I installed new reliance big tv connection from installation day about 90% channels are seen in cinemascope while 10% channels are seen in full screen in our city no mechanical available to solve the problem and when advertisement starts. The screen become too short to solve this problem. I call customer care but they cannot solve the problem so. Kindly give the priority to solve the problem

Beg to say that i buy online setup box on 03/12/2018. And i get id on next day id.[protected]. Name of vivek yadav. Daily customer executive says tomorrow your tv install but noone came to install. & never tell about dealer or technicians name or number. There is no other number where i do complaint i dont know what i do please do me a favor. Please install this dth as soon as possible....

My independent tv is showing error 400 signal lost since 6 days i have registered complaint 3 time on customer care number my recent compalaint number is 1338824
But till no hearing and no body come to see my independent tv problem it is worst service than any other dth provider, tired...

I booked independence TV at 17 November 2018
but today date 19 December 2018 not come the independence dice that I can gave my money back
Give me answer fast
You will be not give refund fast than I take action for you
I am sent many emails but answer give is addresse not be found
I was called in independence TV customer care number but he wasn't give sure answer...

Last 3 day's i am trying to contact with toll free help center but it is not reachable, i am not having any idea how many day's it will take to refund my money.
I hope my problem will resolve soon & will gate my money back.

I have booked a Reliance digital TV connection on 04/03/2018. I have not received any detail/update regarding delivery.

I wanted to cancel my reliance big tv prebooking and want my refund of rs. 998/- bacause when i prebooked 40 days i got message that the installation will be done within 40 days, but even after several follow up i did not get any installation call. I have done this transaction on 19th march for subscription of reliance digital tv. Even after 9+ months, till date i have not received any installation request or any information. Their call center is shut down now; even before 5 months i have contacted them there was not firm response on when the dish tv will be commissioned.
I think this is a big fraud by anil ambani led reliance big tv. They are not taking any action by refund...

I have applied for new connection on 23.11.2018 and paid rs 2000. My booking id is r[protected] cust id [protected].
After completion of 23 days i didn't get connection.
I have called customer care 4 times but they are not clearly tell about when i will get my connection. Every time they are telling in one week i will get connection.
They are not provided local dealer details
Even they not canceling my order and...

I have made the payment for new connection on 29th october & my booking id is r70007914. Nobody has come for the installation after 1.5 months despite so many follow ups on customer care number. Every time they give me false commitments.

I have advance booked reliance big tv by paying rs.499/- on dt-20.03.2018.
As per rule company completes the installation within 30 to 45 days, but still the installation is pending.
Since the last 2 months company's employees & distributers only say that today the installation...
