Reliance Bigtv — service problem regarding colours channel

Since last 3days colours channel of various languages like colours kannada, super, hindi, etv telugu is not been telecasted... It is been showing as "channel temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons. Service shall resume shortly." this is been showing from last 3 days. When will i get the service back???
It really takes lot of patience for waiting till now... Please resolve this problem as soon as possible..

I'm facing the same issue! It shows the same text on my screen for all the Viacom 18 channels including FYI, MTV, Colors Hindi, Marathi, etc. The worst part about it is that I can't get through their customer service team! It's really frustrating!

Reliance Digital Colours Channel not working:
Same issue, all reliance customers are getting this message on these channels Colours, MTV, Colours Marathi, etc..
Tried calling customer care on[protected] is unavailable too.. No SMS received from reliance for service being down.
"channel temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons. Service shall resume shortly." this is been showing from last 3 days. When will i get the service back???

Colors tv, MTV these are the channels I watch the most and technical issue is not being resolved.. the customer care number provided is of no use.. Reliance BigTv is the worse!

ColOrs chanel not coming, , can we file legal complaint anywhere . First they did it for 4 to 5 channels now again problems

reliance is no more like to continue services as Internal communication reliacne is shutting down there services soon, please switch to Dshtv ot Airtel earliest.

As Per the Reliance internal communication they are in plan to shut down the services soon, so guys it is time to switch to Airtel or Dishtv.
