No response received after multiple mails & call — committed time was 45 days from 1st march

Hello team,

I have booked the reliance digital tv initiative set top box on 1st march 2018. It was committed to have the installation done in 45 days. It is almost 75 days (16th may 2018) but i dont have any update on installation.
Kindly help with the update and get the installation done asap.

No response form last 4 months. Please respond asap

No response received after multiple mails & call --committed time was 45 days from 1st March

Hello Team,

I have booked the Reliance Digital Tv initiative set top box on 1st march 2018. It was committed to have the installation done in 45 Days. It is almost 75 days(16th may 2018) but i dont have any update on installation.
Kindly help with the update and get the installation done asap.

    Reliance bigtv — 499 registration fee taken installation not done

    I paid rs 499 registration fee to get the reliance big tv to be installed. They never contacted me. They told me that the service will be installed in the next 30-45 days however it has been 3 months but there is no response. Cx service does not respond. I'd like my money back now.

        I got this message but not any call regarding delivery or installation.
        I have pre-booked reliance big TV STB on 07/04/2018 but still today it hasn't been installed.my booking id no.is14542668.I think this is a Cheating customer.
        Now I want a refund of pre-booked amount with interest as you failed to keep your promise which you promised to install within the 45 days.venkat Ramana Reddy Nirmal.

          I booked a reliance big tv connection on 1st march 2018 at about 11:46 a. M. As per which rs. 499 was deducted from my bank account. I regret to say that i have not received any confirmation message from reliance big tv till date. For the last 25 days i have been calling up customer care of reliance big tv but they are completely unable to help me. Most of the times, the call is dropped from their end, or, even if attended, all they say is that the confirmation message will be sent within 24 hours and that the site is too busy to respond. I am really surprised because i have never experienced such a thing before. The amount of 499 has already been deducted and the company does not even confirm. I have called up the customer care innumerable times but every time the response is not satisfactory. I don't understand why they can't confirm booking or receipt of payment.
          Also, at the time of pre-booking, they said that your set-top box will be delivered to u after 30 days of pre-booking. Now, their 30 days are over now. What should i do?
          Yesterday i called on their customer care no. Asked about the installation of the set-top box, their representative replied that it will be delivered to by 30th of july, 2018.
          Please help.

            I have booked for dth connection on march 7th and till today i have not got the connection in my house. I got a message in may stating, my dth connection will be provided by june. It is already more than a month and no body responded to me till now. I called customer support multiple times but customer care number switch off. As i can't wait anymore, i have got another connection from other dth provider now. Please refund the pre-booking charges i have made at the earliest.

            I really experiencing a bad support from big tv team starting from booking to till get my refund as you couldn't provide the connection. Hope i will get my amount refunded within few days. If i don't get my money back, i will start escalating it to the next level.

              I've booked my reliance big tv on 8th march 2018 my booking no. Is 12523239.
              I was informed that installation will start from 15th june onwards. But no installation till now. No information when it will be installed. This is making reliance company's credibility doubtful and suspicious. Should we drag the company in the court of law for this fraudulent act?

              I have pre booked RBTV connection on 26th March 2018. Till now no news from the company and no installation also. Tried to call their customer care, but it is not getting connected. Is this all a big fraud???

                Its more than 4 months i booked and paid for connection and still connection is not installed. Is it a fraud you are doing. Took money from customer and not installing services.

                Can you install services for booking id is 14513853.

                While talking to big tv customer care they don't have proper answer.
                Even sometime they disconnect the call or misbehave. Sometime they don'e answer.

                    My customer ID[protected]. We have problem with Signals continuously from last 3 months. They are not providing proper channels. We are keep getting the error codes (Error code 400) and errors in our package(Bronze Package) channels. The problem is from their side. Why they are charging money if the problem is from their side.
                    Requesting to solve the problem and provide the broadcast next 3 months without charging.

                      This is my 4th mail, not once have I received any response from BIGTV. I have booked Reliance Big TV connection by paying Rs 499/- on 15Mar 2018 under booking I'd No 14525736. As per terms and conditions of booking connection was to be installed within 30 to 45 days. Despite speaking to Customer care several times and sending so many emails connection has not been installed so far. Can you either do the installation of the new connection or refund the booking amount. I have received SMS the connection will be done on 15th June. But there is no revert after this message.

                        Hi I had booked for Reliance Big TV connection on 2 April and today is 21 July, still I didn't received the connection.
                        Also no customer care support is active.
                        I had mail the same for this but didn't got any revert.

                        I had payed Rs. 500 as a booking amount.

                        Reliance should at least response if they are unable to install the connection and return us the amount paid.

                        Abhi Mai Ambani ke Ghar Jake toh nahi puchunga.. ye toh sarasar gunda Raj hai reliance ka.

                        Third class Ambani and third class service.

                          They still fail to complete there commitment, received a call & email on Saturday ( 28th July ) i received a call from[protected] by Anuradha & she assured me that installation will be done latest by 30th of July, i also got the reply from Installation email ID that it will done till 30th but still nothing done.

                          what is happening, are they making there costumer fool ? Can you please refer this ASAP to the company representative.

                                Hi, i have booked a new connection by paying rs.500 to reliance big tv on official website with booking number 14511523 on March 7th and got the message about INSTALLATION WITHIN 30 TO 45 DAYS that is max in month of April. Even after trying to call them after a long claimed days call was not connecting since months and when it got the executive was really unprofessional and said that it will be installed on 19th of June and that i will get a call from them on 18th june. But again false commitment made and no call or mail received and when i requested them that because they are late and I have moved to another location they said tell this when out technical guy calls. Which is again illogical. Around 19th june i called again and they said again give us 5 more days and guess what again FALSE COMMITMENT for third time and for change of address they said mail us. No response to even my multiple mails regarding installation or change of address. They are completely fraud and this been a long long delay and no option even to get refund and I have a blank tv with no connection since months no entertainment? Highly frustrated and feeling really cheated from a third class brand. I don't know where my advance money has gone and should I get another connection of other company or wait and what about my lack of entertainment due to false commitments since months? Please help me fins a way.

                                  From last four months our tv programs are not coming. It shows error 400 since past 4 months and customer service has not resolved the same.                                     I have booked for reliance digital tv on 08/03/2018, booking id 12522987. they promised for connection/ installation within 30 to 45 days after booking. But it is nearly five month but there is no response from their sides. I am very much eager to get my connection as quick as possible. I have booked very early by paying 500 rupees. There is no response from their sides. Now I need the connection as quick as possible and also they should give me the penalty.
