I have pre-booked dth on 18th march 2018 and according to them it should be completed on 15 april 2018. but not gave any response till now.
According to terms install this within 30 to 45 days. But not any response I have talked on cs but they said that will install within 45 days. But now enough it. I have talked on customer care upto 40-50 times but only said to completion upto last month/ 2-3 days and still pending, no any call regarding this.They have collect amount of 500 rupees also at the time...Registered mobile no:

On 6th march 2018 i paid 499 regarding prebooking of reliance big tv till now there is no response from reliance's side.
On contacting customer service they disagreeded for any such payment.

I have prebooked dth on 1st march 2018 and mail to reliance big tv nodal officer on 24th april and remind also regarding installation. According to them it shouldbe completed on 15 april 2018. But not gave any response till now.

I have ordered reliance digital tv on mid of match 2018, they said it will take 35-45 days for installation of reliance bigtv, but installation not done yet l contacted customer care many times, everytime they says please wait for current week you will recieve call from dealer, received a call from person month ago and they engineer is on way and your dish will be installed, after complaining in email also many times i have recieved many call but installation is still pending. Please install my dish or refund my prebook amount.

Reliance didn't install my setup box on given time (30-45 days) as promised. And now got message setup box installation will be in june 2018. I was make my order on 25th march 2018. But nobody giving me right information about this. My booking id is a12968404. I am calling to reliance big tv helpline number from last 2 months and they are assuring that the dish will be installed within a week but all in vain. So therefore, it is requested that kindly install my dish as early as possible.

It is to inform you that i have applied for a new reliance digital tv connection on dated 23/06/2018 under advance paid to pre-book amount of rs.499/- under online transaction id no. Nsb[protected]igaduhpju2 dated 23/06/2018. I called customer care several times and requested them to install it, but every time they had given excuses. On the time of booking, they told me to install within 30-45 days after pre-booking.

Many times i have called to customer care but ever time they said that your hardware is delivered to our delaer on 20/aug/2018 & your connection will be installed within 7 days. This is happening from last 2 months. Customer representative not provides any more information. I sent some mails regarding to this issue but same thing is reveted by mails that your connection will be installed with in 7 days. So pls. Confirm how your seven days completed.

I booked connection on 6 march 18 and after a long wait installed on 30 sep. 2018. But after running 7-8 days it is showing rror 400 signal lost. I complain on cust. Care more than 20 times.
Every time they say that we are going to refresh your data keep tv set on for 15 min. But trhis this proceess is done more than 20 times. But still my connection showing same massage.
This is a big scam on the name of make of india. Company has no quilified and sufficient man power. It amazing in todays that when other company give after sale service in few hours they are
Not resolve problem in 15 days and the tv is still off. It is shame on the name of relience industries. My cust. Id is 12905232 and reg. Mobile no. [protected].

still not solved the problem after more than 20 days. relience big/independence tv not having infrastructure to maintain therir service. i request to all readers/viewers that not installed this service atleast 6 months because agian company not having installation staff as well as after sale service staff.
VERY VERY POOR SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES HAVE NO REPLY FOR YOUR IQUERIES.
They always say that technician will send to your palce in min. one week. WIll anybody belive this answer in
so fast computer era when other company like Airtel, Dish TV, provide the service in few hours.
We can't do any thing because payments are already paid in advance for one years.

My name is machindra agarkar and i had done the booking of the rbig tv connection on 1st march 2018 and now its october going on but still i haven't received the connection or any news about it my connection. The amount was deducted from my axis bank account on march 1st, at 11 a. M. I have the bank transaction to prove that the money was deducted, unfortunately i am unable to provide my booking id as it was on my old mobile handset which is not working now, would appreciate if you could refund the amount which was 499 as there is no chances of getting the connection or else i will have to file a complaint in the consumer forum... I am ready to take a new connection offline, but you will have to refund my rs. 499/- that was paid to you thru eft

I m also facing such problems ihave booked my connection on 29th august 2018 but till now installation is not done by the company my they have also changed my booking date 29th august to 22nd september. 14558355 is my booking id.
[protected] is my contact no. Whenever i called customer care they told me within one week installation will be done by company.
Because of bookings of this dth i can't go for another dth or local cable operators.

Very worst service by reliance digital tv, i am facing error 400 since 14 days, 50 times call to customer care but no technician has come. I m facing this from 1 day of installation.. Now i wish to go consumer court and suggest everyone 'never buy reliance dth' on social media.. Company is cheating consumers.
