Reliance didn't install my setup box on given time (30-45 days) as promised. And now got message setup box installation will be in june 2018. I was make my order on 8th march 2018. Now, i want my refund of 500/- back. But nobody giving me right information about this.
I called on[protected] for refund on every month. They told me they have no information about refunding and they suggest me to do mail on [protected]@rbtv.in.
I also sent a mail on [protected]@rbtv.in many times. But didn't get any updates.

Now, i have purchased other setup box from market. So, i need my refund only

I have already send bank information.

      Hi,
      I wanted to cancel my reliance big tv prebooking and want my refund of 499rs bacause when i prebooked 40 days i got message that the installation will be done within 40 days, but even after several follow up i did not get any installation call. I dont want this kind of support in future also so i decided not to go for reliance big tv. Please refund my money back. I only have booking id which i receieved after prebooking. Booking date 08.03.218 & booking id is 14513319. So cancel this booking and immediately refund my money.

        Sir i recharge 1499 plan but my all channel not active i call customer care [protected] 30 or more time but not solve my problem so you complaint and solve my problem early my smart card no.[protected] sir i when calling customer care he was saying your complaint solve after 24 hours but my problem stay connected and sometime call not connect so you solve my problem

          I have booked reliance big tv dtc on 11th March 2018. Dth was installed on 13th Nov.2018. set top box hangover problem is started after 3-4 days. I went 10 days out of station to not lodge complaint to customer care . When set top box is hang, no remote button is working. Then I directly power off from electricity board/swtich.
          I contact to customer care regularly from 24 th Nov. 2018

          When I contact again[protected] & assured to me with in 3 days your problem is solved
          Again I contact regularly 28 Nov, 29 Nov, 30 Nov & ...
          They are give me assurance every time your set top is exchange next 24 hours.
          I feel no recommendation to any one to booked Reliance Big TV/DTH.

            We booked reliance dish tv new connection by paying 1999 and never got any communication from them. After several attempts to contact them we finally received a communication after a delay. We meanwhile bought a different connection and now looking for refund. I need my refund immediately as i've already contacted them in several ways for the same but have received no response. I do not want to go to consumer court as i don't have time to waste. However if i don't get my refund within 15 days that will be the only option left with me.

            Sir I have reliance independent tv connection with subscriber is 69898530 in which channel no 511 and 510 continue showing error 400 while other channel runs smoothly please solve my problem as soon as possible as I tried no. Of times on your customer care no but they did not too

              I booked the reliance big tv connection on 1st march 2018, till now 2nd december 2018, their is no any response from company. Many times i have called to company customer care number, they give time of 24 hours and took call on hold upto 30 to 40 minutes. After 10month long timewait, company could not provide me any service. When i call to customer care number they said that your problem will be solved with in 24 hours but till 2nd december problem is not solved.

              When will be the set top box installation done, share the exact date. Your customer care executive telling that you will get set top box within 7 days since last one month, you can check the call details.
              Expedite the matter otherwise I will complaint in consumer forum.
              Hi this is abhishek. My registered mobile no. Is [protected]. Hope you will get all details from this number. I didn't get D2H connection after 2 months. I am complaining last one month & getting reply within 1 week i will get connection. Last 2 weeks your customer care number is also not reachable.
              As 2 months before i registered for independent TV & paid 500 rupees. Last one month i am contentiously following up but still i didn't get connection. They told they will provide with in one week. But i don't. So please refund my money. my customer id is [protected]. Last 2 days their customer complain toll free number is also not working.

                Dear sir,

                I booked rbig tv connection on dated 15th march 2018 and my registered number was 14524303 and 14552296. As per they said that all sd channels were free for 5 years & all hd channels are free for 3 years.
                But inspite of rbig tv dth, the new company named "independent tv" has installed the dth at my home.

                This was totally fraud by rbig tv dth.
                The quality was very poor and the pack was converted into 5 years free (Fta) free to air channels only.

                This was not per as described in the advertisement by reliance big digital tv.

                Look into the matter and do the needful action asap

                There are so many cases of this type of Frauds
                I booked RBTV set top box on 14th June-2018. Till date they did not install the box. almost 6 months past, when ever i called, every time they were promising for a week. After all this i asked them to cancel my booking several times, but not yet cancelled.

                Hopefully my problem will get resolved now.

