Reliance is just bluffing people's I did pre-booking in March 2018 and still I didnt recieve . If I call customer care they will tell it will be installed in 7days from last 2 months 7 days are not happening. Please help out and don't even book this . I think this is scam to collect money . The customer care is also horrible they don't even know speak properly. There is no tracking also. Please help

    I have booked my new dth connection in april 2018 and it has been 5 months i did not get my new connection.
    I have called customer support many time but they are not supporting. It was the worst customer support i have seen in my whole life.
    Customer care is rude and they have no worry of anything.

      I am 9 years old reliance big tv customer and i took 2 years long term plan-, rs2500, on 1st week of march 2018.
      I shifted house on 1st may and called customer care and paid amount rs200 to uninstall at old house and install at new house. 140 days over and daily i am calling customer care but there is no out come, no one came to uninstall from old house and to install at new house.

      Could you please return my total money asap.

        As per your advertisement dt. 20th march, 2018 in local newspaper "lokmat", i have booked your reliance big tv dth service through your website www.reliancebigtv.com and paid rs.499/- in advance. But till date the said service has not been continued and activate. I am so much time communicated your toll free number about installation of dth box and its services but your concerned officials give me only promises to install the dth box in earlier. From time to time i have contacted in your officials and they promised me installation of dth box within a week. I am waiting for dth connection from last six months but your company/provider failed to install the same. I am very disappointment in your company service.
        I am once again request you kindly provide me dth connection at the earliest, otherwise i will be going to consumer court for want of dis-satisfaction of your services.

            I had booked the reliance dth connection 45 days back. It was supposed to installed on or before 45 days but till it is not installed. I am regularly asking for status but there is no reply over mail and there only one contact no. Is always not reachable since 20 days.

            There is complete mail (Trailing) from company and follow up mails from my side but no result till date.

                    I wanted to cancel my reliance big tv prebooking and want my refund of 499rs bacause when i prebooked 40 days i got message that the installation will be done within 40 days, but even after several follow up i did not get any installation call.                       I have registered for jio dth on 1st march 2018 by paying prebooking amount rs.500. The booking id is 12505087. I got messages for multiple incidents saying the installation will be done between 30 to 45 days. Now 200+ days crossed. No installation happened. No one approached me related to installation. I donot find way to talk with reliance.
                      The last message was on 5th may. Then no more communication. Reliance, the cheater.

                      I booked DTH connection on 17/04/2018 and they promised to install connection within 30-45 days but still it is not installed. I called many times to customer care number but no solution, every time they ask me to wait for one week.
                      I have booked for connection on 8th of March and they assured for installation in 30-45 days but still, I am wondering about when it will happen. After Six Month of Booking. My booking ID RBIG TV is 12503209.Please sort this problem as soon as posssible

                        मेरे द्वारा 13.03.2018 को रिलांइस बिग टीवी DTH की प्री-बुकिंग करायी गयी थी, जिसकी पेंमट आई.डी.[protected] थी। किन्‍तु मुझे अभी तक DTH की डिलीवरी नहीं हुई है और न ही कोई सूचना प्राप्‍त हुई। कस्‍टमर केयर में कॉल करने पर बताया जा रहा है कि मेरा मोबाइल नंबर भी रजिस्‍टर्ड नहीं है। अत: आपसे अनुरोध है कि कृपया प्रकरण का निस्‍तारण करने का कष्‍ट करें।

                                      Hi All,

                                      This is an update towards the BIG TV, as I've received the connection after such a long five-month battle. BIG TV has shut down it has been taken over by Independent TV and they started installing the setup box at each and every household from 1st of September. Please be patient and if you still don't receive till the end of the month go through this procedure.

                                      1) Call consumer helpline they will guide you to drop a complaint to Information & Broadcast minister. Once complain logged.
                                      2) Use that complain as a proof and you can file a case @100 Rs at any nearby consumer court and you would need any lawyer for that.
                                      3) Before that, there might be an installation at your place.

                                      On a serious note, the channels which they have provided are best for the market. You will not regret by taking this connection. It's worth the value. But never trust till the end still the Connection gets activated.
                                      Reliance BigTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I have been calling reliance customer service since April as I have been told that installation will be done post 45 days after subscribing for the new connection. Then I received SMS that installation will be done in June.
                                        Since June all I have been told it will be done by the weekend for sure, we have sent email to notify our vendor for installation, you don't need to worry. Most pathetic service provider I ever saw in the modern era.
                                        I think they were collecting money from people when they launched Reliance BigTv offer, now they paid their debit
                                        Reliance BigTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        This FORUM also seems to be a big pile of ###. Nothing seems to be effective/practical happening
                                        I Maqsood Kadri booked Reliance Big TV on 1st March 2018 along with booking amount Rs. 500/-, but till date set top box not installed. Customer care not answer of my phone calls.
                                        My tranation ID is S28018090 dt.07.03.2018, but my booing is not showing.
