Reliance didn't install my setup box on given time (30-45 days) as promised. And now got message they have no information about my booking . I was make my order on 4th march 2018. Now, i want my refund of 500/- back with interest. Lot of time I am making a call on[protected], but nobody giving me right information about this.
They told me they have no information about refunding and they suggest me to do mail on [protected]@rbtv.in. I also sent a mail on [protected]@rbtv.in.
Also I have attached a booking proof for your ready reference.

Now, i have purchased other setup box from market. So, i need my refund only

On[protected] i prebook for reliance digital tv but i haven't got any sms or email of confirmation after booking reliance digital tv connection. I had also paid the booking amount. I have paid 499 in advance for prebooking on 3rd marh 2018 today its 8 oct 2018 still there is no progress.
I just want my money back as fast as possible.

In the advertise they had promised within 45 days they will install the setup box
The customer care is also not supportive whenever I try to contact it is always engaged or in a queue

Once luckily I had contacted them they said just mail on a specific email id your problem will be solved so I had mailed on that ID but there is no response from them

I am chasing them for 10 days to reactivate my connection. They asked me to recharge for 175/- so that engineer can visit. I recharged for 250/- and they started doing deductions of my balance daily. This connection was not used for a year and there is no service showing on tv.
When i call to service desk either they don't pick up the phone or just say their server is down. Once they have registered my complaint and assured me for resolution within 48 hours by engineer visit but no one visited so far. It's been very frustrating the way they are handling customers and stealing their money.

In response to the ad.in newspapers i have pre-booked for big tv connection on 20.03.2018 with marchant id no. A901eafba0ea4ae4edf9 with an amount of rs. 499.00. The promise was to be installed within 30 to 45 days. Since nothing has been heard so far, i have submitted requests many times thr' website and thr, email on 05.07.2018 followed by reminders on 16.07.2018 and also today. I am sorry to see that no response has been recieved so far. Kindly arrange for the refund of my booking amount and cancel the booking as i am not interested in big tv

Nothing has been heard so far from reliance big tv which is run by reiance communications.
I have not yet recieved any response from the service provider

The worst ever service from a reputed company like Reliance Digital TV. You invited bookings. I have applied for Reliance Digital TV connection - pre booking - vide Booking ID 14516882 and 14544240, dt 10 march. Still waiting for installation. They took money and not responding regarding installation. Not communicating with customers. Not informing them about the correct position.

I have booked connection on 19th March for new installation of Reliance Big TV and till date I have not received any confirmation when reliance big TV will be installed. Couple of time I have contacted customer services but no firm commitment has been provided. May I know when connection will be provided.
If you are not able to deliver the services. please refund my money...

Reliance digital TV have taken 499/- as a pre booking charges from long ago for TV connection, after that I have taken follow up with them many times, even I do have call recordings of them but they were making false promises and when I asked about refund they gave me one email I'd on which I supposed to drop mail for refund, I have dropped many emails to them but no response let, I have also registered complaint on their official website many times but I did not get any response from them

When I checked their official fb page, I got to know that not only me, they have fooled many people, you can also check their official fb page "Reliance Digital TV"

They have also closed their toll free number which is displayed on their official website, but offer is still there, I don't know how get money back from them

Shall I meet anil or Mukesh directly before they escape the country ?

Had purchased reliance big tv when the offer is in April . It was told the product will be delivered within 45 days of the purchase. But now it has been more than 4 months since the purchase but it has not been delivered yet.
There is no response from the reliance big tv.
Nobody answers the customer support number and emails are not being answered too. Tried to reach out to the support team couple of times but there is no response from their end.

I have paid to rbtv through payu money payment id[protected] merchant o. Id-7c53d182e6a8b8869036 rs 499 on 20.03.18. Till date rbtv have not installed set top box at my home. I got sms from rbtv i. E. Will install your product on 15 june 18 i am waiting for the same till date. Pls refund my advance amount if you are unable to deliver your product. Waiting for positive response

I pre booked rel big tv dth setup box. My booking id is 14554139, reliance big tv are committed for installation within 30 to 45 days but here 90 days has been gone over but still neither installation has been done nor any information from your side.

I applied for connection on 1st march 2018. As per their website and t&c, installation need to be done with in 30-45 days. After waiting for 3 months i contacted their customer care and ask for refund as i resume my dth connection with older service provider. As per instruction from their customer care i sent a refund request mail to "[protected]@rbtv.in" on 18th june 2018. After multiple calls and emails i got reply on 01st aug 2018 asking my bank details and seeking 2 weeks for refund. Today is 30th august but i have not receive payment. Wrong commitment is done to the customer by the company. I want to sue the company for not valuing the customer. My booking id is 17500110. Please take strict action for wrong commitment done to the customers and request to arrange to get my refund of rs.499/-.

After repeated contact message comes that your new big tv connection will commence from 15th june 2018. Wrong commitment is done to the customer by the company. I want to sue the company for not valuing the customer. My booking id is 12907672. Please take strict action for wrong commitment done to the customers. They have already taken rs. 500 as prepayment for the connection.

Sir, i booked two connection of reliance big tv. Reliance big tv connection booking id is 14524535. Company say that we have done installation done 30 to 45 days but 5 month spent still not done installation and no one helpline work for customer care. So sir please resolve my complaint on priority base as soon as possible

This is the initial comnittment of the company when i booked with 500 rs payment in advance but still i not get the product installed please convey my compkaint to higher authorities so that i will get connection or refund with interest
