Reliance Bigtv — In reliance big tv connection wrong deduction of main balance | |||||
I have a reliance big tv connection. My id no is[protected], i have complaint regarding setup box not working, no is[protected] on dated 18.07.2016 but on 24.07.2016 no person come to my home and i have self rectified the problem so i have been closed my complaint on 24.07.2016 but account of Rs.175/- was deducted from my main balance. My balance is not compensated yet, so i am calling daily to customer care to return my balance but they have not solved my problem. As per customer care person, the person advised me to recharge Rs.100/- on dated 26.07.2016, but my setup box is not still working.It is showing service suspend.I want the quick action against it. I am also complaining about wrong advising of customer care person of reliance. So i requested to return my balance 275/- (175+100). I am not happy reliance big tv service. My many friends having reliance big tv connection i suggested my friend to disconnect these connection. Please take this matter urgently. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Reliance Big TV customer support not taking my complaint seriously and denying to solve it. And saying that they have been closed my complaint without my confirmation. No action has been taken out by them but saying that their person has been visited my place to solve my problem. But no person has been visited, they have no proof or receiving of complaint solving. I am again complaining. I want quick and satisfactory action in this matter.
