I have pre booked a rbig tv connection on date[protected], which booking id is 14500815. I paid an amount of rs. 499.00 online.in your website you committed that "the installation will be done between 30 to 45 days", but still i didn't get connection. I called 6-7 times daily to customer care but they didn't provide satisfy answer.
I want to know that the actual date of installation and the actual status of my order.

I pre-booked connection on 5 may 2018 & was promised that within 40-45 days i will get the connection. I still haven't received the connection yet, it's rare that i get through to their customer care team, if connected they tell me that within a week it will be done.
Still nothing has happened

I have pre-booked for reliance big tv connection through online and paid rs.499/- on 12.06.2018 vide booking id - a12980696. After lapse of 3 months the connection is still not materilized from reliance big tv. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and intimate the status of the same please in my mail id - [protected]@yahoo.co.in (Mob. [protected]).

An early response in this regard is awaited.

I payed 500 rs on march 3rd.
Reliance big tv customer care number is not reachable. I called many times but no response. Please initiate refund as you told earlier. I have sent mail to [protected]@rbtv.in. My mail id: [protected]@gmail.com.

I prabhas kumar booked reliance big tv on 03.03.2018 with id: 12525548, but till not got installation. Whenever i calling to rbtv customer care, they all giving wrong information. Last month they told that your installation will done within 31.08.18. When i called on 31.08.18, they are telling that my system is not showing your booking. Please help & solve the issue.

I have booked a new rbig tv connection on 8th june with booking ref. Id # 14550062. I have been told that new connection will be installed in 30 to 45 days i even sent email on [protected]@rbtv.in but nothing has been done yet. So i got dth connection from someone else and now i want my money back now as i am not interested to deal with such a careless service provider in future.

I hereby inform that i booked new reliance big tv connection confirmation no is 12517777 date 08 mar2017 an amount of rs 500/- copy enclosed since last one year and sixteen months completed. I further request you 08/09/2018 at 1950hr your customers care centre should i call three time under mention on duty employees mr rohit, mr upender, mr adit, all are given badly respond with customers he did connect my call to his superior mr jasbir that why i registered complaint kindly those types of employees is not suitable for your company i further request to take necessary stricket action against him and inform me at the earliest. All three persons recording with me how to talk with customers he doesn't know.

Hi,
From past few days i'm not able to see any channels and getting this error 400- signal lost. I called customer care she said a technician will visit my house within 7 days and check the fitting and if necessary will refit the dish properly. But she didn't provide me with any complaint number rather on asking the same she said you will get a confirmation call from our end and on confirmation i will be provided with the complaint number and the technician will visit my house. But it's been more the 7 days now neither any call came nor any technician. And now the customer care people are also not reachable, whenever i call it either gets disconnected immediately or after some time. Other numbers are also not reachable or every time they are busy. What to do now? It's annoying and frustrating to was our time on such things. Very bad services by reliance. If no action is taken i'll have to switch to some other digital network.

I have booked reliance digital tv on 02/03/2018 but still i have not got any response from your side. I have paid booking amount 499/-, you can see in attached pic. Many times contacted ccare but he says it is under process and right now given customer care number also not reachable or its saying dial number does not exist or correct. Please look into this matter and kindly resolve it. Thank you...

We had booked reliance dth on 28 mar'18 & we were communicated dat u will receive the connection within 30-45 days. Today is 7 sep'18 & we haven't received it yet. The customer service thru phone is nt connectable & once v r able to get thru they jst say it will happen. One to cse also said that "aapne itna paisa diya hai toh itna kyu pareshan ho rahe ho" is this the way they treat their customers & their money. Also via email they response after a month. It's nt abt the amount invested to book bt it's spoiling brand name.

The booking id given is 14549978. I had called the customer care, there is no response. Whenever i called, customer care, they only given false promises that they will provide the same with in month. Till today i haven't got the connection nor company refunded me the amount by me.

I booked 2 set top box in march 18 under id no 14525714... After that i contact custmer care so many time... Every time custmer care person gave ans that your set top box will be delieverd shortly or next month... When i call custmer care every time thry gave same ans... I think you afvice him or to gave same ans to every one...in 6 month you didnot provide me set top box... Kindly provide me sat top box

I'm jagadish samal at-darabachha, post-marshaghai, dist-kendrapara, state-odisha pin-754213, resisted mobile no -[protected]. I have big tv booking id[protected] on the dt-22/06/18. Installation will be done between 30 to 45 days but 72 days ago did not installation.
So i requested to you that, kindly take necessary action to resolve my issue.

Hi,

The Booking ID given through to me is 17509426. I had sent several emails and called the customer care, there is no response to my emails. Whenever I called, customer care, they only given false promises that they will provide the same with in month. Till today I haven't got the connection nor company refunded me the amount by me.

Kindly help resolve this issue.

I have ordered big tv set up box on 1march 2018 and till date 06 September 2018 approximately 6 month to go I have not received.I pay 499 for pre booking and receive booking id is 12500273 and msg say ur set up box is install in 30 to 45 days.I have call to customer care but don't give better response. Please resolve my problem otherwise I have go to consumer court.

I have purchased reliance big tv on 05.05.2018 at 17:45:44 hrs. After purchasing i was told that installation would happen in 40-45 days. Every month they are assuring me for installation but repeated phone calls the are not responding over telephonic conversations. They assure me to install a connection on 31st aug, 2017. But nobody call me nor visited at my place and also it does not happened in that duration. After that i have called their customer support and registerd complaint. During complaint registraion i have been told by their technical support team will contact me and will do installation.
As promised technical team does not contacted me nor done installation.
Really the support system is. No fullfillment of commitments. I have very bad experience with reliance big tv.

I have booked on 9th may 2018, my booking id is a12977606 and i have deposited 499 by credit card payment but today almost 4 months have been passed and still waiting installation of my reliance big tv. They have promised installation within 30-45 days in all their advertisements i have followed up multiple (More than 10) times on their customer care number but every time they commit a new date and failed.
They never provided me their escalation matrix so that i can get it further.

This is pure case of false promise and cheating with their customers.
I request you to take strict action to them so that they can understand the pain.
