Hello, I have a Broadband connection from RCOM. This is post paid connection and I pay in advance for services. The connection is disrupted frequently and every time I call the customer service, I get an assurance that the connection will be restored in 24 hours. This is going on from 23rd July and the connection is still not working. I requested for Engineer site visit but there is no call back or any visit. Very poor service from reliance.

    Data Card No : [protected] Account Name : Karuppasamy N i have lost my data card on Jan 2012, and i informed nearest reliance outlet to disconnect my account. they asked a letter For "Account Termination", and didn't provide any acknowledgement for this. this issue continued up to Oct 2012. at the time i got a Notice from reliance advocate and i checked with reliance showroom(Madurai by pass). they asked me to pay 300 only. and they assured the problem is solved. Again i got a call from Advocate on 07/28/2015 . and he informed to pay for outstanding balance RS.1468 . I need a proper details about this.

          8-aug-2015, * few months back when i was using *Tata *service, *Reliance *called
          me up said *Port *your no with *Reliace *we will give you best plan in
          which you only have to pay *1700rs advance for 3 months rental in which
          your local & std will be free along with free sms, *at that time we *PORT
          FIVE no from TATA to RELIANCE no.s ** [protected], [protected], 935***4343,
          9313***949, 9015***949 * *now after 3month Reliance automaticlty change my
          plan of **1700rs advance rental to 899rs plan in which i have to pay 899 +
          tax every month, seriouly this is insane you guys playing with us ... i
          am sick n tired of calling costumer care they don't understand english most
          of the time they hangup on me at last i have write a mail, **comon you guys
          into service industry, costumer will go to provider who give best n
          cheaper plan with good service ... if this is happens we have switch from
          Reliance aswell, ok listen today i got a call on Airtel no that to PORT
          with Reliance we will give you best plan like 451 rs every month and your
          local & std will be free along with 1gb internet data ... this shows that
          you ertertaining on new costumer and once client get old throw them **like
          garbage and change their plan with out any prior notice *

          *Moto of **emailing you people is give me my old plan of 1700 advance
          rental or give 451 plan ? either one ...IF RELIANCE CAN NOT GIVE ME ONE OF

              it has been shamed for me to write like this to you.

              as i had been a loyal relaince customer from past 8-10 years.

              Curently i am with HDFC bank.i am using corporate no-[protected].
              i had upgraded my one prepaid no-[protected] to postpaid no.first of all my number not activated for 5 days while it was got activated same day as promised by your executive aashish-[protected].after that my verification has
              been done without any intimation to me and i was on my official tour.after that i had call everyday ashish to get the cpv done.and he was promised that it will happen next day next day.same has not been done for till saturday.and he also promised that my no would not be barred.

              now my number is barred and ashish no also not contactable. i get to your customer they asked me to provide fresh document to relaince store.Relaince store in sec-15 panchkula-Reepen has told that he would take my document.but that will not serve anything-as he cannot punch my verification.

              somehow i manage to get number of gaurav [protected]-he also commit that cpv would done and my number would be unbarred till 6.00pm today.

              which has not happen and he start disconnecting my phone.

              pls let me know this is the way to treat your loyal customer i dont think so.

              pls get my number unbarred asap.and get my verification done.

Non sense money deduction..from last 15 20 days this has become a habbit. Vas shemaroo VP, one 97 VP, shotformat gsm... 5 rs for all... I called customer care they waived it back ..then again deducted .. Again I called again deducted..