                Still no response received.
                With the ref. Above subject, error 400 pop up on screen again and again and screen gets locks for some seconds which irritates us and also while calling on customcare number it seems busy and unable to contact..
                Not happy with yr service and immediate action shall be appreciated!!
                I have paid on 15th October for full year package, didn't get installation till now, customer care always says wait for 7-10 days and cuts the call while talking, worst service, not refunding amount.

                  Sir i am umakant sharma i have booked independent tv connection which is also know by reliance big tv d2h connection from http://independenttv.in/ by paying rs2000/- amount on 16 october 2018. At the time booking before booking when i asked they told it will be installed within 7 day. But after that when called they said sir it will take more 7 day. Now its first december came still no connection installed. Whenever i called them they told sir up to 19th nov we will install and on 19 th when call they told sir 1 week more to install from 19 th calling then daily but single reply only sir 5-7 day will install. Finalyy on 29th nov they told sir on 30th nov evening they will install. We have assign technical but its today 1 dec nothing happened now when today called they said it will some more days to install. Its too enough every time i ma recharging my old connection by rs 100 every time they are extending date. Totally harrased by them nither they are refunding amount nor providing connection. But their resseller selling @overprice and they are not providing connection from whom they have taken whole amount its totally rediculous. If its not resolved i will go and file a complaint on consumer court behalf of fraudant or otherwise telecommunication department should take action on this

                    I had booked my connection on 18-10-18 with on making online payment of rs.1999/- and still it has been not installed
                    customer care every time saying will be install within 7days and not replied any mail
                    In my tv there is error coming error 200 and cant be resolved from 02 days i removed and put the card but there ia nk changes happen even called customer care but not responded and told called after 01 hour as our system is not working cam it resolved earliest.

                      I get connection 20days back... From the beginning of installation i am complaining about not viewing the hd and sports channels...75%of channels are not coming repeatedly it showing error-400signal lost... I made 30 to 40 calls to customer care as well as local service center but yet to nobody responding and yet to not solve my problem... So, i kindly requesting to solve my problem

                          My tv is not getting signal and not showing any error code. It can be a technical fault. But ur customer support is 3rd grade not giving proper solution they are saying that technician will visit within 7 week. Do u know where will ur company stay in today's competition. Thats a very bad ant irresponsible work.

                              I have pre booked on mrp 499. The company was have to deliver the product within 45 days but after 6 moth i didnot get any product. So please give my product or give my money back. I have many time contacted with customer service and they told me to wait few days. And from last one month the customer service also not responding from my no. So please look at the matter and help me to solve my problem

                                I brought reliance big TV new connection and paid the all amount for that 1999rs. But no any response from company yet to set DTH in my home. I brought this connection in 9 November 2018 and that time they said installation will be done within 10-15 days.                                     As per reliance digital tv offer on their website (https://reliancedigitaltv.com/home.html), i booked 2 reliance digital dth connections on 2nd march 2018. My booking ids are

                                    After successful booking, response message came from reliance digital tv side says it will be installed within 30 to 45 days. Now 9 months (270 days) time over, but still any installation not happened from reliance digital tv end. I contacted multiple times over phone to reliance digitaltv customer care number (‭[protected]‬) which i got from website. Every time customer care executives are telling, they have sent the set top box and should wait for another 7 days for installation. Finally, i contacted them again on 31st august 2018 to cancel my pre-booking and refund the amount back. Then they guided me to send email to [protected]@rbtv.in for cancellation and wait for 48 hours to get the amount back. So i sent e-mail to cancel my order of pre-booking and to get refund of amount rs. 998. Then they replied me asking my bank account detail. I gave al the details and finally they replied that they gave all the information to accounts department and refund will happen within 2 days. But i did not get the refund till now. So i contacted customer care again. But no one is giving proper response

                                      Hi i an sudhir pandey add industrial area tajopur mau uttar pradesh i have booked independent tv freedom pack 1999 on 10 nov 18 by prepaid payment i an worried to say still my installation not done today 28 nov 18 i keep on calling customer care that always say will take 2 more days, yesterday i asked distributor number i called him he said it takes 30 to 45 days for for installation and that was as per company norms by independent tv to him i am surprised that how come there is so much variation in commitment for installation between company and distributor, you are requested to kindly look into the matter and get my installation done asap.

                                        I have paid 499 on march 1st, 2018 for a new connection .
                                        Till date no one called me neither no installation occurred nor refund issued.
                                        I need refund as soon as possible.
                                        Also the website of Reliance big Tv hasnt been updated since march 2018 (as seen in the bottom of each page) and whenever I try to call the customer care number[protected] it says that the number is not valid.
