    On buying this useless datacard these guys said that I will get speed upto 14mbps (fooled me). I cancelled my Airtel connection and grt this one (the worst thing I was made in my life). The fact is, it never crosses the speed of 200kbps, what a terrible mistake I was made. This month on 7th July 2015 I was shocked seeing an sms saying that I have consumed 90% of my data which was never been used. The thing is, my account got reset just 2 days before that day, in 2 days my 5Gb data waas gone. I made a complaint regarding this and got reply today(21.07.2015) stating that they were true that I have used the said data as per their log. I requested them the detailed proof of how my data had been used but they refused and asked me to send a mail to concern department. I dont want to waste my time and decided to cancel my subscription and contacted the customer care. I wasted almost an hour waiting to speak to the termination department, finally they said they cant reach them and asked me to visit nearest outlet. I realised now why the termination dept was busy (Definitely tons of people contacting them for termination). So guys please dont go for this useless network.

      my no is [protected] had quried on 15th july to customer care through 198 regarding the free local unlimited calling on reliance no, as per his guidline he recoomend me Rs 118 recharge, then croseed checked it will work through out bihar and jharkahand and i also asked regarding rs 149 pack, but he recommended me for rs 118 recharge. next day 0n 16th of july i had rechaged my no through rs 118, after that i start calling on relince no, but it start deducting my balance around rs 16 and afterwards call was disconnected, afterwards i contact costomer care, they asked that 118 pack will not work in patna, it works only in begusarai, bhagalpur and muzafarpur.after listing these words i assumed that i was completely cheated through reliance company, providing me wrong information, they accepting their falt but they asked that he cant do anything, do as y want and complaint anywhere, after wards i completly shocked after listing these words, they have complete voice recording information, kindly make the action asa early as possible because as many people were cheated through such types of fraudism. kindly do the needfull action sa early as possible, my contact no is [protected] and myself is kumud ranjan, y can contact me for any type of query thank you

        mene 10-12 sal pahle relianc mobile No. [protected] with life time validity ke saath rs.995/- me purchase kiya tha. us samay recharge karane ki (kitne samay me kitne rs ka) tarah ki koi condition nhi thi. but now a days i am getting message ki 31.07.2015 tak kam se kam rs.50 ka recharge karaye otherwise apki lifetime sim deactivate ho jayegi. jabki mobile purchase karte samay is tarah ki koi condition nhi thi. ab com. aisa kyo kar rhi hai. it is a cheeting fraud. my mobile no.             Respected Sir,

            My Ac no.[protected] is internet wired line, my internet connection is closed and after payment also it is not reverted with any solution.

            As per you call center situated in Mumbai they are stating non payment of bill.
            I have already paid the bill for the month which is already deducted from my account.
            But now they are saying that the amount paid in the month of December is rejected...When asked for the reason why it has been deducted, they are unable to tell the reason. Thus I cross checked with the bank and saw the bank statement, it is reflecting that the amount is been cleared and no pending amount is left.

            My issue is
            The people is highly uncooperative and does not try to understand the scenario I am trying to tell them, the persons lik Vedpal, Mangesh And Surekha these were the people with whom I spoke and they tured out to be highly unresponsive, they seemd to be not at all concerned with the problem we are facing .

            Its almost now 4 complete day and I have incurred a heavy loss in my business.

            I would like to get a solution on this immediately as this is the mental harassment from your organization and harassing people out of no reason.

            I have payed my bills on time still you are asking to pay tha amount. If any issue was there in the month of December, the it was to be solved in January, but after 6 Months you guys are waking up from the slumber and creating problem this is highly inhuman and unprofessional attitude. This is not accepted from the huge name .
            I hope now my issue will be solve .

                I have bought a Reliance Wi-pod data card ([protected]) on 3 July from ZR communications Marathalli Bangalore. From the day one I am experiencing poor speed and I logged complaint. I did get a complaint number from Reliance[protected]. I did received the call from the technical team to know my location and they assured that the issue will be resolved. When I checked I found that the complaint ticket is already closed.I still experience poor network speed. I contacted the reliance customer care through chat. I asked the advisor to reopen that complaint. He said he cannot. Then I asked him to open a new ticket and keep that open until the issue is resolved. He denied my request to open a new ticket and told me he will not be creating a new ticket as they have already created one. How this can be done, Customer has a right to keep a problem ticket open if the problem is not solved. Reliance customer care informed me that this will take 90 to 120 days to get resolved, what should I do till that time? I purchased the datacard as I needed one. How can I wait for the issue to get resolved in 90 to 120 (Almost half year). This is not at all acceptable as a customer who will be paying for the service.

