Reliance Bigtv — sun tv group channels are not coming

Dear sir,
My smart card no[protected] name : kunaseelan a registered mobile no [protected]. Place: perambalur tamil nadu. I had subscribed annual subscription. Last 5 days sun group channels sun, ktv, aditya, chutti all sun channels stopped. I couldn't get your customers care no due to your poor service. Big tv office is not in perambalur. I had to go trichy 100 km's far away from my town. My age is 70. I am not getting proper response from your big tv office - trichy. Please take immediate action to display sun group. It's regret. Sorry to say, big tv service is very poor, customer handling is worst. Hereafter i haven't option to contact you, it was forced to consumer court to get proper solution. Thanksseelan a

The sun tv network channels not available since 4 or 5 days. We are paying amount for that channels too. I want refund amount for not showing the cahnnels

My Big TV account no[protected] is showing ERROR 100 from last 4 days and customer support is not availble due to technical support. Please look into the problem as early as possible to avoid inconvenience. If not resolved in 2 days may have to switch to other dish tv.

mY big tv ACCOUNT NO.[protected] am also having same problem for last 5 days am not getting any sun network channels. i tried so many times to reach customer care but i couldnt. this is very worst behaviour from reliance BIG tv. Organisation like reliance group should come to people/customers and say whats happening with sun network. It is very shame to reliance group that they are feared to face their own valuable customers. am sure because of this Reliance group will loose lot of DTH customers.

Yes I am also facing the same issue, no response for my email as well not answering by call center persons, worst service.
Worst Customer care i have ever seen. No response. I raised service request. That guy is telling he is ready to install sun direct and confirming that here after big tv will not provide any sun channels. i refused him. so without responding he simply disconnected since i refused sun direct connection. Atleast Reliance should intimate customer when we will get sun channels. if not we will switch over. No meaning in waiting unnecessary. I am not able to raise another service request because existing request not closed. none of the customers knows what to do. if this continues, customer have no other options other than switching to different network.

sun, ktv, aditya, chutti all sun channels stopped since first week of Oct 2017. No response to the calls to customer care. Got SMS mentioning few contact numbers. When contacted, guy told that we will not get Sun TV group for Big TV customers. He has agreed to give connection for 3 months if we pay Rs. 1000. Having paid annual subscription, it is unfair to stop the transmission abruptly.

I paid for yearly subscription ending May 2018. Reliance digital tv is not broadcasting sun network channel. Not it is been removed from the list. No response from Customer care. We have been not provided channels for which we have been paid already.
My smart card number[protected], sun TV network is not broad casting for the last 15 days. There is no information regarding this. Tried calling customer care no, it's not working, service is very poor to reliance big tv. Better we can shift to other network. Customer care is useless.

I couldn't get your customers care no due to your poor service. Please take immediate action to display all chanels. It's regret. Sorry to say, big tv service is very poor, customer handling is worst. Hereafter iwill not opt to ur big tv.