I am Imran Mallick hailing from Jharkhand, I did a recharge of 60.00 Rs.on 26th July 2015 on my number [protected] which i got credited to my mobile account in full but to my surprise within few hours of time frame Reliance deducted the entire amount out of my account for no reason, this is not the first time that i am experiencing this issue, its a continuous process, I Called them several times for their crappy affairs. Yesterday & Even today When i dialed 198, I could not catch up with them, All i am doing since yesterday is try try & try but the customer care people have either blocked me or there is a serious glitch which is not allowing me to talk to those people. Requesting you to please look into it as they are so lethargic and under the impression that they cant be touched by the laws of truth. Looking forward to hear from you.                       Dear sir (customer care reliance ) thr' on line complaint lodging. please refer my earlier grievance- request for redressel and it is regretted that so far no action has seems to has been initiated on the other hand I am being forced for payment. Again day by day I have informed with the increased amount with my use, as you can seen from data that my Mob has been deactivated four to five days and then again activated by your own with out my request. You are requested to deactivate this number once and final and after enquiry as requested in my original application of grievance inform me final amount to pay. The amount shown in excess in my bills with effect from Nov.2014 (though they were paid) should be reverted and should adjusted against bill for April'2015 (which is actually up hold till finalization in my request of grievance, should be taken in to consideration. Hoping an acceptable decision from your side. Thanks saiyed Rehmat Ali Mob[protected] Dear Sir, (Written to Solitaire New Delhi --the recovery agent of reliance. I am glad to heard from you about your very special tariff plan but on the other hand it is highly regretted to brought to your kind notice that regarding Bill for the month of July 2015 I have lodge a grievance with your customer care on 24th of June 2015, followed by several reminders for redressel but so far nothing has been heard in the matter. You can also find my request for enquiry and redressel of grievance. Till finalization I have up hold the payment of bill for the month of July 2015. You can see in my past record of payment that all the bills were paid in time so you can see that for some genuine discrepancies in my past bills since Nov 2014 to till June 2015, I noticed a calculated rise which seems to be done with some motive I compelled to lodge a complaint/grievance for an enquiry in all past paid bill (though they all have been paid ) with all facts and figures with customercare clearly stating therein that bill for the month of July 2015 is being up hold for final reply after enquiry. It will not be out of place to mention here that before Nov 2014 my bill always remain between Rs 400-500 or some time rarely upto Rs.600/- which can be verified from your records but since Nov 2014 my bills rapidly ran up every month with an average rise of Rs.300 to Rs.400/- and then Rs.500/-to 600/- which attracted my attention towards the menupulation in the bills, where as the uses of my mobile during aforesaid period remained comperatively less than for the year 2014, 2013 or so on. For the above purpose I have lodged complaint as stated above. You are also therefore requested to please help me from your level to get my grievance redressed at an earliest so that your up hold bill can be paid. I also wish to close this number for ever because of this unwanted collection of money forcably and not giving proper response to the customers like me who pay your revenue timely. In this connection verbal complaints were made several time even manager on duty was also contacted through customer care executive but no vain. Please send me call details statements since January 2014 to July 2015 to ascertain the factual position. HERE i want to point out today's position that after my complaint my current bill again arrived to ( the lowest range as was before Nov'2014) Rs.457-21Ps, when my use of mobile is same as was during the disputed period. So how it happens so, ? Is it not a matter of attention and thorough enquiry at respective levels?. Does it not creats suspi sion ? I do hope that with your active intervention my long pending grievance will be resolve/redress at an earliest. I do not want to keep any bill unpaid but justice should be done in my genuine problem, before insisting for payment which is kept uphold for you decision.                         Hi Team, My reliance data card no is [protected]. I lost my data card and I'm not using it anymore. I've raised a disconnection request in the month of Apr'15 and I've paid all the due amount at that time, even after I didn't use the data card for 6 months (you can check my data for your reference). But the request continued till this month and they have charged me for all the months since Apr'15 which is not fair. I've no dongle with me anymore, so there is no data used by me then how come they go ahead and charge me for all the months. There is no response from the customer care team on my request even after several remainders and now they have raised Demand form on my name. Please justify this resolution given by your team in terms of customer service. This absolutely not my miss as your concerned team delayed on my request[protected] and dragged till date.                         No one is trying to reach me on my phone numbers regarding this issue. My Primary no - [protected] and alt no is [protected]. The same has been mentioned in my mail trail with reliance but there is no response. Customer service team itself is not working on my issue and if again you forward my case to the same department then the issue will remains the same without any resolution.

                          Myself kumud ranjan, mobile no [protected], had complained regarding wrong recharge coupan of rs 118 and rs 16, total amount rs 134, but reliance only returned me only rs 101, and left rs 33 had detained.
                          ' my question is this why i bear that amount rs 33, it is totally fault of reliance, that was proved by me and they already aacepted that, i have the voice recording of that, they asked that service tax will be deducted, but why i bear that amount.
                          My big question is this why i suffer for that, amount. I have to get my money back rs 33. Otherwise i have to go for the consumer court with such less amount, becuse reliance is very big company, and people must know that how they are chaeting with customer.

                            I have been using Reliance broadband in Chinchwad area in Pune, Maharastra (Customer ID: [protected]) for the past 4 months and my experience has been unsatisfactory to say the least. I have raised numerous complaints regarding slowness of connection and connection not workingon many days. Here are the series of complaint ID's: [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] Every time, they say that their SLA is 24 hours and a technical person will come visit the house to fix the problem. But, not once has the technical guy turned up. And even when the issue is not fixed, all complaints get auto-closed within 24 hours, without checking with me if the issue is resolved. Coming to the big issue - I was using a 1 Mbps connection (Rs. 649/- per month) and I had called on June 22nd, 2015 to upgrade it to 2 Mbps (Rs. 749/- per month) - Complaint ID[protected]. It was done in 2 days, but I never got the upgraded speed. After multiple complaints in June 25 (Complaint ID[protected] and June 26 (Complaint ID[protected], I called their customer care again on Jun 28th to change my plan back to 1 Mbps (Interaction ID: [protected]). I also emailed their customer care at [protected]@relianceada.com on July 8th telling them that I never got 2 Mbps speed, so I should not be charged for that in the bill. But, there was no response. I called customer care on July 10th (Interaction ID [protected]), to confirm if the plan details are updated and I was told yes. The bill was generated on July 11th and I was charged for 2 Mbps connection (749) from June 22nd to July 10th. I called on July 16th (comoplaint ID[protected] on inquiring about my plan change requested on June 28th, I was told that it is still under process and no one seemed to know the reason of this delay. I also emailed their Appellate authority on July 16th about this issue. There was no response to this email. Attached is a photo of this email. On July 20th, I called their Appellate authority (Complaint ID[protected] to escalate this issue and I was told the plan change will be done immediately and I would receive a confirmation call back by 6:30 pm the same day. I never got any call back. After multiple follow up's with Appellate, I called them again on July 27th to raise another complaint (Complaint ID[protected]and I was again told that the plan change is in process and will be done in 2 days. On the whole, I have been kept waiting for a small change for an entire month without an iota of responsiveness or responsiblity from any of them - neither customer care, nor the Appellate authority.

