Worst service you will ever receive. I ordered tv, the delivery guy was having wrong address and was not ready to come on exact address as i asked him to come to right address. He was keep on denying to come. Some how he delivered.
After that installation guy, he made fool whole day that i am coming on that time or this time. They are all irresponsible people. Never buy anything from reliance digital. Worst service ever.

[protected] conversation date 10/10/2018 and not show new software my mob and email id. So sir solve this problem urgently.

      I book new reliance big tv connection on march month and my booking id is 14519673, date mar 12 2018.
      I received mail after booking
      (Installation will be done between 30 to 45 days.) almost seven month over yet i didn't get connection and no proper response every time i call customer care with in one week u will get connection this message only told

      Booking id is 14501835 ft 4/3/2018 and mobile number is [protected]. Even after 7 months new connection not given. since I am getting a bad experience from a reputed company like yours I would like to cancel my order and kindly refund my payment at the earliest.

        I booked big tv on 12 march 2018. My booking id is 14520545. The company committed to install with in 30 to 45 says. Today is 10 october 2018 but still my connection is pending for installation. I called many times to customer care but i did not get any good response. If company unable to install kindly refund my rs 500 boooking amount.

        Its very bad experience got from company.

        Kindly revert back via phone.

          Reliance didn't install my setup box on given time (30-45 days) as promised. I was make my order on 6th march 2018. Installation time was 15 june 2018 but there were no any updat regarding installation. Now, i want my refund of 500/- back. But nobody giving me right information about this.
          Today i called customer care for refund on 8th may. They told me they have no information about refunding and they suggest me to do mail on [protected]@rbtv.in.
          I also sent a mail on [protected]@rbtv.in.

          Please refund my money as you didn't follow your time period for installation.

            Reliance dth was booked vide BOOKING ID 12522617 in 02/03/2018. even after 8 months of booking the connection is not INSTALLED. Customer care is too horrible when ever contacted they just reply that it will be done in short time and does not give any date. Request refund the money back with interest.It is a fraud company just enjoying with customers money.

              Hi, I have booked one DTH on March 16, 2018 vide booking ID A12937791 & even after 7 months, the connection has not been installed. Every time the customer care is saying to wait for 7 days. Please look into my complaint on URGENT Basis & install the DTH on priority basis. Reliance is making false promises since last 7 months & duping the innocent customers. Every time we make a call to the customer care we are told to wait for 7 days & nothing is happening since last 7 months. Kindly intervene & get the DTH connection installed on high priority basis. Also Reliance should be told not to make false promises in future.

                I am book my big tv dish on 1 march 2018 until not received my dish. Actually as per your sms you must supply dish within 30 to 45 days are you fullish or mental for sending this type of sms. You are not capable for supply or production unit then why you collect money from customer or you have no money for your son marriage then you collect from customer per head rs 500.
                If you not capable then refund all customer money.

                  I had pre-booked reliance bigtv and i had been given the confirmation that it will be delivered till 15th june and my booking id is 14529859 which is not delivered till date.
                  Now, i want to cancel the prebooking and want my refund as soon as possible. Nd i have also got a new connection of other company because it was really late.. So kindly refund my money..

                    महोदय, मैंने 20/3/18 को रिलायंस डिजिटल टीवी बुकिंग किया था मुझे 45दिनो में नया कनेक्शन देने का वादा किया गया जिसका आई डी 12943218 है परन्तु 45 दिनों के बाद भी कोई काम नहीं किया गया इसके बाद मैंने बहुत बार टेलिफ़ोनिक बातचीत की, बार बार कहा गया कि 7 दिनों में आपका कार्य हो जाएगा अन्ततः 27 सितंबर 2018 को मैंने उन्हें मेल किया उसके बाद भी कोई जवाब नहीं दिया गया, इसके बाद ही मैंने आपको इस विषय पर शिकायत करना उचित समझा.
                    आपसे अनुरोध है की इस विषय पर सहयोग प्रदान करने की कष्ट करे एवं उचित कार्रवाई करें.

                      As per reliance digital tv offer advertisement on online i booked reliance digital dish tv on19th sep 2018. My payment id is:[protected][RECD FROM PAYUMONEY ] and before booking i was call to customer care no [protected] and customer care executive told me your connection will install in maximum 7 to 10 days..and after payment you will receive booking id number comes reliance digital tv end, But 19 days time gone but still any installation response not yet received from reliance digital tv end and booking id not yet send by reliance digital to me.. I tried multiple times by phone or by email to reliance digital tv contacts provided by reliance digital tv and the contact numbers are not using and not responding now by reliance digital tv.

But after 6 month time gone but still any installation response not yet received from reliance digital tv end. Reliance digital tv is cheating the consumer and having my advance amount of 998 received from me via online paid by myself. Reliance digital tv is not ready for provide dish installation to consumers.

                            My name is machindra agarkar and i had done the booking of the rbig tv connection on 1st march 2018 and now its october going on but still i haven't received the connection or any news about it my connection. The amount was deducted from my axis bank account on march 1st, at 11 a. M. I have the bank transaction to prove that the money was deducted, unfortunately i am unable to provide my booking id as it was on my old mobile handset which is not working now, would appreciate if you could refund the amount which was 499 as there is no chances of getting the connection or else i will have to file a complaint in the consumer forum... I am ready to take a new connection offline, but you will have to refund my rs. 499/- that was paid to you thru eft

                              Now, i don't have any patience left that's why i want to cancel the prebooking and want my refund as soon as possible.

                                I booked a new connection under pre booking lauch of rbtv on 7.3.2018 and i was given id 12505941 with the assurance that connection would be provided in 45 days. As on today despite repeated request on its cutomercare no. [protected] mail on [protected]@rbtv.in i have neither been given refund nor connection. For the last 2 months they are repeatidly saying that connection would be given within a week, but week days have gone above 60 days. They are not even giving local distributors number. Hence, we are fed up with their attitude.
                                Kindly help either in installation/refund/distributors number in mohali punjab

                                  Your installation man came on 2/10/1/2018 and told that dish can not be installed at first floor level due to no signal. It can be only installed at top of building. I have told to instal at first floor level. He returned back saying that engineer will visit soon. But no any one has come so for. Therefore it requested to send your concerned person to look into matter.

                                    Dear concern department,

                                    I booked the big tv connection the first hours when i see the big advertisement on news paper. September 1st week i got a call that next day the technical person will come to get the connection installed. That time i was out stationed and next day when i reached delhi i called the help line number. The call center employees are very rude, and continuous followup for next 3 weeks, finally i got the connection in september 3rd week installed.

                                    It was just a few hours celebration. We watched the big tv channels just for another 2 hours, since then the connection is now closed.

                                    On a daily basis me an my son calling the customer cell number. The irony is that the callcenter people are asking us to contact the technical person who installed our connection. Its been 3 weeks now.

                                    • please help me to understand, if the company has sent us the technical person, why should we keep that number.
                                    • secondly, they are not registering any compliant
                                    • third, they are unable to give us the local agent/distributor contact details who installed our cable.
                                    • forth, we have not received any tax invoice of the cash amount 1800/- which we paid to the technical person.
                                    • i am mentally harassed and depressed the way your call center employee talked every time.

                                    What should we do now?

                                    Please treat this as the last written compliant, if not resolved within 7 working days i need my money back.

                                        I have registered for a new set top box by pre booking vide booking id no.14558241 on 26/8/2018. While booking you have promised that the set top box will be installed in 30 to 45days. When i contacted the customer care no. They are saying the product will be installed after one week. Please let me know when the product will be installed. Now 41days has been over
