I have booked for 3 connection one in march and two connections in april and paid rs. 1500 as advance. I have been told that installation will be done with 45 days of payment but more than 4 months have passed and i have not received any communication from them. Every time i have called customer support they said it will be done in next 15 days. Now i am becoming a little impatient and would like to get the refund if they are not able to deliver the product.

    I booked a new connection on 3 march 2018 as per the scheme given by the company. ₹499 were deducted from my account. My transaction reference number is lsbi[protected]igadamdsz1. Till now neither i have got the booking id or any confirmation e-mail regarding that. I have been continuously contacting the customer service but there is no response from that side.

      I have applied for fresh connection by paying rs.500/- and got acknowledgement from reliance digital tv[protected] on 06/03/2018. Now its been more than 5 months and i didn't receive connection. Their customer care people are keep on telling the same story "please wait". I lost my patience, now i would like to cancel my connection and kindly reverse the debited amount or else provide me the connection within 2 working days.

          We have not received any transmission for months. There were sporadic messages that reliance is looking into the trouble and will solve it soon.

          Recently when we switched on the tv after a long gap, we get the message "error 200, unsubscribed channels", which is obviously wrong, since we paid up to january 2019 and reliance is supposed to compensate for the non-transmission for months by extending the service further.

          I have tried to reach the consumer support number, but long waiting never allowed me to reach anyone to discuss this matter.

          I request you to resolve it early.

            It hasn't been installed yet. I prebooked in March and paid 500 Rs. There is no update on it. I have called customer care hundred times. Still nothing. Highly disappointed. Can someone help me with it?, ..., ...you are unable to resolve 'short complaints' I highly doubt you will be able to do a longer one? Really? A short complaint is an issue? And providing horrendous service isn't?

              I am writing this with full of disappointment, as a matter of fact it has been more than 4 months since i applied for big tv connection and there is no positive action being taken despite my several phone calls/email, customer support people always provide an unsatisfactory response and they don't even have an etiquette how to deal with their customers, i don't know how the company can recruit that kind of people for such a responsible job, the behaviour they were shown is not at all expected from such a big company like reliance... Pathetic.

                I pre-booked (Id[protected] reliance big tv on 26th mar'18 after so much publicity via news channels and daily newspaper.

                Waited for 45 dys after booking date as committed by reliance. Since there was no progress, i called customer care. I was told that reliance has started giving connections as per the order of booking and for those who has done booking in march, would get the connection by 30th jun'18. Again they gave a new timeline that all pending connections would be completed by 31st jul'18.

                Still there is no development. Today i have been trying to connect cc but line remain engaged all the day. It is now meaningless to linger on further. So request reliance to refund the booking amount as early as possible.

                  I applied for a new connection in march but it has been more than 4 months now and no connection has been installed yet. Whenever i contact their customer support they always provide a new deadline, this sort of behaviour was not expected from such a big company. Even when i contacted for the refund there was no reply from their refund team. My booking id is 14539297. Please help me out with this issue.

                    Sr my payment I'd[protected] on 12 march 18 .But still there is no set up box install ..time was given in starting 30 - 45 days but no set up box install that date then I call to customer care they said again and again date change for installation last date was given to me for set up box installation was 31 July 18 .But still no set up box install .

                      I have booked reliance big tv on 21 March, 2018 and paid rs.500 in advance. Company promised to install it in 30 to 45 days. After 45 days, when reliance big tv was not installed at my home then i contact reliance big tv customer helpline, they told me to wait for 5 days (15 june). At 15 june, the installation was not yet completed by company. Then i contact big tv again and they told me to wait till 31 july. As today is 31 july i contact big tv and told me to wait till the end of august. Today, 100 days are completed from booking date. Now, i complained against reliance..

                        I have booked a new connection for r big tv on 10th july and booking id is 14555491. On the same day i have changed my mind after online review regarding the big tv. On the same day i have given the written request to [protected]@reliancedigitaltv.com, [protected]@rbtv.in for the cancelation of my booking and refund the amount paid. From the 10 july 2018 i have sent 2-3 reminders to them but could not get any reply of my emails.
                        Please do needful for the same or at least reply my communications for further process.

