I Tara Ramtel from guwahati smart card no[protected] do Hereby inform you that I could not watch my tv since may 2018 because when I recharged of Rs 200/- tv displayed for a week and automatically error 400 seems since july15th, I contact customer care so many times they said it is under process, contact even the local big tv office they are not receiving call. the customer care could not solve my issue, again I called mr Bilash who is working in Reliance office he told me to recharge, I recharged again Rs 200/- on 17th July by sbi internet banking, it is displayed for a week from 21/7/18 to 30/7/18 and than stopped again error 200/- seems. I am fed up, i called to customer care but call not connecting since long time, now my account suspended. it's not my foult.
Reliance BigTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Tara Rumtel Complaining about my big tv issue since long time back. My smart card no[protected] error 400 seems since may to july, recharged two times of Rs 200/- + 200/- but now seems error 200, what to do I am fed up.
