I wanted to cancel my reliance big tv prebooking and want my refund of 499rs bacause when i prebooked 40 days i got message that the installation will be done within 40 days, but even after several follow up i did not get any installation call. I dont want this kind of support in future also so i decided not to go for reliance big tv. Please refund my money back. I only have booking id which i receieved after prebooking. Booking id is 12975822 cancel this booking and immediately refund my money.

    Hi. I am a consumer of reliance big tv. My smart card number is[protected]. My srvices has been stopped and i am getting a 'signal lost' / 'error 400' message for more than 9 hours now. After calling the customer service department of reliance big tv first time they told me that there is an issue with their servers and that the services will begin in a while. While the services remain suspended, i tried calling them again several times and each time they told me that the service will be restored within half an hour. And there is no proper reason given by them as to why the signal is lost.

      On 12 march 2018, after seeing in a news paper reliance big tv ad. i have paid Rs 499.00 to Reliance through "payumoney" as advance booking for Reliance big TV.
      Now no response from reliance till date n i complaint to reliance dealer too but he says no phone no. Registered as desired.
      What i do now?
      Payment no. OTHPG-523400 pay PAYU MONEY GURGAON.

        Applied online on INDEPENDENT TV Site for a new connection making payment of Rs 1999.00. Their official visited on 24th Dec, did partial installation of equipment, charged me for Installation, cost of Cable & cost of connectors. Promised to visit next day for completion of installation. No one visited later to complete installation. Everyday since 24th Dec I am calling Customer Care. They say the Connection is ACTIVE at their end that means the meter is already running against my subscription but installation is not done. Sent eMails also but in vain. It clearly is a case of cheating by such a big company.

          Hi,

            I applied new connection through online. I paid 499 . March 10 th 2018 but not yet received. My mobile no [protected]. I want know I will get or not. Or refund my amount 499. Reliance big TV. Whenever I called to customer care they told wrong information.. Reliance big TV I booked before 9 month finishes. But they not given my connections. They given always wrong commitment so pls kindly resolve my issues..

              Completely stopped visibility of any of the channels, since 5 days and more now.
              Lodged complaint with your phone number 5 days ago with assurance of visit within maximum 24 hours.
              Were told it was some antenna, dish or cable or set top box issue.
              However, no one comes nor any one contacts.
              Have 2 year all paid subscription running of all channels.
              Called multiple times to your toll free complaint number but each time told ---- can not reach server, server is low, call later since last 5 days atleast 17 times, in spite of calling multiple times. They are also not taking any complaints offline.

              Just dont know why it takes so long for technician to visit?
              why the servers are mostly down or slow most of the times .. experience of last 7 years or so ...and why nothing is done about it?
              If their servers are down, why cant they take off line compalints and call back when server comes up? WHY THEY WANT CUSTOMER TO SUFFER AND KEEP ON CALLING?
              Why set top boxes fail so frequently, already 4 times in last 3 year or so.

              When will they come?

                  Paid amount of 2000 rupees for reliance independent tv. But until now they didn't installed the setup box. It is time waste to speak about their customer support. They don't have any info except "10 to 15 working days". Not happy with them. Sent an email to refund my money. I don't know how much time will they take to respond my email and refunding my money back.

                      Reliance digital tv is a big scam neither they are doing installation nor they are refunding money. i have booked my connection on 13 june 2018 booking id 14551860. tried many times with customer care for follow up but they are only giving dates. they are not having proper information about any thing . now only i need my refund.

                            Problem: poor signal connection, non-availability of channels, sound issues, unresponsive mail service and customer service. Hd channels not truly hd, regular channels have blurred video.

                            Resolution : refund the amount 499 as soon as possible or we will have to take it up to consumer court.

                              I have booked independent tv on 30/11/2018 but still i have not received any respond form technician to installation process. As already i had called to customer people but no body is not responding the same.

                              I tried calling customer care of so called independent tv (Reliance big tv) but unable to contact them, also i send the mail but did not received any mails from their side.

                              As local dealer are now providing the connection can we trust on them as the company itself is not responding.

                                  I have booked the new dth connection in my march 2018. But the installation havn't done till now. Its nearly about 10 months since i.m waiting for the installation. There is no response from the customer care they only have one line: sir, please wait for one week will install your connection in upcoming week. Please install the dth or return my booking amount so that i.ll choose other dth operator.

                                    Hi i have pre-booked and prepaid for a reliance big tv new subscription through their offer in their official website like 8 months ago and i received a confirmation message from them by 10th april 2018 follows "congratulations! For booking your rbig tv connection. Installation will be done between 30 to 45 days. Your booking id is 14503938 and no of connections 1" but nothing happened even after those mentioned days then again i received a message on 3rd may 2018 "dear customer, we appreciate your patience and would like to inform you that installation of your new big tv connection will commence from 15th june 2018. For any further queries please write at [protected]@rbtv.in" but still no response from them even after made complaints in their official website and mentioned mail id's, i had paid rs.499/- imagine how many millions of people paid that amt and look how big this scam is...

                                        I had done the pre booking in the month of march'18. The commitment from the company was to install the connection within 45 days. However even after a number of calls and mails i didn't get anything, neither the connection nor any confirmatory information regarding the same. My booking id is[protected].
                                        Kindly, provide the connection as soon as possible or if you can't provide the connection tell me the truth and also the process of refund.