                                Hi, My name is Ravinandan Prasad Singh. I have Reliance Gsm [protected] sim from last 2-3 years. I have recharged 60/- on 3-July, 247/- or 246/- on 6-july and 20/- on 26-july-15. Before 3-4 day ago I noticed that my account balance is 0.00 and internet is not working. Again I recharged 20/- yesterday, it was deducted too and final balance is 0.00 again. I have not subscribe any service. Why are these things happening in my sim and I am trying to call customer care but no response found, Customer care pick the call and keep it on hold and never responded, I lost much amount in this process also. Kindly refund my amount and internet data that deducted incorrectly and arrange one call from your side on my number [protected]. I am using vodafone number too from last 8 years. I did'nt face any issues ever. If it will happen again I will surly port my number in any other network. Your network is also to bad in my location, Swarn Nagari, Sector-31, Greater Noida. Overall your performance is now going very poor. Fix all these thing soon.

                                  I am receiving the messages continuously 5 to 6 times a day that " amount charged for vas indiatimesvpak rs:5. 00 current main balance : rs: - 5. 00 (Mobile number - [protected], nishikanta nanda) . I request reliance to look at this messages i have received. I have received more than 100 messages like this. Is this a new business reliance is doing ? Now thing is how many times i am going to deactivate it ? How many times i need to go to reliance store ? And this is for second time am putting this on cosumer complaint forum. Please i request reliance to look into this matter asap otherwise its a shame that reliance is not capable of providing services to its customers.

                                    Have balance of more than ₹ 200 in my account number [protected] which is a reliance gsm connection, kolkata circle, till 26 / 7 / 2015. But today morning i. E 27 / 7 / 2015 i have found nil balance in my account. I have already contact 198 to register a complain, but they said what they usually say whenever you want to register a complain that they are having system upgradation so they can't help me now. I have contacted twice but got same response. So, what can i do to get refund of my faulty deduction

                                      Hi, This is Avinash Kulshrestha (one of the reliance prepaid User [protected]) . I would like to tell you about my problem. I always use 149 Rs 2G data pack having Unlimited Data for 28 days and each time I got message from Reliance stated that My data plan is going to expire on some particular date ( 28 days after recharge).But his time I didn't receive any message so because of that I use internet services after expiration of data pack and thus all money cut down from my Main Balance and in a single day my 205-210 rs deducted just because of your fault. As I always get message from Reliance so I am in the habit of doing recharge after getting message .This is really a critical issue which cannot be ignored because of your small fault my 205 rs gone .Even while cutting down the balance from my Main account for internet usage it doesn't show a Pop up message regarding cutting down of balance from main account.For each and every call I got a pop message regarding cutting down of rupees and Left Balance and other details . But when I was using internet without Internet pack so how I didn't get any pop up message ? Is there is no way to tell your customer that your data plan is expired and whatever you will use it will deduct from your main balance.I am not agree with what happens now and I want my main balance back which is deducted just because of this . For the same concern I have called customer care (198) on 4 times ;3 times from my own number ([protected]) and 1 time from my other reliance number ([protected]) but I didn't get good response from your executive. Firstly for each call it takes 10 minute to attend the call and after words executive take their time to check the issue and each and every time your executive told me just hold down the sir we will connect you with our senior and after that they cut down my call . This happens 4 times . This is really disappointed fatcor and chidlish behavior that I have seen first time in my life .If a person calls customer care then they should help customer but here just opposite happens as customer care executive cut my call so each and every time I have to explain full story to new executive and they just listen to my story and cut down my call . I don't accept this thing from Reliance . Your executive is mentally harassed me because of these call cutdown game of your excecutive I am feeling headache and I have never seen such bad support from any Telecom Industry and because of that I have to decide to port my number as you guys not left me with any other good option. I am totally fed up with Reliance customer care executive and there indescent and uncivilized behavior . As I know understand that your executive know this fact very well that this mistake is from Reliance side and that's why they are trying to hide this and thus unnecessary cut down my call . After seeing this Childish behavior of your executive I am also not interested to continue with Reliance and hence I am going to Port my number. But I would like to tell you one thing that if you and your organisation has continuously done this type of activity then no one wants to add with the Reliance family . After this Incident I would encourage all my coworkers not to use reliance sim as what happens to me that same thing happens to them also . On an average I used to do recharge with 370 rs per month thus you are losing one of your valuable customer just because of your lack of cooperation.
