I have applied for pre booking of r big tv on 09/04/2018 my booking id is a 14543880 as per the massege (Congratulations for booking your rig tv connection. Installation will be done between 30 to 45 days. Your booking id is a 14543880 and no. Of connection 3)
Connection will be done 30 to 45 days. Today is the 3months and 27 days. Rs 1497 is already paid. Please refund my amount.

      I had booked two connections around march 2018. Subsequently i received one confirmation email and then two text messages around april/may 2018 about delays in installation. After that the company went incommunicado. All my attempts at contacting the company via email or co tact numbers have failed.
      As of now, i feel that i have been royally scammed just like so many other gullible customers by this so called company taking advantage of its behemoth corporate image. Please see below the confirmation email that i received from the company on 9th of march 2018 for booking id number and other details.

      Any help in resolution of this matter will be greatly appreciated.

        I had booked two connections with this company in march 2018. For details please see their confirmation email pasted below. I have tried contacting them multiple times over phone and email but all the attempts failed. It seems as if this company took the money of many more gullible customers like me and simply vanished overnight. Can you please help
        Me get my money refunded or be provided the promised products/services, or atleast confirm if i have indeed been scammed of my 1000 rupees.

          Dear sir this is my second complaint as my previous complaint closed by you as company assured me to installation in Aug. Month . But I m still waiting for that now take a serious action against company as always making me fool .

          Dear sir my complaint against Reliance Big Tv (Reliance Digital tv ). I booked reliance digital tv on 12 Mar. 2018 with booking id 14519258 . Company tell me to wait 15 to 45 days for installation . In Apr 2018 i cut my previous service provider connection of Tata sky but still i am waiting for installation . I file complaint on national consumer helpline with complaint number 786717 . I send mail to both level of company customer care and nodel officer but didnt get any reply . When i am calling on customer care number [protected] i cant get sattisfaction as i m requesting to transfer the call to there upper level but they cant did it i have call recording of customer care that they are always refuse to transfer the call . When i am asking for installation they always give postponded date of next month . Now i want to get compensationn for without entertenment from apr. 2018 till date and installation as son as possible .

          Kindly give me compensation for inconvenience .

            I got mail from rdtv. [protected]@relianceada.com when i book new connection on their web site as below.

              And its been more than 8 month
              I am continuously calling to customer care they give us assurance problem will resolve within 24 Hour from 01 May 18 to till date 24 hours is not completed

                I booked and paid rs. 500 as pre booking for big tv didital connection under scheme but even after 4 months the installation is notyet done. Every time i contact customer care they say since booking numbers were very high hence installation will be done by end of the month. Last deadline was august 2018 but now moved to week of sep.

                Don't know what to do.

                    I want to cancel my reliance big tv prebooking and want my refund of 499rs because when i pre booked it 10th apr 2018 and i got a message that the installation will be done within 40 days, but even after several follow up's i did not get any installation call. I dont want this kind of support in future please refund my money back. I only have booking id which i receieved after prebooking. Cancel this booking and immediately refund my money.

And i had paid 500rs when saw that online booking add 1 year + 4 year free that time i got 1 mail after that i am not get any msg, mail or my new connection.                         Neither they respond nor refunding money.
                        Even they use abusive language while calling.

Simply giving false assurances. Is reliance big tv planning to deceive costumes by giving false assurances and loot public's money. Will they give clarification.

                                I wanted to cancel my reliance big tv prebooking and want my refund of 499rs bacause when i prebooked 40 days i got message that the installation will be done within 40 days, but even after several follow up i did not get any installation call. I dont want this kind of support in future also so i decided not to go for reliance big tv. Please refund my money back. I only have booking id which i receieved after prebooking.                                     This is inform you that I have booked the RBIG TV connection on 4th Aug’18 with booking id[protected] also mention in subject line.
                                    It’s over a month and there is no information regarding the installation and neither I have received any call form your side.
                                    I called to customer care, they asked me the mobile no. which is [protected], they told me that this number in wrong. Again I asked please find with booking Id, they told me to call again with valid number and drop the call immediately.
                                    Although I have provided the correct mobile number to them as I have received the message also for booking.
                                    If they are not able to do this then please request you to refund my amount.

                                        Hope you can see the below mail thread till day no one installed any connection and whenever i am calling the customer care the executives are behaving
                                        irresponsible. i called more than 15 times. I have paid 499/- for Big Tv Connection if i am not getting any help from your end i am very sorry to say below comments

                                        " The services i was getting or consuming from reliance Fuel, Jio, Foot print and Reliance Digital going to discontinue" Because i had a trust in this company and i made many people to use Reliance products so now i facing this issue. Poor response and without telling anything disconnecting the phone. I am very disappointed to write this.

                                        Please do needful if you can anything i can wait for 2 Business working days to sort out my issues.
