I'm booked the pre-booking of DTH Connection on April 01, 2018. My booking I'd # 14540677. Still am not response from your side. I'm escalate many times and send mail my queries to you. But no one care to your customers. This is the way to responding customers. I[censored]r not interested to delivered, please reverse my amount. Please let me know do u have any questions.

    Booking Id- No- A12940246, date of booking 18.03.2018 at 12.05 P.M.As per advertisement the technician team should reach for installation by 30-45 days of booking, but it is 122 days . Please look into the matter & let me know the reason at least. Failing which return my money Rs 500/- (five hundred) paid as advance. I am quite dis-satisfy for this.

    its been 3 month from my date of booking and I didn't know any information about my order. I want my big tv status and time of receiving. i have been waiting for three month and I did get any valid information about my dish tv.
    Hi Please cancel the booking and refund the deposit. This was booked on 1st of March and no update anything yet. I couldn't reach out to customer care as well at[protected]

      Hi,

      i have booked my reliance big tv on 3rd March and booking ID is 14501438, they said in 45 days you will get the connection, but still now i have not got the connection . i have initiated for refund of my amount also
      on 23rd May i got a mail from [protected]@rbtv.in stating that you will get the refund in two weeks time that too they have given a format to fill it . i did everything but still i have not received the refund. reliance such a big company they are playing with people money. collecting 500 from all the public and enjoying in investing in other products making money with people money.

      I pre booked my Reliance BigTv in March 2nd 2018.I got the confirmation mail that it would be done in 30 to 45 days.Now its July nobody has contacted me and even the Toll Free Numbers are not working anymore.They already charged pre amount of Rs 499 INR. My booking ID is 12523133.
      This is not acceptable from the reliance kind of the company.
      I have pre-booked Reliance big TV on may but I still got any message from the installation or any message from the centre providing that you have pre-booked big TV. Please refund money, as soon as possible.

        I booked 2 connection on[protected] and it was committed to install in 30 to 45 days. After so many calls to customer care only getting new dates. No update at all from your end. Please process my refund as soon as possible. I do not want more to go with Reliance.

        I hope to get my money back without any problem and Reliance will process refund my small money amount Rs 998.

          My Booking ID is 12515422 and booked on March 2nd. Till date connection is not given and Everytime I call to customer care there are extending dead line to 2 more weeks by giving irrelevant reasons. What is this cheating? From March 2nd to this day i.e. July 18th almost 5 months In terms of no of days it is 138 days, when you promised to provide connection within 30 to 45 days and once that is about to complete you extended the deadline to another 30 to 45 days altogether you extended 90 days. Still you failed to meet your commitment even after 138 days. In What way do we need to assume your failure.. you are cheating public or failed completely.. if so accept your failure and leave it we will be cautious about cheaters like you..

            I have pre booked online( prebooking IDA[protected]dish TV, in March'18, with deduction of Rs.499 from my A/c. message was communicated that dish TV will be installed in June.but still there is no reply from company.
            Also their customer care no. Is not responding for communication.I have raised e mail complaint to customer care but no response given by them.

              Dear Sir,

              My SIM Card # is[protected]

              I have subscribed for one year Tamil pack in Feb 2018. When I subscribed I was promised that I would be getting all the Tamil channels and 500 free to air channels for the 5 years. However since I subscribed in Feb 2018, I have not been receiving the service and for almost 2-3 months there was not even a single channel coming. All the effort I made to contact the customer care was complete disappointment as every time I call, there was only Hindi speaking representative who couldn't understand or speak English. Its been 5 months and there was no proper service or response from customer care.

              I even sent an email to customer support stating my problem and requested to provide the refund. But there was no response on my email as well. I do not know what to do now and i to get the refund.

                I have booked reliance BIG TV pre booking offer on april 2018 with ID 17509351 and they said withon 30 to 45days installation will be done. waited till that and called they said from June 15 onwards it will start where as as on today no response and Given toll free numbers are not working..this is full fraud by so called big company Reliance

                  I have booked the Reliance Big TV on 8th March 2018 having booking id 12511810. I got the message on Mobile after booking the connection that installation will be done within 30 to 40 days.

                  Then I again checked with you on 10 March and got a message that installation will be done in 30 to 45 days.

                  Again I enquired with you and got the message that installation will commence on 15 June.

                  Again on 15 June o called the customer care they briefed me that it will be done on 22 June 2018.

                  Today I again checked with your people who has again told me that installation will be done between 1 July to 31 St July. I has asked the single date he have very vague reply on any day it can happen.

                  After repeated call with you I am feeling that I am cheated and now request you to cancel and refund in next 3 days if you can not install the connection at my premises within 3 days.

                  Other wise I will be forced to take you consumer forum for this purposeful neglected of my installation.

                  Most of the time I found that toll free number is not working which is also against the filed regulation with the regulatory.

                  Enclosed: could not enclose following as attachment facility not working.

                  1. SMS messages.

                  2 . Audio recording with customer care which shows bad behaviour.

