I have prebooking on reliancebig tv online website on 6th september 2018 still i haven't get connection i have called customer service center and every times they tell me same you will get connection in 1 week almost one month goes but could not get anything please help me

I have booked the set box on 27 th of ₹500 on august. And i got a mail it will be delivered with in 45 day's. And it has been waited for 2 months i did not get a single information about that. And these are the services providing to the customer. If i call to the customer care they will say there is information with this number or email id.
And how i can get a mail of confirmation of set up box. I have been added screen shot of my mail which has been sent confirmation of set up box. Or else refund my money...?

Have booked my reliance big tv connection in the month of april (15 apr 2018) during offer period by depositing 500 rs.

During offer period one connection was in depositing 500

But no connection received yet even no any call received from your side.

As per advertisement applied/pre booked for Reliance Big TV DTH connection on 01 Mar 2018 and accordingly paid initial booking amount of 499/-. As per advertisement the DTH connection with Set Top Box was promissed to be provided within 30 to 45 days . However till date it has not been provided. Every time I call help line No. [protected] I am told that by next week it will be given but that week has not come till date even after almost 10 Months. please look into it as crores or Rs. Has been collected by such a famous company and consumers r betrayed/cheated. Also no communication either sms or email has been sent by the company regarding delay. Pre booked reliance dth connection on march 3 2018. Not recived refund or connection. No response from customer service. Recently arun from kukaptally office arrvied at our home and behaved rudely and tried fit tv antena to my neigbours left over dth stand. When i denied sopken irrensponsible and left with out installation.

I need justice and respect from rtv

It is to inform you that i have applied for a new reliance digital tv connection on dated 23/06/2018 under advance paid to pre-book amount of rs.499/- under online transaction id no. Nsb[protected]igaduhpju2 dated 23/06/2018. I called customer care several times and requested them to install it, but every time they had given excuses. On the time of booking, they told me to install within 30-45 days after pre-booking. Kindly look into the matter personally and to resolve my problem a. S. A. P.

I have pre booked for big tv on 20.03.2018. Since this was not supplied within the promised time, i canecelled this booking and sent the messages repeatedly. I requested for the refund as it was not fulfilled within the promised time frame, but nothing has been heard so far. I could not get the reply to my e mails also. Kindly arrange for the refund of the booking amount at the earliest. I submitted the complaint to you also twice in addition to emails sent to them, but no response has been recieved from them. They just don't respond atall.
Request kindly advise them to refund my pre booking amount at the earliest

But i have not received setup box till date and no information regarding this... When i contacted customer care they told that my registered number not showing in their pre - booking list... I here by sending you all the details of my transaction for pre-booking...

During march 2018 there was an advertisement in newspaper to register with rs.499 for reliance big tv dth connection. So we registered for it. It was written that it will take 30-35 days to revert back. Writing the complaint on 11/10/2018. Untill now we have received no intimidation regarding any progress.
So, was this a way to earn false money. Hope that some action will be taken.

I've booked 2 connection for rs: 499/- each for pune & nanded but still i've not received a call or mail of confirmation of my installation & i tried calling the customer care for 3 mon nobody received call & now they are not ready to refund my amount.

The executive just kept the call without listening my whole conversation.

I have taken, so called, big tv on 18 march 2018 with a promise swms that the installation will be done in 30 to 45 days. I called [protected] many times. Every time they told that installation will be done in 4 to 7 days, but never done. Even they people are not providing any complain no regarding the call.

If before installation they people are behaving like this then one can assume the behavior after the installation.

I want my money back with standard interest rate. I don't want such type of service.

Reliance big tv now independent tv installed last week but i am not getting any sun network channels (Udaya tv, udaya news, udaya movies, udaya music etc) from day 1. I am calling cc but no resolution. They tell it's refreshed channel will come in 10 mins, 20 mins, 24 hours, 1 week etc etc. But no channels coming. Can you check why it's happening.
