If you want your money back please file the complain on government website

Once you will file the complain by making your account on above website then Reliance is bound to take action.

We all need to highlight this to government so that they could be aware about this big scam.

My pre-booked reliance digital tv connection on 7 march for which the booking. Id is14510576 and no connection. But i have still not received. Any communication from their side in installation will be done in 30 to 45 days and it has been more than160 days.
So i had request then to kindly cancel the preboking andinitiate a refund for the my balance a/c.

This is to inform that we had enrolled ourselves for big tv installation on 7th march, 2018 with a commitment that installation shall be done within 45 days. However, it has been 5 months and no connection has been done

Requested to refund our amount of rs 1000 for 2 connections as we no longer wish to get big tv installed. We do not wish to associate ourselves with an organisation with such bad and laid back customer service. Still no refund initiated as there customer care told us to mail at “installation @rdtv.in”, i have mailed them too but no response got from them.

Hi,

I had booked reliance tv connection on 20th march with advance of rs 500/- and due to installation being not done during the committed time period, i had opted for the refund of my advance.

The details of the bank account had been already send to them vide email dated 15th may 18, but till date there is no positive reply and no refund too.

I have never seen such useless company in my life till date which false in every commitments.

I had booked a connection of reliance digital tv on dated 16/3/2018 through my online advance payment vide Payment Receipt No. Payment ID:[protected]. But still after 5 months i did not get my DTH HD connection till date.
I called to customer care, in the starting, they just tell that this will installed in few days but after that they just called me to email your complaint. i will complaint to give id and after giver 4 reminders did not get any response from reliance team.
please update my schedule for installation shortly as it was nearly around 5 months passes.Please take take necessary action...

I had pre-booked a reliance digital tv connection on 9 march 2018 for which the booking id is 14513928 and no of connections is 1. But i have still not received any communication from their side though in the mail they had clearly stated the installation will be done in 30 to 45 days and it has been more than 150 days.

So i had requested them to kindly cancel the pre-booking and initiate a refund for the same but none of things have been processed.

I have also attached the payment receipt for the amount which i have paid for the pre-booking of the connection.

I registered for reliance big tv on 3rd march and it was said installation will be done in 90 days and i called after 90 days and they asked me to wait for 15-20 days more. I called again in june and they keep on pushing me and saying they don't know when the installation will be done and they have no idea of refunding the money. Customer care is pathetic as well they can't even speak properly or have any system which can check the status of request. Its been more than 180 days since reliance big tv took my money of rs499 and hasn't provided anything. It is the similar case of thousands of people.

I have booked this dth on 08th march 2018 and company commits to all people's within 45 days customers will get connection, i have wait for 45 days, but i didn't get any response from reliance big tv.!!! So after that i got another connection.! Now over 100 days! Still no response.

Kindly cancel my booking and refund my amount 499 rs otherwise i will register complaint against company i have all the proofs.

I booked the connection on 20th march in pre-booking offer. My booking id is a12951202. Despite several call to customer care no installation has been done. Everytime they provide me with a new date. No response from company on mails. I think it is a serious scam by anil ambani led company as they are fully aware with the lax attitude of enforcement. I can imagine what this fellow will do with raffal jets. God save our pilots.

Hi,

My complaint against reliance big tv. I have reliance big tv past 8 year's smart card no.[protected]. My tv connection was lost since 16.08.18 evening and when i try to contact with customer care there is no response and if some body picking the call they repeated same massage we will look in this issue and still i am facing this issue i got the error code 400 signal loss. And that customer service is very poor of this service provider...

If anybody look into this issue and take responsbility it's greatfull to me otherwise i have to think about the change service provider...

I have booked for 1 connections on the first day of pre booking on 20.3.18 vide booking id a12942978 and received a confirmation message that it will be installed within 30 to 45 days.

Today is 19.8.18 (Complete 5 months) but till date not even received a call from customer care. So, i feel it is a big fraud by reliance and request govt of india to intervene and instruct the company to refund the money immediately to all the customers from whom reliance big tv collected money thru this fraudulent way...

Reliance didn't install my setup box on given time (30-45 days) as promised. And now got message setup box installation will be in june 2018. I was make my order on 24th march 2018. Now, i want my refund of 500/- back. But nobody giving me right information about this.
I called on[protected] for refund on 8th may. They told me they have no information about refunding and they suggest me to do mail on [protected]@rbtv.in.
I also sent a mail on [protected]@rbtv.in.

Now, i have purchased other setup box from market. So, i need my refund only

Now about 5 months have passed and still there is no news of connection. I think they are doing a big fraud. How can I get my money back? A FIR should be registered against them.

Need refund with penalty.
Rs 500 paid in march 2017 and got assurance to get installation within 45 days as per customer care and website information.
Till date no installation happen after repetitive follow up.
Customer care give no confirmation for installation and no sms for complaint register.
Website still shoes booking open and taking money from customer with no authenticity for instalation

I had booked a reliance big tv connection on 20th march, 2018 (Booking id - a[protected]. It was stated in the beginning that the connection would take 30-45 days to at installed. It has been 150 days since the pre booking charges were paid and still there is no sign of a connection.
The fact that you don't allow somebody to cancel their connection inspire of your wrongdoing proves that it is a scam. If there had been some delay in getting the connections it would have been nice if the company informed us by email or phone.

This is # professionalism. Even a small sized would have a better professionalism than reliance. And if there is still some professionalism left within the company, then please either install the connections or allow a refund for it.

My reliance big tv consumer no is[protected]. I took a package of two years approximately in mar 2018 but since then there has been no channels coming in my tv. I have made numerous communication to the customer call centre, but i have never got a positive reply. Whenever i ask for the refund they tell me that there is no such provision.