                    I had booked "RBIG TV" connection on 20th March 2018 by paying 499/- . The booking ID is "14530039". As per the message that I had received on booking, installation should have been done in 30 to 45 days from the date of booking.
                    It has been 120 days and I haven't received any update regarding my booking. Also I tried to call customer care service multiple times, the 1st number says "We can not connect you due to emergency situations". The other number is "not reachable".
                    Please let me know the following as soon as possible.
                    1)When will be the connection installed?
                    2)What is the current situation of my booking?

                      I have booked reliance big tv on 15.06.2018 vide booking id 14552265 but still it did not deliver. There is no Customer care helpline. The toll free number they provided is to make people fool. They are not committed to deliver within 45 days as you have mentioned in pre booking section thereafter I'll not accept the delivery.                         Beware! The scheme recently introduced by Reliance BigTV is fraudulent. ]

                        As a part of scheme, the customer has to pay Rs. 499 as Pre booking charges and Rs. 1499 as booking charges on installation. The customer gets 1 year free usage and refund of booking charges after 3 years.

                        I had paid the pre booking charges of Rs. 499 on March 25, 2018 as I was naturally attracted to this play. The booking ID is A12956849. After successful payment of charges, a page acknowledged the successful transaction and showed that installation will be complete within 30 to 45 days.

                        However, it is July 15, 2018 and still I have not received any resolution. I have called the customer care several times but I have not received valid replies. I have just been told expected dates on which installation will be complete.

                        It's been 110 days since the payment of pre booking charges and still I have not received any solution.

                        Therefore, beware of this scheme and don't buy it. It's a hoax.

                          In the month of March 2018, Reliance Big TV launched a scheme through large advertisements for which the booking amount was Rs. 499/-, large number of peoples like me booked this scheme and paid the amount. As per promise the connection was installed within 30 to 45 days but even after passing more than 90 days no connection has been installed. My booking ID are 17510702 and 14539053. I have made so many calls on their call centre no [protected] for my refund as they fails to fulfil their promise but of no use. I wrought for refund of my money to [protected]@reliancedigitaltv.com, [protected]@relianceada.com and also to [protected]@rbtv.in using email ID [protected]@gmail.com but in vain they even not responded to. The Reliance Big TV cheated public at large and grab hundreds of crore as booking amount from gullible peoples without providing a single connection and even not refunded their hard earned money. It is, therefore, requested that kindly take the necessary penal action against the Reliance Big TV for cheating to public at large including me. With Regards,

                            I had ordered the installation of Reliance Big Tv on 1st march 2018 today its 15th july 2018. it has been more than four months 15 days still i haven't got my connection. Everytime I call customer service they tell me it would be done within next 15 days...i have written mails they dont reply...its pathetic...I think they are scaming people by taking there money as pre-booking and keeping it in bank to earn interest.

                                Hi,

                                I have done pre-booking almost 130 days back and still, i am struggling to get the installation done. I have filed lot of complaints via their website/mail but not a single response. Over the call, they set a different deadline for installation everytime. A very poor piece of customer support.

                                I want an immediate resolution or full refund with interest!

                                  My booking of new dish connection which you have start scheme on 1st of March 2018. I had booked a connection with Booking ID No. 12510191 dated 1st of March 2018 and paid Rs. 499/- by my credit card with receipt cum invoice no. DL[protected] dated 1.3.2018.

                                  According to the offer company install the dish connection between 30-45 days from booking and till today but after pass of 65 dyas, dish is not to be installed on my location. I already call to your customer care number and ask the status of my booking but every time they unable to give the correct answer of my question. Every time they told please wait for two or three week, your connection will be install very soon. Every time i try to talk with your senior executive but your customer care executive told me that we arrange call back to you by our senior officer after some time. but i did not received any type of call by your senior staff.

                                  But after so many time I decide to mail you and want to confirm status of my booking. I mailed to customer care twice time and god reply to send bank detail for refund of booking amount. After send the detail so many times no reply receive.

                                  Really this is bad experience with such a big unit.

                                      Reliance is such a worst digital tv service I have ever seen in my life, , it’s a pathetic company..I have pre booked the RD TV ON march 8 2018, and I got the message that installation will be done in 30-45 days and today is July 12. And nothing is happend, and I tried to reach customer service by dialling their toll free number ‭[protected]‬nobody will respond to call and they don’t talk immediately they will cut the call.
                                      And I have sent several mails and I didn’t get a single reply from Reliance Digital tv.
                                      I demand my money back.

                                        I have applied for new connection on 25/3/18 & as per them same is installed between 30-45 days. Till today same is not done. I have made many calls on their toll free number on different dates & their toll free people always giving extended timeliness.

                                        No one is ready to come forward & answer on this.Very disappointed with the Reliance Big TV brand

                                        Dear sir,
                                        As I have applied for prebooking new connection for Reliance big-tv Dth connection on Date 11th March 2018. and they told that within 45 days we will install setup at your doorstep, and receive message that the connection will commence on 15th June 2018.

                                        Booking ID is 14518112 and No of Connections 1

                                        But still did not get and call and message of installation.
                                        Solve this query immediately

                                        So this is the Big company policy, they are not fulfilling customers query
                                        and if you did not solve query in these upcoming days, So please refund my Money back ASAP.
