Dear team, i have booked new dth connection on 01st march 2018 by paying rs 499 through reliance big tv official portal ”https://www.reliancedigitaltv.com/home.html”. Booking id is 12502444 as per website i suppose to get connection with in 30 to 45 days, but till today i have not revived any update reliance big tv. Also i have several call to coustomer care but no response. Request to you please help me getting my connection.

    Reliance big tv — pre-booking has done on 6th march 2018 but no installation yet

    I have booked reliance pre-booking offer by paying rs.499 on 06.03.2018 for r big tv connection, which they promised to deliver between 30-45 days. After 4+ months they told me installing on 31. July.18 when i called thrice on customer care. I mean seriously, common, am i dealing with india's biggest company. This is not done and not expecting this type of blunder from such a big company.

After 120 plus days they send a message of installing on 15.06.18. Common, am i dealing with india's biggest company. This is not done and not expecting this type of blunder from such a big company

        I booked a new big tv connection on 04 apr 18 with booking id 14540009 on booking charge of ₹500. I was assured connection will be installed in 30 to 45 days. It has been almost 04 month but there is not response from them. Tried too many times to call customer care, tried mails but no response from anywhere. It was not expected from a company like reliance.

          Hi team,

          Reliance has given advertisement stating that to pay pre - installation charges of 499 for reliance big tv which i paid on april 1 st and they confirmed it will be installed within 45 days but it is almost 3 months which i haven't got any response and trying to reach out the customer service there is no proper response and i haven't got any refund for same.

          Request to look into earliest and provide me the refund with compensation because of delay in service and cheating the customer with provided incorrect tat

              Since last 15-20 days, I could not see any channel.
              I have refilled the it with 270 rs. In one month I could see hardly 8 days on TV.
              Many times I have called customer care[protected]. Each time I get the answer like call after 24 hrs, call after 1 hr, check after 48 days etc.
              I asked them to register my complaint and give me complain ID, but always receive the answer like the system is down, so could not register your complain.
              After connecting set top box, my TV stopped showing color. I was able to see black and white channels. After checking with local technician, he told me I need to change the set top box. Accordingly I called the customer care, and asked to send their technician, but they continued telling me that, they could not log my complain, as their system is down.
              Please help me to resolve my set top box issue asap.

                Hi,

                I have pre-booked reliance dth service by paying 499/- on March 1st. Once booked I got the message saying installation will be done within 30 - 45 days. But it has been 4 months still no installation done & customer care never connect the call & when call connect they don't respond correctly. If they can't install or if there is any problem they should inform the customer.

                In this case I am following from last 2 months without any luck.
                It's looting peoples money... I need my money back now.

                  Such a big brand n such a poor service. I booked the connection on 1st of march, after seeing ads across news papers n internet, but it was such a huge mistake. I paid rs 499 expecting the connection in one month but now it's been 5 months and i am still waiting. I have no idea why a company like is doing this type of
                  Fraud to its customers : (My booking i'd-is 12508579. I have been calling the customer care since 5 months but to vain and now the no is not reachable at all. It's a harassment rather than entertainment the customers of reliance big tv are going through at this point in time.

                    This is very painful to say i am honestly disappointed for this service. I never ever seen this situation. I pre_booked since 3'rd march but i didn't get any information for installation. I lot of time called customer care but they manipulate me and said 2 days, 1 week, very soon, this month etc.. For installation. Totally loose the customer goodwill. My rating is 0% out of 10.

                      What is going on in reliance big tv, 15 th june already passed away and there was not any installation to my home, what's happen of your so called promise. I paste your letter, in which you mention that installation will start on 15 th june.

                      Sir, my booking id is a12934491 i apply for 2 connection on your website reliancedigitaltv.com on 15th march and payment through online of 998 rs. I see your advertisement on national newspapers amar ujala and dainik jagran of 14th march2018. I also want clarity on facebook account. I. E.: —
                      "when you start installation, where is your local office in delhi and what are the process of installation, are you hire your team for installation, and who are your local distributor in durgapuri ext.", delhi,
                      When i book on your website, i received message: —
                      Congratulations! For booking your rbig tv connection. Installation will be done between 30 to 45 days. Your booking id is a12934491 and no of connections 2
                      But after that day no positive communication in the context of installation: also lots of complaints i see on net facebook regarding installation issue. So i make complaints on your customer care no. But your customer care exe. Never give answer related to installation. He always make apologies and say wait.

