    I have pre-booked my reliance big tv 5 months back. But still haven't received it yet. I got messages that it will be here in next 15-20 days but it still haven't arrieved yet. Now i stopped getting those messages to.
    When will i get my connection?
    I have also paid my money by pre booking this connection and i am very dissapointed by this behavior by them.

      Myself, pranav, booked for 1 connections on the first day of pre booking on 20.3.18 vide booking id 140853and received a confirmation message that it will be installed within 30 to 45 days. After 45 days once i enquired with their customer care, got a sms on 4th may 18 that my connections will be resumed from 15.06.18. Today is 17.8.18 but till date not even received a call from them. So it is a big fraud by reliance and request govt of india to intervene and instruct the company to refund the money immediately to all the customers from whom reliance big tv collected money thru this fraudulent way.

        I haven't received my RBIG TV connection. I have paid money 2months back..I got the following message when I made the payment "CongratulationsYour RBIG TV Connection. Installation will be done between 30 to 45 Days.Your Booking ID is 14550172 and No of Connections 1"..
        Please let me know the status early..if not please give back my money...I really don't whom to call and know the status.please resolve my issue at earliest

          Booked a new Big TV connection on 01, March 2018, booking ID 0. Been given 3 deadlines for connection, but company failed to meet all of them. Worst "Customer Care" experience, they hang your calls which is very rude. No clear instructions as of now about how and when do we get the connection installed.

          Suspect that if somehow they'll get the connection installed and we pay them the rest of the amount, would they ever listen to our issues, if they arise somehow?

          Really bad experience from Reliance. Want help in getting my amount (Rs. 500) refunded, which I'm expecting is stuck with the worst DTH company in India.

            Reliance big tv last december 2017 there service is very poor, the big tv channels didn, t seen dec-17 to jan-18, after that feb-18 only one month they are provide there channels, but after feb-18, they are not provide there channels, up to date. There customers care toll free number not answer properly. I have reacharge in feb-18, now they are said if you are want to see the channels you again recharge the same. I want to proper solution of my money that recharge of feb-18.

              Sir network problem but costumer care no solve problems from 6 months daily i call him but not respose always say after two hours and 24 hours et. Call back. And i am daily calling him daily no response. So please resolve this problem i am totally very sad. And i have recharge 1500 rs. Before 6 months but no response on this problem so very fast solve this problem.

                I have prebooked on march 2nd looking the article in ndtv, toi. Can somebody share the procedure to sue reliance big fraud company and if someone interested also can join me.

                When you can promote news for fraud cos, we normal people get cheated though we educated because we are reading your promotion.
                Also please write about the cheating of this reliance big fraud tv and atleast save other innocent common public from such a fraud

                  Booked rdtv on 9th june, still i haven't yet received my set top box. With 0% support from customer care service. With assurance of installing the set top box within 30-45 days it is already more than 65 days & counting, & with this kind of serivce, i have 0% faith left on this company. I therefore wish my money to be refunded as soon as possible. As i can't be sure whether they will be a good service provider in future or not. So i do not wish to at the suffering end once again.

I received the message saying that the Reliance Big TV connection request has been registered and in 30 to 45 days we shall install it. Today is 15 Aug 2018 and till now there is action on the same.                         Called toll free number twice, promised first time that it will be done within 07 days. Today called toll free number, executive says that it will be installed within this month.
                        Also written an email to customer care, no reply.
                        Today also written an email about the same.
                        Kindly suggest, how to get connection as promised or else please provide information for cancellation

                          As per reliance digital tv online advertisement, i booked reliance digital dish tv on 15th june 2018. My dth booking id is:14552147 and response message comes from reliance digital tv end as it will be installed between 30 to 45 days. 60 days’ time has gone but still no installation response received from reliance digital tv end.

                          I tried multiple times by phone to reach out reliance digitaltv, but not getting any response even they are not having any update on installation date.

                          I request you to please refund my money rs. 499 with immediate effect. I am really frustrated with you guys. I don’t want any installation now. Just cancel the installation and requesting for complete refund of my money to my original mode of payment.

                            I contact your consumer number for the installation process but the installation of reliance big tv did not done... They always try to avoid customer... And i was book the reliance big tv on 23 march but yet i didn't get any call msg and email from your side to install the big tv...
                            Plz give me specific date because i didn't wait more for the your support... Because whenever i book ur company tell ous that its take only 45 days but today is 14 august... So plz take action on it...

                                  On 01 march 2018 i had booked reliance big tv for 499 as a prebooking amount. But as of today, we have not received anything except some 2 messages regarding dates. This is really shameless work done by reliance. After taking the amount and now they have not responded so we need to cancel my booking regarding this and get back my amount. Its more than 90 days and the company had not even responded nor had returned the money. If you are unable to provide service better pay back consumer money, why do you cheat.                                       Going by the offer provided by the company i also booked a connection in the so called "pre bookin" offer of the comany on its website www.reliancedigitaltv.com on date 10th june 2018, where it is clearly mentioned that the waiting period is of 30-45 days. Even after completing 2 months there is no message from companies side.
                                      I called to customer care got the answer that they do not know when they will be able to deliver the connection. When asked for refund, got a reply that they can not refund the money, i need to mail to [protected]@rbtv.in for the same.
                                      Done with the mail part but did not received any response from them.
