Completely stopped visibility of any of the channels, since 5 days and more now.
Lodged complaint with your phone number 5 days ago with assurance of visit within maximum 24 hours.
Were told it was some antenna, dish or cable or set top box issue.
However, no one comes nor any one contacts.
Have 2 year all paid subscription running of all channels.
Called multiple times to your toll free complaint number but each time told ---- can not reach server, server is low, call later since last 5 days atleast 17 times, in spite of calling multiple times. They are also not taking any complaints offline.
Just dont know why it takes so long for technician to visit?
why the servers are mostly down or slow most of the times .. experience of last 7 years or so ...and why nothing is done about it?
If their servers are down, why cant they take off line compalints and call back when server comes up? WHY THEY WANT CUSTOMER TO SUFFER AND KEEP ON CALLING?
Why set top boxes fail so frequently, already 4 times in last 3 year or so.
When will they come?
Reliance BigTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I booked Reliance Big TV on 10/3/18 for Rs. 499/- bearing Payment ID.[protected]. Till date nobody came to install Reliance Big TV in my house. Please check and pass on instruction to concern person. An early action highly appreciated.