                            I have booked r big TV video reg no A12932022 on 13 Mar 18. As per them it is to installed within 45 days but now around 150 days have been passed and still there is no news of installation shame on the name of reliance group. Now their customer care no is also not working. Please get the installation done at the earliest as I have not seen TV from last 150 days as my money is blocked at refund may be given so that we can go for another set top box.

                              I had booked reliance bigtv on 03 Mar 18 with booking id 12525115. Earlier the told that it will be installed within 45 days. When contacted after period they said installation will be done next month and again after contacting they told it will be done before16 apr. Now I am trying there customer care for 10 days, there phone is always busy. Why are they operating this type of custome care, when u cant even recieve there phone till 10 days. Today my phone recieved and that dumb guy didnt tell anything to me, except giving another timeline upto 30 Jul. My humble request is that please return my money of booking that was 500. I dont want any installation, u keep sleeping.

Today is 1st august and the last extended date was 31st july...                                   My response to rbtv on 29th june:

                                  This is really disappointing with india's super power company reliance.
                                  Customer care representative on 16th june told me that by 25th june your rbtv installation would be done however till today i havent received a single call from rbtv team.

                                  When asked about refund they said it would take 2-3 weeks while installation should have been done in 45 days as been said at the time of booking.

                                  I am going to consumer complaint bureau incase i dont see a resolution within 48 hours.

                                  My response to rbtv on 29th july:

                                  I was assured on telephonic conversation and through below email chain that ny rbtv installation would be done by 31st july 2018.

                                  Today is 29th july 2018 and till date i haven't heard back anything from reliance big tv team.

                                  Are you sure that it would done as per the 2nd committed timeframe?? If not by 31st then i would need my deposit money in the amount of inr 500 to be refunded instantly and not in 15 days time.

                                  I am going to consumer court if things along with proper communication and commitment are not in place by 31st july 2018. It's high time where reliance is playing with customers money and fooling around people.

                                  31st july is gone by and i haven't received any update on my installation. I don't think reliance is serious about selling their products and giving services.

                                  Multiple reminders, calls and follow up emails however no response and zero responsibility taken to take care of customers sentiments.

                                  If no response or refund by tomorrow i am writing to consumer court and raising a concern for fraud and money laundering.

                                  Can someone please help me with a resolution or atleast refund.

                                    I am so much frustrated right now due to the reliance big tv as they are making their customers fool by pretending that they will provide the services asap but they are doing opposite. I am hugely disappointed that even after waiting for such long period as applied on march 1 (Booking id -:[protected], customer care executive keep saying me that you have to wait, firstly waited till june end then till july end and now they are saying that you have to wait till august end. What is this? Is this the way reliance brand works. Why it is tarnishing its image in the public. If the same have been tata sky they would have provided the service asap and had taken care of customers, but i am really pissed off now due to the waiting time period they are keep saying. There is also level of paitience and now its have crossed too. I will never ever get any services provided by reliance in future. Reliance means trust but they are losing the trust now.

                                      Hi,

                                      I have pre-booked reliance dth service by paying 499/- on march 1st. Once booked i got the message saying installation will be done within 30 - 45 days. But it has been 4 months still no installation done & customer care never connect the call & when call connect they don't respond correctly. If they can't install or if there is any problem they should inform the customer.

                                      In this case i am following from last 2 months without any luck.
                                      It's looting peoples money... I need my money back now.

                                        As per the reliance digital tv offer advertisement on online i booked reliance digital dish tv on 1stmarch 2018 18:54:47. My dth booking id (Smart card no.) is: 12509402 receipt cum inv. No. Dl[protected] and response message comes reliance digital tv end as it will be installed between 30 to 45 days. But 5 months time gone even teh dead line of july-18 has also completed but still no installation response yet received from reliance digital tv end. I tried multiple times by phone to reliance digital tv contacts provided by reliance digital tv and the contact numbers are not using and not responding. So you are requested to give me the tentative date of the installation done at my home i. E. At saharanpur.