                  Myself Avick Mitra a user of Reliance Broadband Services. Customer ID[protected]. Since last 10-12 days my connection is off. Whenever I am calling to the customer care they are telling that your complaint has been logged. But no complaint number is not provided. Today 21st July I have called at 2:50PM and the CCE Mukul behaved i such way, I have decided to move from Reliance. Too much bad services. Too much rude behavior. No sympathy. No Empathy. I am feeling no one should opt Reliance for their such bad customer services

I am complaining from 1 month that my broadband is not working and no one is visiting to my home to get it resolve instead of this i am just getting payment reminder from Reliance to pay my due bill. This is kind of very irritating situation that no one is resolving my issue whether it is a customer care service or Appellate authority. I have registered many complaints which are mentioned below-: [protected].06.2015 [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] 23541445 The wire of broadband has been cut down by someone which was connected to my home. The technician had visited to my home on 18 June and he told me about this. His name is Amarjeet and he told me that i will tell it to the company and get a new wire and will connect it again. After that day no one has visited and instead of that i am just getting call to make payment. Why all the complaints has been closed by reliance without resolving it and taking confirmation from me whether it is resolved or not.                     I don't know if your reading the complaints properly. In the above, i already mentioned that i don't have any alternate number. You guys are pasting the same comments on all the issue which are highlighted by other users. Worst service.
                    Could you please provide me details when you were trying to call me? My phone is always on and if i got any missed call, then surely give you a call back and if my cell phone is not reachable, i will get missed call alert. Since, i didn't received any call from your end. So don't tell me that you were unable to contact me.

                    I got a call from C.P office on Saturday and they ask about my problem, but till now, there is not connectivity because the wire is cut down by someone.
                    Still my broadband is not working. Just getting calls thats it.

I registered 2 complaint on 18th july COmplaint #2354500 &[protected]. But today when I called customer service executive again on 20th they told me that this complaint has been resolved. As per the CS executive this resolved status is updated by your technician. Actually still my cable is disconnected nobody came here to resolve my problem, then how the complaint updated as resolved. I think your technician is intentionally doing this. He cut my cable & connected for some other people? What is this? why I am facing this issue & nobody came here to check on this matter. Pls have a look on this & resolve this issue asap. Also provide your technician number if possible.

                            I have a broadband connection. Connection ID :[protected]. Since past 5 days there is no broadband connection. I have registered complaint many times to Reliance but they don't care. They always say that someone will contact you, to rectify the problem but no one comes. I want strict action against them, and immediate action to rectify the problem. The problem is from their side.

                              This compliant is regarding poor service provided reliance by communications contact store, branch reliance mobile store, shop no. 163/1, vasavi nagar, karkhana, secunderabad -10
                              I k.sunilkumar converted (port) reliance GSM sim bearing phone no [protected]
                              my number has been barred .Then i call up at contact center to enquire about same, they told that my number has been barred because my adress is not verified and told me to resubmit the application once again with supporting document.so i submitted the application form with xerox copy of my driving licence and adharcard at reliance branch reliance mobile store, shop no. 163/1, vasavi nagar, karkhana, secunderabad on[protected], representative over there told me that my no [protected] will get activated but it status is barred till now, but contact point to my dissapointent representative mobile no [protected] always keep his store mobile no given me geting switched off, actually its shame for managent of reliance communication to recuit such an irresponsible staff.

                                I have a broadband connection Reliance Broadband Subscriber ID[protected]. The wire is broken from the poll and i have made 4-5 complains every time the customer care provide a brand new complain number instead of service as last complain number is marked complete by the engineers. I don't know how they fix it as the wire is bundled on my roof.

                                What happen your customer service team member got lost or there is no balance with your company to call to your customers?
                                Now I have got habitual to such response from your company. I know that nobody will contact me as you have no value of the customers.

                                  Hi team, My Broadband connection is not working since 03rd of July. I was not given any proper update on what's going ON. When i called the helpdesk they do not have any TAT as to when the problem would be fixed. I was just told few days and its still not working. I do not understand as to why RELIANCE being a BIG company cant update on the progress. Its been very hard without broadband all these days as I completely rely on the broadband connection for every day work. Please get back to me with appropriate update as to what's going ON. I did complaint earlier also and got some refund. But the problems continue. I[censored] check my account history, u can see how many times my account has been deducted without my knowledge which is simply a harrassment. Plz take some action and refund my due.                                       I think you are not interested to resolve your customers complaint.
                                      I have raised complaint on 20th July 2015 and today is 31st July 2015.
                                      Still problem is not resolved and you are expecting to give opportunity to resolve the complaint with best service.
                                      I think this is the worst service you are providing to your customers.
                                      Other Internet provider is better because if we raise any complaints then we receive resolution within 3 days and here we are still waiting for resolution after 10 days.

                                        This is the second complaint of mine on this portal. I got repeatedly charged for some VAS activation from last few months, Sometimes two times in a day. Everytime i mail to customer care and they waive my balance. But after few time again deduction occurs. It happened around 12-15 times in last 2 months. Even after complaining to their superiors, it is not stopping. Please do the needful. I have all the records of mails i have sent to customer care and their replies.
