Sir, i have booked my d2h connection with booking id a 12922213 on 12/03/2018 but till date company has not installed any connection . I have called so many times earlier to help line no, they often says that it will be installed with 7-10 days. Please do needful in this mater .

If company cant install connection please refund my money which i have paid.
Reliance BigTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have booked my reliance big dish TV in March and there is no response from there. Reliance big dish TV has not come to my home till yet and my amount has been deducted in online netbanking which is of 548rs, I have proof of that.So please refund my amount, I can't take reliance big dish TV. Do immediately as possible as.

    I am a customer of Reliance Big TV for the late 8 years. My smart card number is[protected]. Since 5/5/2018 I am not able to see any tv programmes. Whenever, we open the tv, the screen shows Error 400-Signal lost. I have approached the customer care of the company hundred of times. Every time they say that the problem Wlli be short out in 24 hours but their 24 hours have not been completed in 4 months. I have purchased one year pack on 15/2/2018. I therefore, request to please either short out the problem immediately or refund my rupees 1499/- immediately.

        Every time when i call customer care the message is saying like '1 week' like wise many weeks are gone and reliance is not able to provide the dth connection till today

        Very poor response from reliance customer care and mostly disconnected after the '1 week' statement is conveyed

          My booking id of rbig tv is[protected], i have paid 499 on march 13th 2018 for new connection, but still not get my connection, received text message on my no "dear customer, we appreciate your patience and would like to inform you that installation of your new big tv connection will commence from 15th june 2018. So refund my 499 rs at the earliest.

            Hello sir
            I wanted to cancel my reliance big tv prebooking and want my refund of 499rs bacause when i prebooked 80 days i got message that the installation will be done within 30-45 days, but even after several follow up i did not get any installation call. I dont want this kind of support in future also so i decided not to go for reliance big tv. Please refund my money back. I only have booking id which i receieved after prebooking. Booking id is 14551454. Cancel this booking and immediately refund my money.

            I had booked for new DTH connection ( Booking ID[protected] on 02/03/2018 and still not get the connection. What the hell is going on. 1st reliance is commit that in 30-45 days you will get the connection and after 80 days i not get the connection and not the final date.
            Worst service from Reliance.

              I have booked reliance big TV on March till now they have not installed my connection. Every time i call customer care, emaled them many time they are telling we will install next month definitely but they dont.

              They are making us fools. Its already been more than 4 months after i booked connection. Initial target of installation was June 15th but they didnt not install till date.

              At last i have asked them to refund my amount back still they have not returned my money also. Please help me regarding this.

              I dont need installation i would want my money back. Please help me getting back the same.

                  I shifted house and raised a request on 1st may and called customer care and paid amount. N number of times but till now, no one came to uninstall from old house and to install at new house.
                  I took 2 years long term plan... Now i am deeply regret why i took reliance big tv... Could you please provide me service or return my total money asap.

Kindly look into the matter and resolve my problem. They are using public money by making false commitment. Kindly refund my deposit of rs. 500 as they are not making installation in committed time period.

                        We are already purchase the tv reconnect ur store phinox mall in the name of ramendra singh add alambagh reconnect 43f4382 ur executive is confirm me that ur tv has been delivered with in 2 days when i asked after 2 days ur executive is saying that stock is not available when i asked i meet us senior but he is using abusing language. Sir i have required same tv on same model asap.
                        Kindly help for this case i want our tv till monday i hope reliance group support me i[censored] can't support me so i will take legal action against ur company or executive

                          Reliance big tv booking id 12514171, no response from reliance, they always live up to their name by fleecing their customers. The customer care numbers no longer work and their email has no response. Their publicity it was advised installation will be with 30-45 days. They should advise us the exact date of installation but again reliance lives up to its name. No response.

                            Sir, reliance is a reputed company and it was never expected from a company group of repute.in case any issues are there, the company should make it clear and unnecessary we should not contact them again and against. They should advise us the exact date of installation.

                              Reliance digital looks like cheating people by collecting money for new connection as shown in the website. I booked a connection on march 2nd 2018 and till now no news about the connection. Their customer care is of no help and none ready to give a proper response though it's hard to connect to them as well. As per the advertisement, i should have received the service within 45 days of my booking.

                              It's going to be one year and I haven't got the connection yet, looks the intention is to cheat people of the hard earned money.

                                  My name is kalpesh k. Jain. I had payment for reliance new connection for their new scheme through your online pre-booking portal for new customer on august 21, 2018, but after making payment there was an error in the system and the bill was not generated while the payment was successfully processed from my kotak mahindra bank account. The reference number of the payment processed is pg-[protected] and the description is os reliancecomm [protected]. It was from the kotak mahindra bank account with the last four digit *7433 and the mobile number was 81*304. I did not get any sort of sms or email back from them even after the payment has been processed and whenever i call their call center they just say today you will receive booking id, but that today never comes.

                                      It is very sad to say that reliance is doing very bad in case of reliance big tv connection. I have registered for two connection on 20th march but there is no installation till date.

                                      Everytime when i call to customer care no. Mentioned in the slip received i. E[protected] i get a very bad response. None of the employee has given reference no. For the call neither they register complaint. It is a very big issue.

                                      Every time whenever i call they say that after 15 days your installation will be complete, everytime they lie & cut the phone by their own.

                                      I want to know is there any procedure in the company where i can register my complaint.

                                      If i didn't get response then i will go to consumer court.

                                      Please be very careful while booking Reliance DTH ITS A SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMM . They just take your money and do nothing. I have done my pre booking on[protected]. Till date no reply. Customer care is not reachable. Better look for another service provider.

                                        I have make a pre-booking of 4 reliance bigtv on 02 march 2018. I have couple the customer care a couple of time for the installation but every time they make some excuses that it will be installation within two weeks time, or in a week time or it have been given to the distributor and they will install in 3-4 days. But none of these excuses never happen. I have put mail twice, one to [protected]@reliancedigitaltv.com and another one to [protected]@rbtv.in as advised by the customer care.

                                        I don't want anymore of the big tv anymore as i can't wait on forever. Please refund the amount.
