I had pre booked for new connection on 01 Mar 2018 ( booking id[protected] and was promised that the system would be installed within 30-45 days. Now more than 8 months have passed and I am yet to get the set top box and antenna asst. Customer care service is worst and very rude.     I have book a DTH connection on 2ND MARCH 2018 with ID no. 12522906 with Rs 500 on reliance big TV by NetBanking. On 13 Nov 2018 ihave demand to return my money with interest because they have failed to provide me a connection till today because i have taken a . They give new connection of dish TV. They are not giving me any response their customer care are telling lie again again the reliance big TV are not giving dish on their company name they are cheating So Help me

      I've pre-booked connection with booking id 14555429 in july and they promised to install the connection within 30-45 days but its half past november now and connection still not installed contacted customer care several times every time they say sir please wait for a week and when i call again after a week they give me same response. I request you to get my connection installed asap.

        There commitment to provide settopbo within one week yet it not installed
        After long waiting i request company either provide me my unit or give me money back but they are denying to giving money they are put me on waiting mode

          I have got new dth connection from independent tv (Reliance big tv) and with in 20 days i have got 2 times 400 error. Till now i have paid to reliance rs 2500 for new connection but not getting service
          Request to you please refund my money as i can not pay every time to reliance service engineer due to there fault.

            Connection not received after 8 month back pre booking, done various calls and emails but no response received till date, every time executive saying for keep patience but all in vein, even reached at distributor he also denied because till now order id is not generated, so i m unable to understand that i eligible for this or waisting my time to get it

              I wanted to cancel my reliance big tv prebooking and want my refund of 499rs bacause when i prebooked 240 days back i got message that the installation will be done within 40 days, but even after several follow up i did not get any installation call. I dont want this kind of support in future also so i decided not to go for reliance big tv. Please refund my money back. I only have booking id which i receieved after prebooking. Booking id is 14532634 Cancel this booking and immediately refund my money.
              I have also sent multiple reminder to [protected]@rbtv.in but still not got any revert.

              Please find the below details of my order for two connection with payment receipt, i am calling continuously on call center number, and they always says that installation will be done soon, today when i called in your call center number they says your mobile number and Email id is not showing in our data, so please mail on the given ids, this is my humble request please process the installation in one week and if not possible please refund my amount with the interest charges on my account from which payment has been done. This is a proper harassment, after taking a booking amount, and now I have no choice for going in consumer court for this unprofessional and careless attitude.

                I have ordred online for Independent TV setup box with 19999 pack on 19th oct But till now the setup box mot installed.
                As they offered Setup box will be install with in 10 days post order.
                I tried to call their customer care but they dont have the update. And every time they said sorry for delay ols wait for same days it will install.
                I tried to mail to them but no replies.
                Please help to resolve the issue.

Pay uMoney informed me to write to you only in this connection. You have not provided installation till now.

                  So kindly look into the matter and provide me installation.

                  I booked Reliance Big TV Cable Connection Online on 11-03-2018. Successful Payment of Rs. 499/- was made by Net Banking through PayU money detailed as below:- Merchant Name: Reliance Big TV Payment ID : 182169346 Merchant Order ID : 1de1ac487514b42a6e3f Order Amount : 499/- Dt. 11.03.2018 Just after booking I talked on Reliance big tv customer care no. 1800200900. I got reply “Please wait till confirmation of booking, we will back shortly. It will take some time.” I talked many times on Reliance customer care No. 1800200900 but every time I got reply “ your Booking did not update in our system due to some technical reasons. When your booking will show in our system, we will call you back. Then on 12.06.2018, to provide me confirmation of booking and Installation, I sent a message on Reliance Big TV mail ID [email protected] with a copy of PayU monety receipt of my successful payment against booking. I did not get any reply from Reliance Big TV in this regard. On 29.06.2018 and 03.10.2018, I again sent message on Reliance Big TV mail ID [email protected] to provide me connection or refund my paid money. I also did not get any reply in this regard. On 05.11.2018, I sent a message to PayU money, on their mail id [email protected] with a copy of their receipt, to provide the solution of booking confirmation. I Wrote in mail that according to Reliance Big TV customer care my booking is not showing in their system. I Received a mail from PayU money from their Mail ID [email protected] on 05.11.2018. In mail, they provided me a ticket ID 03779467 and replied “We help only in online transaction and after successful transaction, we settle the money with merchant. Only merchant is responsible for the next process. So please contact to merchant ‘PANTEL TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD.’ on their mail id [email protected]” On 06.11.2018, I sent a mail to merchant on their Mail id [email protected] with detail of my transaction and requested them to provide me a cable connection. But I did not get any reply till now. On 16.11.2018, I sent a mail again to PayU money on their mail ID [email protected] to provide me the proof of settlement of my booking money with Reliance Big TV or to provide me other solution of my booking. I informed them to lodge complaint against them. On 16.11.2018, I received a reply from PayU money by mail “we have already informed please contact to merchant or settle the matter with your bank.” On 16.11.2018, I sent a mail to PayU money on their mail ID [email protected] with a copy of bank statement related to my transaction and request to provide me the proof of settlement. But I did not received any reply from PayU money. Please look into the matter and order to provide me a cable connection or refund my money.

