Description: i have booked reliance big tv connection on 21 march 2018 by paying rs. 499/-.

Now its more than 6 months and the installation not done. I am contacting every 15 days duration and every time they told that your connection will installed within a week since may 2018. Even they not refunded the amount.

Hello sir /madam... I had prebooked the connection with the ad id: 14512398. On 3rd march with the payment through 499 paid by debit card to them.. They said it is going to install with in 30 to 45 days but it is almost 7months from booking but they even not sending a single message about installation nd refund.. When i am trying to call them there numbers are getting disconnected automatically.. I had tried more than 20000 times only 10 times the call is connected even when the call connect they will say in 7days the installation going to done but no response from them.. My pincode is 502001.in my city the dish distribution centres are selling these reliance big tv connection with the price of 2800.. I asked them to is. There any office of distribution but they said there is no installation for online booking.. Installation going to be done by only offline purchases.. Please refund my money or install the dish

I booked a set up online with paying 500 rs.. As mentioned in reliance big tv website.. More than 6 month over but still my set up box not installed yet.. I talk to customer care many time but still my set up box not installed. I mailed to customer care also but they didn't reply. I am feeling like cheated by reliance digital tv. I think so many people booked set up box.. But reliance is not giving any reply to them.

As per reliance digital tv offer advertisement on online i booked reliance digital dish tv on 07 july 2018 my dth booking id[protected]. It will be installed within 45 days. But 116 days time gone but still any installation response not yet received from reliance digital tv end. I tried multiple times by phone & email to reliance digital tv customer care but they are telling us wait for 7 days but still pending from reliance.

We made a booking for the reliance big tv / independent tv on march 1, 2018, at 4:00 pm. Your company started delivering the dishes/boxes in our area. We tried to contact them, and they said, data is unavailable about our booking. Please check and update the same. We are the first customers of this service and facing such a problem. It is so disappointing. The company doesn't have any data of our connection.
If this problem is not resolved, we must need to move to the court.

I am attaching the screenshot of the payment receipt cum invoice.

As per reliance digital tv offer advertisement on online i booked reliance digital dish tv on 07 july 2018 my dth booking id is: 91156778 and response message comes reliance digital tv end as it will be installed between 30 to 45 days. But 84 days time gone but still any installation response not yet received from reliance digital tv end. I tried multiple times by phone to reliance digitaltv contacts provided by reliance digital tv and the contact numbers are not using and not responding now by reliance digital tv.

I had booked a connection in march 2018 under reg no. 14535297,
I was told that it will be installed with in 30-45 days, thereafter it has not been installed till date despite regular follow up with your customer care team each time they are saying to wait for 7-10 days, its been approx 6 months passed and still have no clue when it will be installed.
You are requested to please look into matter and do the needful or confirm if it is not possible to install and refund booking amount.

Beware beware beware beware beware beware beware beware reliance big tv is big fraud company, they are theifs, not service providers, they all must be put behind bars for fooling public, in the name of pre booking amt they had collected crores of ruppes from public, after that not found any where, they dont have any office in any city, they had made fake site, for collection, and appointed 2-3 persons to at custmer care, who not even know where the company is located, where is its head office or where are its service centres, so all india public please beware of this fake company, dont ever buy any products from this company, because they not existing, and those who are still holding any produt bought earler, switch to some other d2h provider, coz they are closed, bakrupt company, just fooling customers by providing only free to air channels, and charging for all channels, and there dish service always facing errors... Chk reviews yourself online about this company.

My pre-booking ID is 14501835 dt 4/ 3 /2018. Even after 7 months lapsed new connection not established. As I am getting a bad experience from a reputed company like yours I am not interested in getting a new connection if not established immediately, I would like to cancel my order and kindly refund the money at the earliest. I am not getting any sure response from the customer care executive like 'connection wii be established soon.'

I have paid 499 on 3rd march 2018 to reliance for bigtv but i haven't recieved yet.I have called several time to customer care but every time they say it will be delivered in june then july ... and till now not yet received.Customer care number is also not working.Reliance is a fraud company fooling its customers and eating there money. I am really frustrated with this now.I need my money back.My order no A12904993.

I booked two Relience Big TV connections vide registration number 10002295 and 10002291 by paying RS 499/ for each connection.
However today when I reached Chinmay electronics Kolhapur, For collecting the Relience Big TV dish they asked me to pay RS. 2250/ for each connection and collected RS.4500/ for two connections. They also gave me a rough receipt for the same. When I contacted customer care I was told to pay RS 1750/ for each connection. Please refund my extra amount Rs.1000/ collected by dealer Chinmay electronics Kolhapur..

I have paid advance amount of rs. 500 on 1st mar18. I called many times to helpline. Previously they are telling installation will be done before june, later they started telling july end, again august. Now helpline itself is not working.

It's sep end. Till now no updates from big tv. No msg communication nothing. No response on advance amount.

But 133 days time gone but still any installation response not yet received from reliance digital tv end. I tried multiple times by phone to reliance digitaltv contacts provided by reliance digital tv and the contact numbers are not using and not responding now by reliance digital tv.

I paid ₹499 towards the booking amount for a new reliance bigtv connection on march 15th but haven't heard back from them since then. Seeing no end to the false promises made by them regarding the installation date i started requesting a refund of the booking amount i paid. Since then i have sent multiple emails to [protected]@rbtv.in and have made 100s of calls to reliance bigtv customer service center but to no avail. Please help me get a refund for the money i've paid to these fraudsters.

I booked for the reliance big tv seven 7 months ago ie 16 march 2018 booking id 14525222.. I called at your customer care so many time but couldn’t get any information about when we get the connection. All the time customer care executive give me a next date for installation i am totally frustrated. Please let us know when i get the connection or return my money back...

I have booked reliance dish on 5th of april through www.reliancedigitaltv.com, after payment processing i got the blank receipt then i called on tollfree no. [protected] they confirmed me that within two days you will receive the sms & mail for the same. Still i have not received any confirmation. Now tollfree no. Is not connecting. I wanted to cancel my reliance big tv prebooking and want my refund of 999rs bacause when i prebooked 40 days i got message that the installation will be done within 40 days, but even after several follow up i did not get any installation call. I dont want this kind of support in future also so i decided not to go for reliance big tv. Please refund my money back. I only have booking id which i receieved after prebooking. Booking id is 14539211. Cancel this booking and immediately refund my money.

Hi,
I wanted to cancel my reliance big tv prebooking and want my refund of 499rs bacause when i prebooked 40 days i got message that the installation will be done within 40 days, but even after several follow up i did not get any installation call. I dont want this kind of support in future also so i decided not to go for reliance big tv. Please refund my money back. I only have booking id which i receieved after prebooking. Booking id is 12521528. Cancel this booking and immediately refund my money.

We have booked reliance big tv dth connection on 01.03.2018 but till now not get the connection. I called customer care they said wati 1 week again and again inform to us. I am very upset and my time is waste. So kindly refund the our deposit amount immediately.