                      , sir, why you give one line answer through email and customer care, that before 30 th july you install each and every connections, while there is no sense. Today is friday, 27/07/18,, then after saturday and sunday, i. E.28 and 29 july, holiday
                      Thenafter your 30th july, you install all boxes in one day i. E. On 30 th july.
                      There is no positive news in society, no single information, that, reliance digital install single set top box anywhere in delhi, what are you doing, and what you want to do, inefficient customer care, your website not update since march, 2018, no proper sensible feedback.                         I have got new dth connection from independent tv (Reliance big tv) and with in 20 days i have got 2 times 400 error. Till now i have paid to reliance rs 2500 for new connection but not getting service
                        Request to you please refund my money as i can not pay every time to reliance service engineer due to there fault.

                            I had booked reliance bigtv on 03 Mar 18 with booking id 12525115. Earlier the told that it will be installed within 45 days. When contacted after period they said installation will be done next month and again after contacting they told it will be done before16 apr. Now I am trying there customer care for 10 days, there phone is always busy. Why are they operating this type of custome care, when u cant even recieve there phone till 10 days. Today my phone recieved and that dumb guy didnt tell anything to me, except giving another timeline upto 30 Jul. My humble request is that please return my money of booking that was 500. I dont want any installation, u keep sleeping.

                                His is not a bigtv it's a big fraud.
                                I think this is a big scam in dth industry. Firstly reliance big tv announced that this is under the modi digital program you used pm name to do the scam. Second you told us this is just few days open pre booking but pre booking still continue & your deadline end it's crossed 142 days but no one contact customers, also customer care executive also don't know the installation when done. I have also one of you who booked bigtv id is 14507500 in 6 march the same problem i have facing now. So questions is what next, customer care give me every time a new date after calling, so i want installation for my connection within this week, otherwise i will go consumer court against bigtv they help us gauranteed.

After 45 days, when Reliance Big TV was not installed at my home then I contact Reliance Big TV Customer Helpline, they told me to wait for 5 days(15 June).At 15 June, the installation was not yet completed by company.Then i contact Big TV again and they told me to wait till 31 July.As today is 31 July I contact Big TV and told me to wait till the end of August.Today, 130 Days are completed from booking date.Now, I complained against Reliance Big TV in National Consumer Helpline.

                                I have booked Reliance Big TV on 6 march, 2018 and paid Rs.500 in advance.

                                Company promised to install it in 30 to 45 days. After 45 days, when Reliance Big TV was not installed at my home then I contact Reliance Big TV Customer Helpline, they told me to wait for 5 days(15 June).At 15 June, the installation was not yet completed by company.Then i contact Big TV again and they told me to wait till 31 July.As today is 31 July I contact Big TV and told me to wait till the end of August.Today, 130 Days are completed from booking date.Now, I complained against Reliance Big TV in National Consumer Helpline.

                                  I am not sure what kind of services you guys provide, and your customer care executives are having zero knowledge. My smart card no is[protected]. Since 2-3 months there is some or the other issue. Previous some channels were scrapped and now nothing is coming. I have recharged twice on discussion with your executives but till now am not getting any signal. Everytime i call they say in next 3-4hrs it will be resolved. If you guys cant provide service will suggest to clearly state we cant resolve instead of asking to recharge multiple times.

                                    After see the advertisement in leading newspaper of mumbai, i had applied for the new connection online. The offer was so attractive i was tempted to go for it. Also the reliance big tv is existing player in the dth business, i was confident that i will not be cheated.

                                    They had committed to start the connection by 1st week of april 2018. Subsequently i got a sms stating that the connection will start from 15th june 2018. But till date there is no response. The call centre number[protected] is always busy. If the call connects the standard recorded message plays that all the executives are busy. And in 15 minutes the call gets disconnected.
                                    Reliance BigTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    I don't think posting our complaints here will be suffice. If anyone suing them please do let me know. I will also want to join.

                                      I've booked for reliance digital tv connection on 1st march 2018. Till this day, i haven't heard a "hi" from them.
                                      Every time i call the customer care number, they either provide a default answer "it will be resolved by this week" or want to close the call as soon as possible.

                                      And of course, non-hindi speaking customer will get different treatment by the cust-care executive. Their call will be cut by saying "thank you for calling reliance digital tv, have nice day". Kallaass. Try again.

                                      I think,
                                      1. Reliance digtv is competing with govt of india on how to do things in a slower manner.
                                      2. Reliance digtv is investing/rotating investor's "pre-book money" on somewhere for a quick profit.

                                      I lost hope and assumed myself that i made a donation of rs 499 to thirupathi venkateshwara.

                                        I have pre booked reliance Big Tv DTH connection Set top box with dish, by paying Rs.499 on 1st March 2018 but till date installation has been not done. Booking id DL[protected]. its been five months and there is no response, Customer care number is also not working. They are just misleading customers and cheating by collecting prebooking amount.
                                        Please install the same on priority, or refund my money back.

                                        I booked Reliance Big TV on 4th Apr'18 with booking id 17509988. I did 15-20 followup with their worst customer care but they do not have any status. Please sort this asap.
