Reliance digital tv is a fraud tv company. Don't go with reliance digital tv. The are making fool to public. I was booked reliance digital tv on 11 march 2018 at 11:54 am. I did not received any installation yet. My rs. 499 has been gone in water with this company. Tried several times for customer care but they not replied well. I have all recordings. Last recording i have they given me a fake email id too for complaint.

    Hello there,

    I have made a payment of 499 rupees in pre booking scheme on 12 march 2018. The installation time was within 30 to 45 days from booking date. But till date no body arrived to install the dish even after several followup with call and mails. Each time they take time for 15 to 20 days. It has been almost 5 months already.
    Request you to please look into the matter.

      Sir,

      In response to the advertisement of the company in the newspapers, we had booked 1 connection on 20/3/2018 and the booking no. Is a12942647. As per the advertisement the connection was to be installed within 30 to 45 days. Now a period of more than 4 and a half months have passed and there is no information as to when the connection shall be installed. Every time we call the customer care no. They tell us to wait for another week or two.

      It is really sad that after fooling the public in Reliance Power the same promoters have been again proved that they are not worthy of public trust. It is our mistake that after having burnt our fingers in Reliance power, we again trusted the same group again.

      The company should contact the customers and give them the option of refund of their deposit or should at least tell them the date by which their connection shall be installed.

        In response to the ad.in newspapers i have pre-booked for big tv connection on 20.03.2018 with marchant id no. A901eafba0ea4ae4edf9 with an amount of rs. 499.00. The promise was to be installed within 30 to 45 days. Since nothing has been heard so far, i have submitted requests many times thr' website and thr, email on 05.07.2018 followed by reminders on 16.07.2018 and also today. I am sorry to see that no response has been recieved so far. Kindly arrange for the refund of my booking amount and cancel the booking as i am not interested in big tv

        Nothing has been heard so far from Reliance big TV which is run by Reiance communications.
        The matter relates to Reliance Big TV Ltd. of Reliance Communications Ltd and not the reliance Industries Ltd. Kindly do the needful.
        Nothing has been done sofar by Reliance big TV.

          I have booked reliance dish on 5th of April through www.reliancedigitaltv.com, after payment processing i got the blank receipt then i called on tollfree no. [protected] they confirmed me that within two days you will receive the sms & mail for the same.still I have not received any confirmation. now tollfree no. is not connecting.             I booked on 26th march 2018 for a new connection but till date i have neither recd. A single call from installation team nor installed the connection.and also costumer care no. Is always busy they didn't give any response to me I am very frustrated with your customer care executive response.

            No one is taking responsibility to resolve.
            Sir please give me a accurate date when it will be installed

              Called twice but always given false commitment of installation on a future time span of 15-20 days.

              Pissed off by reliance's careless attitude towards it's customers.

              Please find booking details in payment receipt.

              Not disclosing personal details as it is a publicly accessible complaint board.

              Please escalate the case to reliance if you can.

                Dear sir!
                I had booked for the above subjected connection on 01/03/2018. I was promised that the connection will be given within 45 days.
                I sent many e-mails, made many calls on the toll free no[protected] reminding the company for the connection. I got only the insurance that the needful will be done sometimes positively up to 15may, 15june and ultimately up to 31july. Still sir, i am waiting the new reliance big tv connection.
                Surprising enough sir, the toll free no of customer care, given by the company[protected] is now non function-able and does not exist.
                This seems a case of apparent fraud with the public and needs strict action on your part.

                  Reliance big tv has stopped their service in airoli, navi mumbai area. There is absolutely no clue for their existing clients to start the tv again with their service.

                  The money loaded in the card has been taken by reliance and not returned. If this is not enough, their customer care number is not working, their website does not take feedback.

                  It is absolutely daylight robbery!

                    I was scrolling down the page and found so many complains for the same issue - installation is not happening.

                    I have the same issue, i booked this connection 4 months back however whenever i am checking with customer care they are simply giving a month date but nothing is happening.

                    Is this a fraud just to collect money? How to escalate this further? How to get in touch with respective team? Email support and call support never respond properly, so give me an alternate method. Shall i include media person to expose this fraud? No one talks about installation or service at all and the weird part was when i asked cc guy to escalate this, he said you have to visit mumbai office. *seriously* what kind of investment is going to take place

                          Is it big fraud with customer? Every time they are shifting dates by 1 months

                              Reliance Big TV committed for installation of Satellite DTH TV in 45 days after booking. However its more than 120 days for advance payment of Rs. 499/-, still RelianceBigTV has not installed set top box / DTH connection. Everytime when customer care is called, it is assured that that installation will take place in 5-10 days. however no installation is done. Again, after calling customer care, new date is given. I called customer care, at least, 15 times. But of no use.

                              On which number customer is available.
                              Bcoz number showed on website is not contactable.

                                I have contacted the customer care center multiple times for the installation of Big TV that I have booked on 24th April, 2018. The installation is still pending and Everytime I was asked to wait for 30 July. Now as the date has gone, there is no responsible person sitting at the call center who can give an appropriate answer. I was asked to send email on [protected]@rbtv.in and I have sent emails twice. But there is no revert on the email. Now when I contacted the call center again and got connected with an agent named Anil, he misbehaved with me when I asked for refund. I warned him for the legal action and he dropped the call.

                                I need my refund as I do not need your services and do not want to get the set up box to be installed at my place.

                                I have contacted Reliance customer care again and they again asked me to wait till August end. When asked for any service request for the commitment made by the agent, he disconnected the call. No responsible person yet again to take care of customers. This is Reliance on which we rely.

                                Same email address provided again to register the complaint. No one is there to process the refund of booking amount. Waiting since last 3 months. Be careful before booking for the connection. Just a waste of money in search of luring offers.

                                  I have done the booking of Reliance Digital Big TV on 20th March 2018 and deposited online Rs. 500. They told to install dish TV within 45 days but till date they dinot install nor they communicate about it, nor send receipt.
                                  After every 15 days they provide new date of tentative installation but never install.
                                  Weather this company is Fraud or they just collect money from us.

                                    I Tara Ramtel from guwahati smart card no[protected] do Hereby inform you that I could not watch my tv since may 2018 because when I recharged of Rs 200/- tv displayed for a week and automatically error 400 seems since july15th, I contact customer care so many times they said it is under process, contact even the local big tv office they are not receiving call. the customer care could not solve my issue, again I called mr Bilash who is working in Reliance office he told me to recharge, I recharged again Rs 200/- on 17th July by sbi internet banking, it is displayed for a week from 21/7/18 to 30/7/18 and than stopped again error 200/- seems. I am fed up, i called to customer care but call not connecting since long time, now my account suspended. it's not my foult.

                                        I applied for a new connection in march but it has been more than 4 months now and no connection has been installed yet. Whenever i contact their customer support they always provide a new deadline, this sort of behaviour was not expected from such a big company. Even when i contacted for the refund there was no reply from their refund team. My booking id is a12930529.
                                        Such a big shame for th company like reliance. If you guys are not able to provide service show down your so called company
