Hi,
I wanted to cancel my reliance big tv prebooking and want my refund of 499rs bacause when i prebooked 240 days back i got message that the installation will be done within 40 days, but even after several follow up i did not get any installation call. I dont want this kind of support in future also so i decided not to go for reliance big tv. Please refund my money back. I only have booking id which i receieved after prebooking. Booking id is 14541813. Cancel this booking and immediately refund my money.
I have also sent multiple reminder to [protected]@rbtv.in but still not got any revert.

    I booked reliance dth new connection after seeing full page print advt.in all the leading newspapers on 20th march 2018, booking id a12950941, received a message stating that installation will be done in 30-45 days time.
    I called on their toll free contact no.[protected], and to our surprise the customer care executives are trained to fool us in every possible manner, i called them in may they said wait for 2 weeks it will be installed, this lingering on happened for almost 4-5 times, after that i asked them to give me refund, i have mailed them thrice on [protected]@rbtv.in in august, october & november. Every time i call customer care for my refund they very surprisingly say "why are you going for refund".

      I booked for a new reliance digital tv connection by paying 499 rupees on 18.08.18 and it was mentioned that the installation will be done between 30-45 days. Today is 11th nov. So it has been 90 days and they haven't come for installation and i don't think it will be done by tomorrow. When i call them those people don't know anything about this and are not giving any date by which it will be installed. I have also mailed them several times, but no reply has come from them. I am worried that the money will not be refunded. Please help.

          Dear representative,
          I booked a connection of Reliance Digital TV on 18th April (booking ID[protected]. The company promised that installation will be done in 30-45 days. However, more than 6 months have passed and yet there has been no intimation regarding installation. I have repeatedly emailed and called the customer care and the representative kept postponing the installation date.I would like to receive a refund with suitable compensation.

            Sir/madam,
            As per reliance digital tv offer advertisement on online i booked reliance digital dish tv on 16june 2018. My dth booking id is: 14552483 and response message comes reliance digital tv end as it will be installed between 30 to 45 days. But 90 days time gone but still any installation response not yet received from reliance digital tv end. I tried multiple times by phone to reliance digitaltv contacts provided by reliance digital tv and the contact numbers are not using and not responding now by reliance digital tv. Reliance digital tv is cheating the consumer and having my advance amount of 998 received from me via online paid by mysel[censored]sing my credit card. Reliance digital tv is not ready for provide dish installation to consumers.
            I request you to please take action to get refund of my money rs. 500 from reliance digital tv. But now, today i have installed other cable service at my home and do not required reliance big tv dth service and requesting for refund of my money to my original mode of payment.

That on[protected] I am booking reliance big TV reference No. 14535569, five years offer, at that time I paid of rupees 499/- through SBI net banking. But till today not installed I also contact your coustmer care center many a times not statisfaction your answer. Therefore I request to you sir immediately install the above said address in above reference number or refund the amount immediately without any delay.

                  Dear sir/ madam,

                  I have pre booked the dth connection on 5th july with booking id is 14554412, there was some time frame mentioned on it which says 30-45 days but now it's more than 120 days and whenever i called to your customer support it;s says within a week you got the connection this is so bad and frustrating experience with reliance on initial stage, god knows what would be the later on.

                  I also emailed to reliance so many times but i think they do not have any obligation to revert on customer query.

                  Please tell me by when it can be resolve

As per the reliance bigtv commitment the dth box will be installed within 30 to 45 days, after prebooking, but, now it is 270 days completed, there is no update on installation and no response from their customer care no.[protected] & [protected] and email. They are just fooling general public by giving such false commitments and schemes.

                      Sir, i have booked relaince big tv under id no. 14545692. Two weeks ago i got a call from krishna enterprises who is dealing with independent tv services under dhanbad district calling that withing 2 days we will install the indepent tv at your home. After 4 days your company representative came to my home for installing the tv but he brings only 10 meter wire which is not sufficient for me. I told him i need at least 15 meter wire to connect setup box to anteena. He told me that all right i will bring it tomorrow but tomorrow never come till now. I have very much annoyed with the service provided by reliance. Even though the company and staff didn't attending my calls. Kindly look into this matter.

                        Booked my connection on 10th october, on 18th october, i received a notification that the dealer has been assigned my set-top box. Installation would be done in 7 working days.
                        It's been close to a month now, but no installation has been done.
                        Moreover, i got a call from the dealer saying that there are cable issues in my area, so installation can be done at my house.

                        Called up Customer Care for the issue.
                        Customer Care not registering complaint, rather, insisting they will work with the vendor to get the installation done in x days.
                        Wrote an email to [protected]@independenttv.in, [protected]@reliancedigitaltv.com, [protected]@rbtv.in, [protected]@rbtv.in but NO RESPONSE.
                        I guess the only option is to file a legal complaint against this company at the local consumer court now.

                          It is already 10 day over but till now my booking is not confirmed. Inr1999 has been deducted from my account. From past 1 week i am sending mail & calling continuously but no use. All that i am getting is wait for 24 hours & data will be updated. It is very disappointing the people are playing with customers. Customer care team is only for name sake. No information available with them. All they are trained well to delay the situation without any solution.

                            After 7-8 months struggle I got (RDTV) independent tv set box installed. Later i understand they have used MP2 technology even though current technology is MP4. Picture Quality is very bad, Most of the time we can not identify the faces (picture) itself. Lot of waves in picture, Sound quality is pretty bad. It is a total waste product. I have made enough complaints to customer care, Emails, they keep saying it takes few more months to rectify and until then need to struggle. Instead of going for these kind of junk products. We need to think of better product..

                            This is totally waste product after spending INR 2250/-

                            expecting the worst quality of service i rejected to accept the connection when they called me for my availability, i asked to refund the advance amount which is 499 RS i paid on march 2nd, they asked me to call customer care to get refund which is a pathetic one i came across so far in my life, no one can speak proper english for that matter they won't given a proper answer, so i sent a mail to [protected]@independenttv.in from which i didn't get a response, its a one way communication..

                              Independent tv has the worst customer service. They installed the tv maybe a month and half back. It worked fine for few days and for last 3 weeks i was getting 400 error... Called multiple times but i was litterally harrased.. I dropped an email to their customer care but no response.

                              I want to disconnect my connection and i want a refund as simple as that. Need seen such bad service ever in my life and i am pretty serious on what i am saying about their service.

                                    Reliance didn't install my setup box on given time (30-45 days) as promised. I booked on 2nd march 2018. So i want my refund of inr 499 back.
                                    I called on[protected] /[protected] for the refund many times since april 2018. They told me they have no information about refunding and they suggest me to do mail on [protected]@rbtv.in.
                                    I mailed my bank account and order id details on [protected]@rbtv.in many times. Till now i haven't got the refund

                                      I have done the payment of rs. 1499/- on 16th april 2018 through my credit card for big tv dth connectio and got text message from the service provider that the installation will be done between 30 to 45 days with the booking id 14545412, and after that got a text message on 4th may 2018 informing that dear customer we appreciate your patience and would like to inform you that the installation of your new big tv connection will commence from 15th june 2018. But after that there is no single word from the company. I tried to contact the customer care but no answer from big tv. Now i need my full refund as soon as possible
