I want to cancel my reliance big tv prebooking and want my refund of 499rs bacause no action has been taken from your end. Please refund my money. I had booked on dt.18.07.2018 time 13:17:13. Booking id no. 14556160, transaction reference no. Nsbi[protected]. Cancel this booking and immediately refund my money.

I have booked for new dth connection with booking id 14522270 on dated[protected] with promised to setup connection with in 2 months. but still after six months i can't get installation. when i contact to customer care they give me a new date for installation since last six months. kindly help me on the issue immediately or refund my booking amount.

Sir,
I made a online payment for reliance bigbtv pre book offer on 20/3/2018 bookin id-[protected]reg mobile no-[protected], was mentioned that installation would b done within 30-45daz,
Despite repeated complaints to the customer care, installation hasn, t been done yet&all complaints are falling on deaf ears, i request co to get the installation done at the earliest or refund the amount, othwrwise i would b forced to go to the consumer court.

Have applied BIG TV connection as part of their pre-booking offer on 2nd March. As per their communication it has to be installed 35 to 40 days from the date of registration. 6 months is over as of today...but still no communication..whenever we call to customer care...they used to tell like will fixed in 5 to 6 days...now a days they are also not picking the call...attached payment receipt.

Book your relience big tv on april your repersentive tell us to provide this connection after 30 to 45 days but till date i didnot get your connection please refund my 499/- rs refund to me back

Hello Team,

I have reqeusted for Reliance digital tv connection on 31st July 2018.

Till now there is no response for my order that is placed. The number that are provided on their website is not working any more. around 20days back once it worked and during that time they mentioned that you will receive your set of box and dish with in 45 days.

Now the customer care number never worked also i have raised complaints on their website multiple times every time i will get one single message stating that it is submitted.

Mane 03/03/2018 ko settop box book krwaya tha. Jiske liye mne 499 ki amount apne debit card se ki thi. Jiske liye mujhe btaya gya tha ki connection 45 din tk mil. Jayega. But aaj 7 months ho gye h mujhe settop box abhi tk nhi. Mila. H iske liye mne kai bar toll free no. [protected] pr call kiya wha se mujhe hr bar btaya gya ki bus 5/7 days mei settop box mil jayega. Mere pass company ki or se ak message bhi aaya tha jisme mujhe 15 june tk settop box dene ki baat khi gyi thi. But asa kuch bhi nhi huwa. Uske bad bhi toll free no. Pe call ki prantu koi satisfactory answer nhi diya gya. Last monday ko mne toll free no. Pe mr. Parwej se baat ki unhone mujhe btaya ki aapka settop box dispatch ho gya h 5/7 din mei lg jayega. Is baat ko bhi aaj 10 din ho gye h. Isse to lgta h ki company k dwara consumers se chhitingbii ja rhi h. Or consumer k paiso ko loota ja rha h.
Shriman ji mujhe btaya jaye ki mujhe settop box milega ya nhi or agar milega to final kitne din lagenge. Mujhe majboor jokar koi dusra rasta na nikalna pde. Mera registered fone no. H [protected] or mera bokking no. Is 12526936

I am booking RBIG TV Connection on 2nd March & my Booking ID is 12522606 after more than 6 months i not received box connection any things. I call many time RBIG TV customers care he told installation will be done one week every time same reply but still not installations. If not possible installation done after six months he should refunded my 500 ruppyes.

I have booked reliance digital tv connection in dhamaka offer by paying advance of 499/- inr on 12th march 2018 morning 6:29. They have promised to install the connection within 30 to 45 days of booking. Almost 160 days have passed but ii have not received any single communication from them about my installation so far. After that the company went incommunicado. All my attempts of contacting the company via email or con tact numbers have gone in vain.
As of now, i feel that i have been duped just like many other gullible customers with this modus operandi of advance booking. The so called company has taken the advantage of its behemoth corporate image.

I have been consistently trying to communicate on their customer care number [protected] but it always shows busy. Even i have sent many mails to them but not a single reply have been received so far.

After 6 months of mental torture and agony that i have gone through, i am constrained to register this last complaint to you. I hope to get a satisfactory response from your side failing which i may have to approach the consumer court for the redressal of my grievance. The matter can also be raised in other appropriate forums and concerned departments or ministries.
Please reply or install at the earliest.

I had booked new connection with reliance big tv for the hd hevc set-top box on the very first day of its announcement way back in march with the booking id of 12509240. Till date there is no info on installing the same. I was assured that by end of august the installation would be done. The customer care is busy as usual to address this issue. Pls provide a installation or revert the payment made.

I did book new dth connection in the scheme of new dth connection pre booking and paid online amount of 499 by my credit card dated of 18-june-2018, in this scheme time was maximum 45 days from date of booking, after completion of 45 days i did make many call to customer-care of reliance big tv they committed again again but till date my new dth connection is not installed at my home address and also not refund my amount.

Kindly take necessary action.

Dear Reliance,
Its very said to bring to your notice that i have pre ordered reliance big tv on 23/8/18 with the faith that it will be installed on time but even after expiration of 45 days windows there is no response from your end.
Repeted emails to your customer care have been unanswered making it feel like a cheater company.
Do not spoil the name of the company with your poor respose mechanism.

I have ordered reliance digital tv through pre-booking on 21/03/2018 with reference to order number a12953139.
They said it will be delivered within 30-45 days.
But i did not received any update and the set top box isn't delivered till now.
I have sent an attachment of order details as a proof.
Please resolve this asap or give my registration fee back.

Worst ever company i have seen in my life, anil ambani is looting money from innocent peoples and making fake commitments regarding installation of reliance d2h, tried their toll free several times, they are illiterate peoples and don't know how to talk with customer. Every time they used to tell in 1 week installation will complete. Reliance is worst ever company and they deserve 0 star out of 10.

I pre-booked connection on 6th march 2018 & was promised that within 30-45 days I will get the connection.I still haven't received the connection yet, it's rare that I get through to their customer care team, if connected they are telling me from June month, that within a week it will be done. June to September same wording from them, but Still nothing has happened

I had applied for refund of pre-booking amount to reliance big tv, as they demanded, i had given all the details of my bank, etc for refund, but they are fooling customers, not refunding my money, nor replying at customer care, against them FIR should be given, and all the employes should be part of investigation, as all of them are involved in fooling customers along with mr AMBANI. I dont under stand, why indian cyber cell dont take care of such fradulent activities launched by companies, and i am surprised, that how disgraceful for Mr ambani, doing such petty frauds with public.anyway my concern is to get my refund of just rs 499, booking id is[protected].details already mailed to

I have pre booked a rbig tv connection in March/April which booking id is 17501307.I paid an amount of rs. 499.00 online.in your website you committed that "the installation will be done between 30 to 45 days", but still i didn't get connection. I called 6-7 times daily to customer care but they provide next week it will be installed
I want to know that the actual date of installation and the actual status of my order.If you cannot provide connection revert my amount.
