महोदय, मैंने 17/3/18 को रिलायंस डिजिटल टीवी बुकिंग किया था मुझे 45दिनो में नया कनेक्शन देने का वादा किया गया जिसका आई डी 1452669 है परन्तु 45 दिनों के बाद भी कोई काम नहीं किया गया इसके बाद मैंने बहुत बार टेलिफ़ोनिक बातचीत की, बार बार कहा गया कि 7 दिनों में आपका कार्य हो जाएगा अन्ततः 27 सितंबर 2018 को मैंने उन्हें मेल किया उसके बाद भी कोई जवाब नहीं दिया गया, इसके बाद ही मैंने आपको इस विषय पर शिकायत करना उचित समझा.
आपसे अनुरोध है की इस विषय पर सहयोग प्रदान करने की कष्ट करे एवं उचित कार्रवाई करें.

    I hv been recharged to my big tv from last three day but still not on my service.. Whenever i called ur care. They said to me server down... There is no information about it... I wnt to check my balance... But from three day has passed no information about it when my service is on... Care said that 1 months has to waiting for that on is it ur service???

      No constancy in channels and service for last one year, no customer care response, attracted the customer by offering 50% discount and then 25 % discount and collected a lot of money. We recharged for 18 months for two connections, no service & no response for the last two months, got it checked by technician by paying from my pocket. Set of box not working, no signal.
      Complained customer care so, many time but no response. You can very the voice record if they do sincerely.

        Hi sir
        I booked reliance dish tv on online but i haven't got any refund or never they have connection till now also they are not even ready to cancel and pay my money back till now no reply kindly do the needful
        Booking i'd [protected] booking date 01 march 2018 i had called call centre or customer care number of times they are saying that we cannot reverse money back they are arguing with me harrasing me like any thing i am loosing patitance

          Dear sir,

          I am sankar. I prebooked the reliance digital tv on 12 mar-2018 for 499 online connection prebooking offer. Still 7th months completed. But still connection is not to be installed yet. I called several times to customer care. Their response is also very bad. Sometimes simply they told to me within 1 week installation will be completed, sometimes they told to no data found with your register number. Really very irritation people. I get prebooking id also. But their response is very worst. Refund my money or install my dth.

            When am calling to costumer care executive every one says that after one week you setup box will be install and after 3 month still they are unable to install i don't know why they doing such kind of promise to every customer or they will still kidding with every customer. I also want to submit the compliant agents distributors who will not install the box timely and there is no reason to delay.

              I have booked two reliance big tv connections on 02/03/2018 but till today we have got no reply from your side. Every time we request at your no. [protected] to install, we got the reply tthat we connection will be provided next week, that way its been seven months have passed without any response from your side. If you can install then install the connections otherwise return the money deposited to you of rs. 998/- with earliest possible.

                Pre booked order id 106566/13/03/3018/₹-548/ compney sayes कि बुकिंग के 45 दिन बाद bigtv मुझे मिल जाएगा, जो आज 7माह के बाद भी मुझे नहीं मिला।जब मैंने कंपनी को अप्रोच किया तो बताया गया कि मेरा ऑर्डर कैंसल हो गया है और अगले 7 दिनों में मेरा पैसा रिफंड कर दिया जाएगा।आज 10 दिन हो गए मगर मेरा रिफंड नहीं आया।न ही कोई सूचना दी जा रही है। i want my refund।

                आपके फोरम में कंप्लेंट करने का आखिर फायदा क्या है साहबान। 5 oct की मेरी इस कंप्लेंट का कोई किसी भी तरफ से कोई रिप्लाई नहीं मिला। 6 महीने तक मेरा प्रीबुकिंग अमाउंट रखने के बाद खुद कंपनी ने मेरा आर्डर कैंसिल किया था और 1 हफ्ते में रिफंड का कमिटमेंट किया था, तो फिर आज एक महीना ऊपर हो जाने के बाद भी मेरा रिफंड क्यों नहीं आया और रिफंड के बारे में यह फ्रॉड कंपनी मेरे बार बार अप्रोच करने के बाबजूद कोई रिस्पॉन्स क्यों नहीं दे रही है। ऐसे फ्राडियों को सबक सिखाने का देश के पास क्या कोई मजबूत तंत्र नहीं है?

                  I booked 2 connections with booking id[protected] months back. After much follow up they installed 1 connection on 30th august.
                  Since then everyday they say 2nd connection will be installed same day or next day but no one turns up. Also i came to know that charge of per metre wire is 12 rs but they charged me at 20 rs per meter.
                  With all this i got frustrated and asked them to refund my booking amount of second connection.
                  They are refusing saying no policy of refund.
                  This is a big fraud.

