Whenever i call on toll free number they ensure to set the connection within one week, but this reply is being given since last 06 months.

    I had applied for new dth connection (Independent tv) on 01/11/2018 through online payment. I did not get connection or refund still now. I have to face mental, psychological and economical problem regarding this. I had talked customer care representative regarding this many times. Alwaysthey only told after a week your problem will be solve. I did not get connection or refund. Today i talked company customer care representative regarding this but his behave to talk is not good. Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

      I booked the reliance big tv on 2nd october 2018 by paying the amount of rs.499/-. I received the receipt from the company for the pre booking payment of rs.499. The company had mentioned the booking id number 14561002 through email. The company of reliance digital tv had said that the connection will be made within 45 days from the date of pre booking. Now it is around 75 days over but i have not received the tv set up box. I had called the service center several times but i had not receive the favorable reply. They are telling to me that myself receive the tv within a week. I heard the same sentence more than five times when i call to them through telephone. I have no hopes of getting the tv. Now i have a doubt about their service after the installation. You just think of it. They had not fulfilled the promise before installation then how can we believe their service further?. I request to refund the amount of rs.499/-.

        Hello,
        This complaint is regarding installation of reliance dth at my home but shopkeeper had not given antenna as with setupbox and told us that it is chargeble and given suggestion to install this setupbox with airtel antenna that was installed earlier this one is fake notification given by that person and secondly when i face some issue in signal after some days as its showing no signal now and had contacted toll free helpline they have refreshed my setupbox 3 times but still it not working and than they registered a complaint regarding arranging of technician and when i continue call customer helpline now they told that u have to call shopkeeper for this complaint and when i called shopkeeper he denied saying that he cant do anything in this now m trapped what to do now this is company service.?

          My name is kalamljeet Singh from ludhiana punjab.
          We prebooked reliance BigTV connection online by paying 500/- and got confirmation message also.

          As the commitment it was said within 40days, they will provide the connection but after several followups for months I didn't got any satisfactory revert from customer care.

          So requesting you to refund 500 for prebooking amount as Connection not installed as per commitment from company for several months.

            I wanted to cancel my reliance big tv prebooking and want my refund of 499rs bacause when i prebooked 40 days i got message that the installation will be done within 40 days, but even after several follow up i did not get any installation call. I dont want this kind of support in future also so i decided not to go for reliance big tv. Please refund my money back. I only have booking id which i receieved after prebooking. Booking id is 14526582. Cancel this booking and immediately refund my money.

                I have booked a connection for the subject DTH under id no. 14527935 on 26/03/18. The company has provided me another id no. [protected] and confirmed that hardware items for the same have been issued to the installing vendor but the thing has not been installed yet. Additionally, the helpline people are not giving any useful information/ response.

                I'm feeling cheated and would like refund of booking amount. Kindly expedite he matter.

                  Please cancel my connection as you guys are not properly responding and not installing the new connection and whenever i call customer care they saying like wait for 7 more working days, this answer i receive every time i called to customer care, so far i have called more than 100 time to customer care and waiting more than 45 days, so please cancel my connection and refund the amount.

                  I booked connection on October - 27th and received below msg on November - 2nd but till now no one came and installed the connection.

                  That distributor is saying that we are not getting amount from Independent TV thats why we will not come and install the connection, i am not sure whether they guys are giving the connection hardware and amount to the distributor.

On 4 oct i had call them they said again your data is not found please give me your detail and your data will be update in 7 working days on 12 oct they said again your data is not found when your data is update we will inform you i think this is a big fraud. Now what will i do, i think my 2495 rs is gone,

                        I have paid 1999 rupees to independent tv for a new connection in hyderabad on 18th oct. Till date they haven't installed my connection. I am fed up with speaking with customer care and dropping emails for my connection status. They always responds saying that they will install within 7 working days. But that 7 days never came yet. I need an immediate installation or return my money back.

                        This is the message i got after my payment

                                My dth num is[protected]. I have paid rs 2738 in feb 2018. Since then i did not get any service from reliance. I have now changed my dth connection. I want my refund of the amt. Everytime i call customer care they disconnect my call stating servers are down and not connection to senior as well. Worst pathetic service. Mentally they have harassed me since a year. Reliance refund my full amount asap.

                                  We have taken new connection 2 months back. Now we are not getting signal. It is showing as no signal from last 1 month. I have called many times to customer service, they are saying that they are refreshing and i will get channels but it's not happening. Not sending technician also.                                       I had booked reliance big tv on march 2nd at around 12 am in reliance site by paying 499/-. My booking id is 12514215 and my registered mobile number is [protected]. Received a local call from distributor on september saying that installation will be completed on september 20 but after that no information at all. When i tried to call back got message that number ([protected]) is switched off. Each time starting from october when i call reliance big tv customer care got reply that connection will be provided on weekend. Many weeks passed by and same reply from customer care guys. I had sent multiple follow emails to [protected]@rbtv.in requesting status, but no reply at all.

But it has been come to know that *black* of big tv is going on in our area by the distributor. I will wait for one week for the same and then proceed to consumer court for mental harrassment.
