I had done pre booking on 2 march 2018 vide booking id 12515135 & receipt cum invoice no. Dl[protected]. Even after more than 5 months, i had not got my set up box. I had also called too many times in reliance big tv help line but, they give only false assurance that you will receive in one week. Either refund my money or deliver my product earlier.

Set top box and dish was not installed after pre booking on 3rd march 2018 which was committed to delivered next 30 to 45 days after booking. but still pending this matter.

I have installed reliance digital tv today 5th August 2018. We have already recharge our dish tv. but when today we have fixed the dish now on TV screen it is showing error 200 that is unsubscribed channel.
So, please refresh our channel or dish tv ASAP.

I have booked reliance big TV on 12/03/2018.and till now I have not got the delivery of product. The company is promising to give delivery till 31/08/2018.
Onlinedthservice promised to give delivery in 30-45 days from order.
So kindly deliver my order as soon as possible.

Your contact toll free number [protected] not working at all times. I am so many times contact to this number but not contact to you. Also you don't contact me at all times. Hence you duped me totally.
I am kindly requesting to you that i have pre-booking of reliance digital big tv at 1st march 2018 and booking number is 17500129. I paid 499 rupees for this booking. From your advertisement, within 45days the installation completely done. But today not done at that time. Also contact me for help.

I had booked my reliance digital tv setup box on 25/04/2018. They said that they will do installation in 30 to 45 days. Now after 4 months they had not installed my setup box. And if i call customer care service they says that they will install my set-up box in 2-3 days. And i am saying, if he do not install my set-up box in days between today to 15 august 2018, i will give a written complaint to consumer court.

I have booked dth online by paying 499/- number id 12905469 in the month of march. Company informed that installaltion will be done by 15th june 2018. But till date no information. Earlier they informed that it will be install within 15 days after that the sms it will be by 15 th june 2018. I am trying to contact customer care but all vain. I am from kanpur up. On 12th april 2018, i made a booking for 3 new connections of big tv (Fraud company), my booking id is 14544696. Booking was to be done between 30-45 days, but till date 11th august 2018, nothing has been done.
No replies on email, customer care keeps on giving dates n asking for patience. But there is a limit of patience. They refused to give back the refund and said you can instead only transfer the connection.
I need a refund. I do not want this fraud company's connection.

Booked installation in may and it's now aug. Please raise this to govt of india dot and. Trai about how anil ambani led big tv is using our money for clearing his own debt and fake promises to provide services. This should be banned immediately so that other don't loose their time patience and hard earned money. This offer seems to be lucrative but trust me if this this the start i don't want to imagine service level post installation

I received a message that the installation would be done within 30-45 days, but after 45 days the bigtv dth installation will not done. Since till today 11.08.18 waiting for the installation of that dth box. Also bring in your notice near about 100+ times contact on toll free now. [protected] each month i got a new date and was asked to have patience this month your (I mean mine) dth will be installed. I want to know for how many days you keep on fooling the customer and using their money for your profits.. You are cheater and you did not have done the installation till date. As soon as possible to install my bigtv dth. Hence, refund my money asap, otherwise i will drag you in court...

Big tv rs 499 offer. I made payment of 499 rs on 11 march 2018
Through sbi debit card - othpg 983551pay*payu money
Taken 10 times follow up on customer care with same feed back to wait one more week& written 2 mail on the same with not any response.
Hard to understand weather reliance will really install a connection or not in position to serve the service.
Could you plz give any suggestions on that

I have booked Reliance Big TV set top box on 10th March 2018. They said it will be installed within 30-45 days. Buy still now there is no phone call or email. I have asked to the customer care regarding connection and every time they said that it will be installed within 15 days or 20 days. They have cheated us for last 5 months. I have booked Reliance BIG TV 2 connection on 03/03/18 with booking ID 12526696. They promised on site to get it installed in max 45 days. It has been 09/08/18, they are not responding emails, not cancelling and refunding 1000 rs on customer care number. No even giving any information on installation status. All money should be refunded with interest.

I pre booked the dth connection from reliance big tv on 1st march '18, and i received a message that the installation would be done within 30 to 45 days, but after 45 days i received a message saying the installation would happen by jun 15. And its more than 5 months now neither the installation happened nor i have been contacted by anyone even after writing several emails to the customer care/installation team. Need to know what is happening... Why the customer is unnecessarily being dragged by the fake ad by reliance big tv, and millions of innocent customers like me are falling prey to this kind of ads.
My booking id is 12512605.

Need to know what is the next course of action reliance big tv is gonna make whether it would refund the money with interest or would they go ahead with the installation.

Based on the response i am even looking to take this matter legally.

Dear Consumer Forum Team,

Please take a strict action against Reliance Big TV as they are fooling customers in the name of pre-booking.
After I paid 499 in pre-booking, Reliance Big TV customer care is unreachable by all means. I have tried to call there customer care[protected] several time but call never connects
Now I would like to cancel my booking and get money refund, but there is no such option in there website.
Now its looks like fraud, it is not acceptable.
There are many complaints against them but I am not seeing any of the complaint got resolved.
I am attaching my payment copy which I made in pre-booking.
Its genuine and kind request to the consumer forum to take action against them and ask them to stop pre-booking until they serve all old request and provide refund link for people who have already paid in pre-booking but doesn't get any update from them.

Complaint marked as Resolved

False Information is provided here, my complaint has not resolved yet. I dont know who has marked "complaint is resolved" I think RB TV has done this. Such a fraud company. Could not understand, though there are many complaint against Reliance Big TV, still there is no course of action against them from consumer forum. They are continuing to fool customers, still there website is running with false information. I dont understand what kind of consumer forum is this, How come my complaint marked as resolved without any confirmation and communication with me neither from RB TV nor from Consumer Forum.

Reliance BigTV customer never communicated nor notified me on any thing, they are one of the most irresponsible customer care I have seen so far.
I dont know who is providing Complaint Status: "Reliance BigTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint." even though I dint receive any communication from them.
