I paid 499 rs booking advance by credit card on 01 march 2018 and company promised connection within 45 days. Even after 8 months they haven’t given connection nor returned the advance. Details as below.

    I am Sardar Sathbachan SIngh from Hyderabad.In April Month 2018 I Booked Reliance Big TV, they took charges 500 and they said the installation will be done between 30 to 45 days, but i did not get installation till now, already 8 month is completed,

      Here i am enclosing the document of prebook of reliance digital tv which is booked on 1-3-2018 as per the offer it should have installed within 45 days from the booking date but its already 6 months passed i have not recoieved the setof box so this is worst service i have expirienced so i want to cancel the prebooking and refund my amount of rs.499 which used for prebooking. This is second reminder for refund so do the needfull asap. This is worst service i ever face in my life.

      This is the mail information to [protected]@rbtv.in and 2nd mail i am sending still no information given mail sent as per costumer care instruction.

        Worst service ever. Why do take amount as the name of pre booking if you can't provide service. I did prebook for big data connection on 11th march. It has been more than 8 months, nobody comes for connection till. Whenever i called they say it will took a week. I wanna my money back.

          I wanted to cancel my reliance big tv prebooking and want my refund of 499rs bacause when i prebooked 220 days i got message that the installation will be done within 20 days, but even after several follow up i did not get any installation call. I dont want this kind of support in future also so i decided not to go for reliance big tv. Please refund my money back. I only have booking id which i receieved after prebooking. Booking id is[protected] Cancel this booking and immediately refund my money.

                I have applied for a new connection from reliance big tv in pune and it is more than 8 months now. They are not providing the connection and even not refunding my booking amount. Whenever, i contact the customer care, they confirm that the connection will be made in 7 days. It is going on since last 8 months. This is really a big issue from reliance, can not understanding reliance company business. I want my money back with interest.

                  I have registered for a new set top box by pre booking vide booking id no.14558241 on 26/08/2018 providing mobile number [protected]. As per the message received while booking (Congratulations for booking your rbig tv connection. Installation will be done between 30to45 days. Your booking id no.14558241. And no. Of connections 1)
                  Today 63days are over (27/10/2018) i have not been received the product. I contacted the customer care many times they are saying that the set top box will be installed within one week.
                  A number of messages (Emails) sent to them but there is no reply.
                  Now i have tried many times the customer care but no response. I have paid rs.499/- for booking.
                  I request that the set top box may be installed as per your commitment

                  No reply to the complaint. No response to the emails sent to the customer care. Whenever I contacted the customer care by phone they are saying the product Will be installed within one week . Many times there is no reply

                    I am manohar, staying in chandanagar, hyderabad.

                    I paid 500/- advance and 2150/- for independent tv connection on 29 sep. After providing the set up box for my tv only video is coming, audio is not coming. For that they took back setup box and told me we will come with new set up box.

                    As of now there is no response from tv people who took money from money from me. I called more than 100 times, but there is no response from them.

                    I called hyderabad customer care number 91-[protected], initially received call from them for tv connection several times. Every time we got response said that will arrange today, but not happening as of now.

                      I have booked on 11 july 2018 and my booking id is 14555588, till now i didnt got any installation
                      Several times i called to customer care, did several complaints but not a single reply came from your end. Actually my setup box has been installed to someone else and when i raised question, then they are saying its technician fault. Everytime i called to customer care they just keep on increasing the dates
                      This is worst service i ever got. I just fed up so please i am requesting you refund my amount.

                          I am a Reliance big TV customer my Subscriber I'd is 69746484, installed on 11 September 2018. I had a complaint in reliance big TV customer care number [protected] on 0900 hrs on 24 October 2018 for signal lost Error code 400.and I got a reply from oprator that service will be resumed within 15 minutes but service couldn't resumed, then I again call and I got a reply from oprator that you talk to person who are install your big tv otherwise technicians will be sent by company to visit to your door within a week, then call to my locaI technician who installed my big tv then he replied that we will take 150 rupees visit charge then I forbid him because service is free from company within 3 months of installation.again I call customer care on same day at about 1700 hrs and I got a reply from oprator that you have not required to pay the local technicians because there is technical problems in some area so your service will be resumed within 24 hrs. But till now service is not resumed. Today again I call to customer care and gate replied from oprator miss Sandhya that technicians will be visit to you within a week.I asked the oprator for reference number for lodged complaint she denied. She replied me that there is no provision of SMS and reference number, then I asked her to connect the call to his senior officer then after a long call she replied me that my officer is very busy you call later. Sir I am very unhappy with service of this company and his staff. Please do need full as soon as possible

                                I have put on new connection of reliance big TV (1 month ) before it has been installed and from past 2 weeks it's showing ERROR 400 . So please kindly solve my problems as soon as possible.
                                When it was going to install it took 3 mouths from the date of instillation so please kindly look into it . As i am not satisfied with the services of reliance big TV .
