Dear concern department,
I booked the big tv connection the first hours when i see the big advertisement on news paper. September 1st week i got a call that next day the technical person will come to get the connection installed. That time i was out stationed and next day when i reached delhi i called the help line number. The call center employees are very rude, and continuous followup for next 3 weeks, finally i got the connection in september 3rd week installed.
It was just a few hours celebration. We watched the big tv channels just for another 2 hours, since then the connection is now closed.
On a daily basis me an my son calling the customer cell number. The irony is that the callcenter people are asking us to contact the technical person who installed our connection. Its been 3 weeks now.
• please help me to understand, if the company has sent us the technical person, why should we keep that number.
• secondly, they are not registering any compliant
• third, they are unable to give us the local agent/distributor contact details who installed our cable.
• forth, we have not received any tax invoice of the cash amount 1800/- which we paid to the technical person.
• i am mentally harassed and depressed the way your call center employee talked every time.
What should we do now?
Please treat this as the last written compliant, if not resolved within 7 working days i need my money back.
