I have booked this dth on 23/11/2018 (R[protected] and company committed to provide connection within 10-15 working days. I disconnected my existing connection after believing that i will get reliance connection, but i must admit service can never be improved.
I sent email to [protected]@independenttv.in, [protected]@rbtv.in,
[protected]@rbtv.in, shainaz. [protected]@relianceada.com, no response.
I've called customer care as well, and i get as usual response that it will be done in 5-7 days... Every time i call, same response. I've informed to cancel my booking, but they refused so i am writing this to this group as directed. Customer care is unprofessional and disconnecting my call so i do not understand what they are expecting. I have sent more than 100+ emails and doing regular follow up, but looks like this is also a scheme of taking peoples money.
Kindly cancel my booking and refund my amount paid to reliance rs.1999. I've to cancel this connection to avoid future problems related to this.
Let me know how many days it will take to get the connection closed and processing refund.

Updated by Dhani Yadav Reliance Independent installation team called me today and asking for some more money over and above installation charges to provide the connection. They said if you don't provide any more money, we will not setup the connection.
It's very unfortunate that despite paying full amount for new DTH connection (1999) + Installation Charges (Rs. 250), Installation team asking for additional money to provide the connection.
