I have book a DTH connection with Reliance Big tv on 31 March 18 by making a payment of Rs. 499/-
which is not installed in 45 as scheduled

I have booked reliance DTH on 2nd march 2018, I got SMS that your Booking ID is 12519015 and DTH will be installed with 30-45 days. But after 6 months rbig TV didn't able to provide any date of installation. It's clear fraud with public using Thier money and not delivering services. Action must be taken against reliance digital by govt.
Service is worst case i booked box in march online and paid also 500 rupees still not get box and also i tried customer care no and get any time busy that cC no i hate this pre booking process.
Please reply me.
Not received the refund till dated. Kindly take actipn

      I have booked the reliance big tv under the pre booking offer by paying rs. 499

      I got the message stating that "installation will be done with in 30 to 45 days.
      But even after 8 months of time they have not installed.

      Till now i have called the customer care[protected] more then 60 times.
      Just they will tell that"installation will happen - by the end of this month, with in 3 days, with in 7 days, instrument has been sent to distributer

      I dont know why they are taking so much of time

      As i dont have any hopes of installation by reliance big tv, i took dish tv connection, they installed the dish tv with in 4 hours of booking time

            Sir i recharged my reliance dth smart card[protected] for rs.1499 on dated 20th august 2018 after satisfaction from customer care but service could not be activated till date. I called customer care several times but they give me some time and in this process 25 days passed but they did not resolve my problem. Neither they activate my service nor they refund my money. I have send mail also to company's email id. But no response from that side.
            Sir please take an action against it's cheap and fraudulent service.

              My reliance big tv booking i'd is 14537659 which was booked on 27april 2018. Many times i called to reliance customer care but they only giving false promise like

              #is month me connection lag jayega#.

              Is this new way to looting public money. Is this new chit fund type scam. Is anil ambani doing fraud with my money. Now i am thinking to drag this fraud company to court

                Till date instalation not done i am booking big tv last 4 month but till date instalation not done i try many many time to customer care but issue till pending i am not satisfied with customer care now the customer care number are also close please refund my booking amount with interest also last 3 time i call to customer care he said instalation done after 7day or this weak but still pending please guide me ab to customer care number bi band aa raha h

                  I booked digital box of reliance big tv.
                  By seeing offer offered by reputed company reliance i blindly paid rs500.
                  I didn't receive any box or call fom them
                  Company like reliance looting public money.
                  I spoke to customer care service too. But no response

                    I was informed that, my connection woluld be install within 30 to 45 days.
                    I have tried too many times to customer care no. Regarding installation shedule but it is always unreachable.
                    Since it has already passed more than 90 days, i can't wait more for installation. My humble request you to refund my money in my account.

                        Dear sir, my reliance digital tv setup box is not operating from last 9 months. I am old customers of big tv and also having recharge with freedom pack for 5 years. My smart no. Is[protected]. I already field a complaint about it on 29th march 2018 to you and my service request no. Is[protected]. Another complaint raised on 18th april 2018 nos.[protected] & 14 sept 2018 nos. [protected]. So many emails send to [protected]@rbtv.in but no one technician come to attend complaint. Further when again i called to customer care they not give positive response. So resolve my complaint as soon as possible. Please give me feedback.

                              I have applied big tv connection as part of their pre-booking offer on 2nd march. As per their communication it has to be installed 35 to 40 days from the date of registration. 6 months is over as of today... But still no communication.. Whenever we call to customer care... The number is not working. I have email many times but not getting any reply from such a big company reliance, i have booked 2 set top box. How to contact them is big question at this moment...???

                                    15 से 45 दिन सर्विस देना का वादा किया गया था और मैंने 23/03/2018 को बुक किया था जबकि 6 महीना 1 दिन हो चूका हैं रिलायंस बिग टीवी अपना वादा पूरा नहीं किया हैं जब भी में फ़ोन लगता हूँ लगता नहीं और लगता भी हैं तो बोला जाता हैं 7 दिन और रुकिए लग जायेगा यही प्रकिया ६ महीना से हो रहा हैं ये सबसे घटिया कंपनी हैं तो पब्लिक का रुपया लेके अपना व्यापार बढ़ने में लगी हुई हैं और पब्लिक को चूतिया बना रही हैं अगर ये कंपनी अपना भला चाहता हैं तो मेरा रुपया ब्याज के साथ मुझे वापस करे नहीं तो में इसके ऊपर आगे भी कदम उढ़ाउंगा |

                                      सर, 7 जून 2O18 को मैंने बिग टीवी बुक करवाया था अभी तक कनेक्शन नहीं लगा आपके प्रतिनिधि से बात करने पर हर 7 दिन वेट करने के लिए कहा जाकर टाल दिया जाता है परन्तु 7 दिन नहीं आते आखिर वास्तविकता क्या है बताने का कष्ट करे इससे आपकी छवि धूमिल हो रही है ।पिछले कुछ दिनों से आपके कस्टमर केयर नं भी नहीं लग रहे है आखिर बात क्या है कृपया अपने ग्राहकों को सन्तुष्ट करवावें एवं यथार्थ से अवगत करावे ।
