun tamil channels. Smart card no[protected] name n srinivasan, bangalore. We made several attempts by toll free number to talk to customer executive. We unable to contact them. We request you to provide the sun tv tamil channels at the earliest other wise we will change the service provider.

My big tv no[protected] my name imthiaz ahmed since last 20 days i am unable to view gemini, sun t. V, sony mix, k. T. V, colours and etc & many other channels have been discarded why?? And also tried calling customer care with the same but unable to register my complaint as it is been disconnected every time.
Please revert back to me n resolve my problem.

Few days back sun network channels was not telecasting due to technical reasons for 2 weeks but after it it was stopped and some new chanelles were resumed in place of it. But we are missing a lot of programmes on it. And now we are seeing a link as technical problem and the chanell will be resumed shortly on colors network i. E.., in colors kannada and colors super and we are thinking that it will also get replaced. Again we misses lot more programmes. Please take a seviour action on it and telecast sun network on digital tv as soon as possible

How come you people replace channels with other useless channels without any prior notice this is what most annoying im using big tv from past 10 yrs is this the value you give it to your valuable customer... Its just ridiculous... From 10 days sun network channels are replaced... This needs to be fixed asap... Otherwise we need to complaint to higher authoroties...

My privious pack is silver pack, i had change to jumbo intertainment pack, but no any change in channels&chargefor jumbo pack. I tried to call custmercare seversl times but not able to connect from last one month. This is very disappointing&irresponsible attitude. Presently i am not recharge connection &account today is suspended. I want to change pack to hd pack of rs.550. Pl. Contact me & assure for this than iam recharge my connection

I had subscribed for 1 year subscription for reliance big tv which includes sun network channel kannada and telugu but from last one week there is no service of that channels. Reliance big tv customer care is not connecting to a customer care executive. This is the worst service i have experienced ever. Now even colors kannada channel is also not working. I have been a customer of reliance big tv for past 10 years and i have never faced such a problem with customer care and network issue. For past 1 month, most of the channels are getting constantly disconnected (Channels like star world, star movies, channel v, regional channels, shalom tv, sony, 9xm and many more). Have been trying the 2 customer care no ending in 9001 and 6666 for the past month, but the 1st no. Says that "due to emergency, we can't respond now", and the 2nd no. Is coming as an invalid no. Nodal officer's no., who is based in chandigarh, is constantly busy, anytime of the day. We have no means of communication with the company for past 1 month - is reliance big tv shutting down, to have degraded so horribly after such good services previously? Many of the international& national channels which were provided before have also been stopped, with no new channels being added. If so, please let us know in advance and pay our money back from last month onwards.

There are two major complaint first one is i have recharged pack, every month i am getting few channels, but from this month m not getting many kannada channel like udaya, colour kannada etc etc and many other and second complaint is if i call to customer care, they are disconnecting call, if call is disconnecting, then what is use o[censored]r services.

Reg: error - 400 - on screen

Reliance digital tv not working from 29.08.2017 as the screen shows error 400.
Complained to customer care no: [protected] many times. They say they registered complaint for technician.
They are not giving scope to speak to the operator. It says "this facility is temporarily suspended

I have subscribed for yearly pack which should last by march 2018.

Kindly look into the issue or refund my amount
