Due to continuous problem I stopped their service and paid all dues as asked to me thereby I paid extra amount of Rs. - 1, 150.58 which is also reflected in bill no.[protected] dated[protected]. I have been chasing the for refunding the amount every now and then. But to my utter dismay no response form the Reliance Communication. Please request for refunding the amount without any further delay as we have paid promptly.     An amount of INR 46 was deducted from by balance along with the following text message "You have been successfully subscribed to ADPAYVideoMlySubs service for 23 days.To un-subscribe SMS Unsub 3681 to 155223(Toll Free)." without any action or authentication from my end.I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE TO ANY SUCH THING FROM MY CELLPHONE.And nothing was asked to me to confirm the activation of such a pack or even balance reduction.I have instantly unsubscribed the pack.Please look forward to the matter so that the deducted amount os refunded.

        From 3 days i. E. 21 / 07 / 2015 my account is deducted with rs 10 / - daily, i receive a message stating vas charges. I have not activated any such service in my number still they are deducting my money. I have even tried to contact customer service but they don't give me proper and suitable response. I am very much disappointed from your services and would like to switch to another company if you are not able to solve my problem by the earliest.

          I am a user of reliance india mobile and i am using reliance service since 4 years.yesterday i got a message that on recharge of rs.359 i will be benefitted with unlimited 3g data for 28 days but as i recharged my fone with rs.359 i got 2 message in first message written as i got unlimited 3g data for 28 days but in the second message written as i got only 3gb data.
          So i am very disappointed with these kind of forgery.
          Please do the needfull.

                Dear sir/mam

                i had bought a reliance data connection last year. subscriber number was [protected]. i had bought this connection from relaince communication Leela Bhawan Patiala, Punjab. the dealer initially given me data card that did not work properly. it was a 3G dongle that was not even giving 2G speed. then with in two days i went back to them and they said we dont have any device right now you can kepy this old dongle that was issued to one of there employee and said they will change this old with new device in a week . i wait a lot for their call but nobody call me back. then again i visit them but they resused that they dont have new device old device was again giving 2G speed. it was never a fruitfull service. i continued visiting them and calling them for three months but they did not change the device.

                then i said i dont need your connection as i am not happy with the service. they put on me a bill of 1500 apprx. earlier i had paid bills even i was not satisfied with the service. but now they are harassing me and giving me threat of court case. they are calling me that if i didnot pay the said amount they will file case against me in delhi court.

                there lawyer had already started calling me for settlement.

                please help me and guide me what to do.

                please take some early action.

                i can show the old device also. and bill paid by me also.

                  My reliance no. is [protected]. I view my offer on *129# (21/0702015) showing 1gb 3g data+ 650mb data free for 7 days+ 9 extra days on rs74 Recharge. But when i recharge they give me only 1gb data for only 5 days and hence they didn't give the described offer and when I complain they gave me a message ''Dear Reliance Customer AS per SR[protected] the Benifit has been already posted in your account As per offer.'' But I didn't get full benefit again when I talked to their customer the yelled at me and say we just say you sorry because the offer was posted on your no. by mistake and after they cut the phone. And after that they totally reduce my 3g speed. So I appeal to you that this unfair means of business and also company has cheated me, so please help me. I am sending you a snapshot of the offer.

I used 2100min and 1900min remain.But when I call rel. No on 19/7/15 than charge for call that was taq. Prob but now 9:30pm 23/7/15 same problem creat and detact my totally 18.25 rs. When i call customer than sudhesh attnd my call when i was reqest to talk with senior than say to me and not any one talk to u and miss behave with me. After that when i call customer care than my call is not connect with care, They r doing something wrong with it. So I want to take a action about these.                       M/s Reliance Communications Ltd, After so many calls I have decided to Port my Vodafone number [protected] to reliance, as I thought lets try Indian Brand and its services. on 20th June 2015, your executive come to me, took all the relevant document and 1000 Rupees(As a security Deposit) and handed over me new Reliance Sim. Sim Started working on 2nd July 2015, after 2 time submission of my document with the same executive at my place. On 6th July 2015, they suspended my number and said that verification was negative as I was not at home that time(According to your call centre Dept.).I said it is already done twice, but if it required again you can send the guy again on 11th or 12th July 2015. I waited for him, called him many times, he didn't come, didn't even respond to my call. My business was already getting affected. I again waited for next Saturday and Sunday. Again He didn't turn up. On 21th July 2015, I contacted your call centre on *222. He gave me address of Raj Infocomm, G-19, 20, 21, Suneja Tower-1, District Centre, Janakpuri, New delhi-110058 and told that your problem will get solved there. I took time from my schedule and went there on same day, I was refused for any help and assistance. They said that they cant do anything as Sim was not purchased from them, Kindly contact Reliance care. On my patience I again contacted reliance call centre, after talking to senior level, they told me to go to Reliance Communication Ltd, Vardhman Plaza, 2nd Floor, Plot No.14. Road number 44, Pitampura, New Delhi-110034 and told me to summit my document there again and problem will resolved. On 23rd July 2015, again I took time from my schedule and went there, which is quite far from my residence. I went there and searched that address. The amazing thing was your outlet was not there, already closed long back. I was irritated, felt cheated, mentally harassed by your team, even by the senior level Mohd. Saleem +91-[protected]

