[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — Billing Issue...

Hi.my name is paresh using reliance broadband connection user id[protected]...contact number [protected]...have asked them to increase my plan from 550 to 699 rental.on 15th of july i got a call that your bill due is for 6months advance rental for which i have not even applied for.Despite of the billing error i got a call from the reliance broadband billing team stating that i am calling from reliance head office and if you dont pay the bill then you have to face the consequences..i told him that you have the right to ask me for a bill that is been paid on monthly basis but why would i pay for 6mnths advance..So after talking to him i called reliance care on[protected] to understand that why they have sent me this bill..they said we will check and get back to you in 72 hours so i said okey but make sure you change my plan from months advnace rental to one month..after waiting for their call i only called them so they said we have rectified your bill and now you have to pay only one month bill that is 795 and from next month you will get only one month bill..but then they disconnected my connection..on calling them they said you have not paid your bill.i said you tell me the amount i will pay online as in jaipur the server at reliance billing office was not working .after the call as per the call with the person from reliance i deposited 800rs ..and still after 2hours i was waiting for my connection to get started but it didnt happened.so called them again and this time they came up with new thing that out of 6mnths rental 3100is still left which i have to deposit to resume my services.i said that as per your call i made a payment of 800 now what..they said whatever info we have given you might be wrong and we appologise for this but now pay 3100 more.Despite of calling them again since 15th july they are just fooling me around..Very rude behaviour from the billing team plus irrelevant information provided by the reliance side..they are not even ready to make the correction for my plan that they activated from their end..and as a consumer i am really helpless that what kind of behaviour do they keep with a customer who is using their sevices since 2012.They are not even helping out on the issue..In simple words i told them even if you have activated my 6mnths rental plan make a change and send me a bill for a month rest of the bill i l pay once i start using my sevices for rest of the months..but still they are just wasting my time and not even ready to accept this mistake..

What about My complain... I am Still looking forward to resolve my problem from your side, but it seems you are not interested in my complain.

Even after two days nobody from your end has mailed me my correct bill for a single month and even you said you will be sending me on mail that my current bill for a month and the amount i have paid you plus what plan is applicable from now..But you again sending me bills for 6month plan only..Can you please revert as such why it is happening..why even after you said you are not doing it..
It seems like reliance is really not bothered about their commitments given to customer.After my complaint about bill issue somebody called me that we are really sorry for the issue.and we are just sending corrected bill and details on my email id plus the amount been charged wrongly will be waived and you will get one new bill as per one month..22nd july you terminated my services.23rd july after my complaint you resumed it saying that whatever mistake is been done we will send a new bill right away.but today you have again terminated my services.may i know am i been fooled by your end or what.one day you send wrong bill..another day you say that we will rectify and then again you terminate my services.there is no senior authority who can come up and solve this matter..So is it a customer who has to suffer..Been in contact since 15th july till now you have not even rectified that error...Can you please tell me whether you will help me out ..or we should stop using reliance pathetic services..Feel free to contact me on [protected]..
Now Reliance have stopped taking my calls also..Dont know what service they are providing to their old customers.Dont know who will help me out on this.
Hi, I got a call after putting my complaint here from the number that is +[protected] stating that we have gone through the issue and we will refund you that 3100 amount and that i have to deposit in my billing account.for which they asked me to send the bank account number also but then they called me today that i have to go to ATM and they will generate some transaction Id.and then they can transfer that amount.When i went at ATM near by they said once i enter their account number and 3000rs and second time 2000rs they will get that Notification and then they will transfer that amount by 8pm same day .this conversation is been going since last sunday and i really doubt now whether its a fake call or what..but the person said he is from reliance head office and he has all the details of my case..and just because i have mentioned my complaint here they have to take this case to higher authority and refund this amount.