                    I have applied for reliance digital tv on 22/03/2018 and got confirmation that it will be done in 30-45 days.

                    Now almost 8 months gone and i have made so many calls to customer care to get the status of set top box installation but every time i am getting same reply that it will be done in 1 week.

                    Below are the recent dates confirmed by customer care for installation and every time i called they given me next date:

                    24/10/2018
                    28/10/2018
                    02/11/2018
                    10/11/2018
                    15/11/2018

                    When i called today then again they asked me to wait for a week. It is very frustrating that i am getting same reply from them since long.

                    Can you please take this on priority and install set top box asap.

                        I have booked there one year dth connection by giving rs 500 online in march but since then no installation till date and they are not replying to my mails when i called in june and july they have all my information but when i call them now they have no information of my order and they said due to system upgrade they are unable to find by booking i'd.                           I have booked two reliance big tv in the name of bhisham lal arora 13/15-b tilak nagar new delhi 110018 (Entry backside canara bank) and installation charges rs 998 paid payment id[protected]. Dated 27th mar 2018. As per brochure it was intimated that the connection would be installed within 45 days of receipt of payment. But to date even after 8 months installation not done. Please refund the amount of rs 998 immediately. As per refund policy. Of late a firm by name of independent tv have approached but since the reliance big tv is not being installed this new firm with trade name independent is not required. So refund of rs 998 be refunded immediately please by reliance.

                            Sir 20 june ko कनेक्शन बुक करवाया था अभी तक कनेक्शन नहीं लग पाया है और मैंने एड्रेस चेंज करवाने के लिए भी कई बार मेल डाली अभी तक मेल का कोई जवाब नहीं आया और ना ही एड्रेस चेंज हुआ क्या यह फ्रॉड कंपनी है मुझे कोर्ट में जाना पड़ेगा हमारे पैसे लेकर और हमें ही परेशान किया जा रहा है
                            कस्टमर केयर में भी कोई सुनवाई नहीं है हर बार one week का बोल बोल कर टाल देते हैं

                              Dear sir,

                              I applied for reliance btv (Now knows as independent tv) on april 2018 online for 500 rupees and the installation guy came with the device on 5th november 2018. He again took 1750 rupees from me and told that he will go to office and activate connection; however i am not get any service till now. I get message data uploading please wait message and in the background, it says error 6: your stb is expired. Please contact customer care. I have been calling customer care every day and they keep on saying we have done refresh, adjust cable and call back after 7 days and they will raise complaint. Till now they refuse to give complaint number nor allow me to talk to manager nor they sending technician. Please issue compete refund for me.

                              I am really frustrated with out tv.

                                    With the payment of rs 500. I have numerous calls for installation of dth tv to customer care. The answer is within 2 days it will be installed. The same answer i am getting for the past 6 months.

                                    I have fed-up making calls to customer care for installation of big tv.

                                    I request you to refund the same immediately. I no more want big tv to be installed.

                                    I booked online independent TV 21 October 2018 but installation is not complete till date. When I call on helpline number they always say wait for seven days.

                                    We have booked Big Tv 4 months back and several call to customer care same answer in 7 days connection will be done. No refund no explanation for delay looks big fraud please respond

                                      Dear sir/madam
                                      This is my booking number 14528842. I booked it on 18th march 2018 it was said that your dth connection will be installed within 30 to 45 days, but it was just said only. Again they extended the dates to 30th june 2018. But till that also they didn't installed. From july whenever i call them (Customer care) they say your connection will be installed within a week but it never happens they are cheaters they have taken my ₹499 and valuable time and sold my connection to someone else. Please help me.