                        I had a broadband connection of Reliance as per ID No.[protected]. I was paying subscription on half yearly basis. When I paid subscription from 1-9-14 to 28-2-15 the connection was in interrupted from the first week of 9/14. I made several complaints through reliance customer care and e mails and requested to refund me the subscription which have already paid. They admitted that there is connectivity issue but not solved till 28-2-15. On enquiry to the technician of my area he has informed that the line and board in my are are completely damaged and it will take long time to get it repaired. Therefore I have requested to terminate service from 1-3-15. Instead of terminating they have sent bill from 1-3-15 to31-3-15 Now the bill comes about Rs.900/- including 3 months fine. I am using the broadband of Asianet from 3/15 without any problem. My connection is a prepaid one and why they have not terminated service from 1-3-15 onwards when I have not paid for further period and I have requested to terminate service.. I request to take action to wave the bill and get me refund of subscription already pad by me from 9/14 to-2/15.

                          Hi, My name is Gaurav Verma and I have purchased Reliance Gsm [protected] sim before 3 months. From the first starting day the network is very bad in my area pratap vihar ghaziabad. Even call does'nt not connect and drop again and again. Before 2 days my balance is deducted for One97STalkDP rs. 30. I have not subscribe any service like this. Why this service is activated in my sim and I am trying to call customer care but no response found. Kindly resolve the problem and arrange one call from your side on my number [protected]. I am using this vodafone number from last 11 years. I did'nt face like this issues ever.I want to know about all the deduction. Otherwise I will port my number in any other network.

                                  hello, myself kumud ranjan mobile no [protected], had already complained my issue on this cosumer forum, reliance had accepted his fault and promised that it will return my amount which through talktime balance, as i previously claimed Rs118 +Rs16= Rs 134 but it returned me only Rs 101 balnce amount, my query is this why i bear that Rs 33 amount, which fault was done by the company. my request is this to refund my Rs 33 as balance amount to my account.and afterwhile it is not refunded that i have right to go higher authority with this issue. thank you

                                      I currently use a Thunder1099 plan from Reliance Communication and my account number is[protected]. This is an extension of my previous complaint submitted on he 5th of July in this very forum itself. I have a list of issues with regards to the poor standards of Reliance Communications. They have not been resolved till date! I still have the following issues, 1. Even after paying the bill (for the period 10th July 2015 to 9th Jan2016), the connection is as sloppy as ever. If I have a working connection for a few minutes, i wont have a connection for the next so many minutes. This disconnects me from my online live transactions and causes a huge hindrance. 2. Since the 5th, I have placed numerous complaints with reliance regarding this issue. However, each complaint keeps getting closed without any proper rectification what-so-ever. Why does the complaint close without the issue being rectified? 3. I was not compensated for the 1 month there was no connection. Back in Jan-Feb 2015, the connection was not working at all, in fact i could not even obtain the reliance log-in page, such was the status of the connection during this period. i had paid for a full 6 months back in January. Every single complaint is available with Reliance Customer care as i had made numerous complaints back then and every time a customer service executive had stated a different reason for the non-working connection. I need a compensation for this issue and i have waited so long with no response from Reliance end. No response till today! This is also a complaint posted within this very forum. 4. My connection was disconnected on 27th June onwards without any prior notice or valid reason. I had already paid the bill for the period from 10th Jan 2015 up to 9th July 2015. Then why was my connection disconnected stating unpaid bills? I was in dire need of net access and so i was forced to pay the next bill as obtaining a new connection will require days for activation. I had to pay the bill for the period from 10th July 2015 to 9th Jan 2016 for the connection to work again. I need a valid compensation for the period of non-working connection from 27th June 2015 to 10th July 2016 for this issue as well. So far from everything i have had to deal with, i understand that, Reliance Communications does not value customers and customer service, instead all they value is the money. They do not provide maintenance of their network and they do not provide a good enough customer service experience. Just to inform everyone reading this complaint. I have to wait and pre-check if the connection works before submitting this complaint itself, because the connection disconnects very frequently. This issue had escalated for far too long.

                                      No action has been taken From Reliance regarding this issue till date! Such is the arrogance and irresponsible nature of Reliance Communications customer service.

                                      I received one call from a lady from Reliance, but immediately after she told me she was calling me in response to my complaint, she disconnected the call even before I could say a word. That was it!

                                        Yesterday after getting a offer sms o[censored]nlimited 3g for 28 days I got it recharged but till now I haven't got any data benefit but only the validy and my data is not connecting which means I can't use the data services but the validity countdown has begin and despite of number of complaints upto appellate no action or reply is done by them despite they deducted 7/- too from main balance for no reason and 198 is not getting through as always I feel I have lost my about 300/- as a punishment trusting reliance so beware of them