                    I booked for rbig tv connection on 1st march 2018 and booking id generated with id 12504074.
                    They promised that the installation will be with in 30-45 days.
                    On may 4th (After 64 days), got a sms saying installation of connection will commence from 15th june 2018.
                    Till present day (5th oct 2018) installation has not done.
                    So, please refund my amount.

                      I booked a reliance big tv connection as it was limited offer on their website, starting from march (That limited offer is live now also).
                      So i booked a connection on 8th march and paid a fee of rs.500 (Booking id:[protected] and they told that installation will take place in some 40-45 days. Now almost 7 months are over, whenever i contact them, they tell that they will install the box within next 7 days but nothing.. I am really fed up with pathetic service of reliance and i want my refund. That was my earned money, for which i worked for days and now i have to buy another stb because reliance will never do the task as they commit.. So all i need is my refund.

                        I had booked (receipt number MH[protected] the reliance TV by paying pre-booking amount of Rs. 499 on 7th march 2019, with the promise of 30 to 45 days of installation. Today its 211th day and I have not heard of anything from Relaince TV on this. It is difficult to contact them, I have repeatedly written emails also launched number of complaints via their website, but all in vain. There is not a single reply to any of those. When called to the customer care number they ask to write an email and there is no reply to any emails sent to their customer care ID.

                        This looks like a big scam !!! All people beware of reliance TV they are fooling everyone !!

                          As per reliance digital tv offer advertisement on online i booked reliance digital dish tv on 4th july 2018. My dth booking id is: 14554351 and response message comes reliance digital tv end as it will be installed between 30 to 45 days. But 90 days time gone but still any installation response not yet received from reliance digital tv end. I tried multiple times by phone to reliance digitaltv contacts provided by reliance digital tv and the contact numbers are not using and not responding now by reliance digital tv.

                            I have booked big tv connection on 1st march and reliance confirmed that they will install this till 45 day maximum but its oct now and they have not install the connection. When i am calling on customer care they are saying it will be installed within 7 working days. Even i call them after a month their statement is same like a robot.

                            Its very bed service from reliance.

                            When i have asked to refund my money they are saying they dont have any refund policy.

The customer care service cut the phone because I spelled reliance dish as jio dish once.next time he cut the call and told me to try next time.                               I had seen a ad on newspaper of relaince big tv i had booked it online and paid 500rs its application cost. I have applied it on 10 april 2018 my booking if is 14529322 in which i will get a connection free for 1 year with all paid channels. But i didn't get yet. I had call on their customer care no they always told this week next week. Plz take a strict action so that other company will not play with the customers and it's fundamental rights.

                                This is to bring to your kind information that i have ordered a digital tv connection from reliance big tv on dated - 10th march 2018
                                I'd:- a12913719 still has awaited to be delivered as it has exceeded the delivery by 5 times of the committed period i. E; 30-45 days. Whenever i ask to helpline they never respond with a proper satisfactory answer and never given a complaint tracking number/i'd.

                                  I paid for the pre booking of reliance big tv in march 2018 and got an sms in april 2018 from reliance saying the installation will commence from june 2018. I have called several times on their helpline and everytime they say "they cant find my details on their database". This effectively means they took the money and now are saying they dont have details. This is a smart way of swindling money and that too by a company like reliance.

                                  Can someone please look into this, maybe the regulator himself should initiate an enquiry into this as i can see so many people with the same complaint.

                                  Not sure if i will get a resolution but i will take it to the highest authority if required.

                                    Every time i call in the serive centre first few call will not be answerd... After when they recive the call... They talk rudly... Then they have same one line to speak that your connection has been dispatched and will be deliverd to you by 1 week...
                                    After 1 week when you call they have the same excuse...
                                    I am tired of it...

                                      I am soudan srikanth from hyderabad. My reliance big tv booking id is 12514447 dated 08 mar 2018. As per my booking i got a new connection (Received and installed set top box details ca id-042a3362, s/no-[protected]) on 02 oct 18 and i have paid rs 1750 against this connection. But till now my account has not been activated. When i contacted the person who installed my set top box they are demanding rs 250 extra to get my account activated. When i refused to pay extra amount they are telling that unless i pay 250 rs my connection will not be activated it seems. This is very unfair and cheating public by demanding extra money and spoiling the reputation of such a big company (Reliance). Please take necessary action on this matter and kindly ensure my account gets activated on top priority. The details of hyderabad distributor is akash - (Mobile no-[protected]), his office no is -[protected], [protected]. Even after paying full amount my account is not activated. This is very ridiculous and pathetic treatment to customers. Please do the needful..
