Reliance didn't install my setup box on given time (30-45 days) as promised. And now got message they have no information about my booking . I was make my order on 4th march 2018. Now, i want my refund of 500/- back with interest. Lot of time I am making a call on[protected], but nobody giving me right information about this.

The worst ever service from a reputed company like Reliance Digital TV. You invited bookings. I have applied for Reliance Digital TV connection - pre booking - vide Booking ID 14516882 and 14544240, dt 10 march. Still waiting for installation. They took money and not responding regarding installation. Not communicating with customers. Not informing them about the correct position....

I have booked connection on 19th March for new installation of Reliance Big TV and till date I have not received any confirmation when reliance big TV will be installed. Couple of time I have contacted customer services but no firm commitment has been provided. May I know when connection will be provided.

Reliance digital TV have taken 499/- as a pre booking charges from long ago for TV connection, after that I have taken follow up with them many times, even I do have call recordings of them but they were making false promises and when I asked about refund they gave me one email I'd on which I supposed to drop mail for refund, I have dropped many emails to them but no response let, I have also registered complaint on their official website...
