I have two reliance numbers which used one by me and another is for home uses. The reliance telecom even deducted rs 30 and rs 5. In the name of stalk service which is activated automatically then why we pay charges and what our fault and at home no one can read messages so we have faced problems two or three times in a month... So i want reliance to return all amount which has deducted... And don't wanna to face this problem again in future. And reliance complain no. Also not working

U can check on the no. [protected]. Three days ago 30rs deducted and now care said we cannt refund your amount but why??...we diddnt start that service. its start automatically and the another no. Also facing this problem...

    Hello all, I am reliance customer ([protected], Rajsthan )from past 2.5 months from the First day i am facing 3G speed issue at my home location. I made lots of complaint on customer care (198) and APPELLATE AUTHORITY too but my problem is not resolved yet. Your Technical team ask me to come and check problem at my home location but no body come to see and check problem. Both platform promised me to resolve the issue but the always closed my complaints not resolved. My Complaints Number Yet: 1.[protected] 2.[protected] 3.[protected] 4.[protected] 5.[protected] 6.[protected] 7.[protected] 8.[protected] 9.[protected] And you have worst customer care executives then don't know how to talk and how understand complaints and customer problem. Customer care executive behave as like radio, only speak don't want to listen customer. so if you guys can help me to resolve my 3G speed then its better. Otherwise either i have to take any legal action against you . Or let me know to refund my all money which i have paid to you. please treat this email as legal document.       Myself Somashekhar, In April, 2015 I have applied for internet connection, and submitted all my documents with cheque of amount 1548 rupees. The cheque number is 163254 from HDFC bank. The Reliance executive who came to collect the form and documents he has not given me any customer number, collected all the documents and cheque. When I am explaining the same to Reliance team they are asking me the application number, I fed-up telling them he didn't give me any customer/application number. I have written so many emails to them mentioning the cheque number. But they are unable to resolve the issue. When I am trying to connect the customer it is asking registered mobile number or customer number to connect. But I failed here also. The application got rejected and Reliance deducted rupees 1548 from my account. Still I didn't got my money back nor response from reliance from last 4 months. For clarification I'm attaching the screen shot of HDFC bank statement marked with read color. Cheque number is present in statement.

        Hi, This is regarding my reliance data service "CANCELLATION" I've repeatedly called customer service they were neither able to fix my issue nor visited to resolve door step. Even after repeated calls & mail. I've not yet received any confirmation. Instead i receive an bill's every month. When I've not use since 27/05/2015. why is the bill amount of it charged. I've raised an compliant on 1/06/2015 for DE-ACTIVATION. Any repeatedly following up. Instead they have neither barred my service nor de-activated. Unnecessarily they are charging me.           Hi, I had made the mistake of buying the Reliance Pro 3 'Netconnect Truly plan' and Reliance made tall claims that the download limit is UNLIMITED. It lists the product features as data speed up to 14.7 mbps; upload speed of 5.4 mbps but in reality I did not even get 10% of the claim. I have attached the screenshot which shows the speed is just 0.22 mbps and upload speed 0.28 mbps. This was sent to the technician Mr. Ezhilarsan at imsgtn.[protected]@relianceada.com to fix, but no one turned up or fixed the issue. The customer care department was very rude and did not offer any solution. I had clearly indicated my displeasure to them and informed them that I will approach the consumer court. Needless to say, I was not going to pay the bill for some thing that I have not used. I don't understand how you can ask the customer to pay more without providing any service. Will you pay for something that is not working properly? I have mentioned in several mails to Reliance previously that I am not happy with the service and I will not pay the bill. This when I have not used any data at all, since my Reliance dongle is disconnected and beautifully packed in the kit which you sold me. I was sent a bill for Rs. 1671.47 and the next month the bill amount was Rs.2423.23. This when I did not use the dongle at all in the second month. Even now you have not shown any interest in resolving my issue and worried about bill collection. This is a harassment for the customer, charging Rs 2423.23 when no service has been rendered. I am moving to the consumer court. From the various consumer forums it seems like that there are many similar cases filed against you for poor service and data related issues. I demand my money back. Your product is not worth buying in my opinion, I wish I had not purchased it. That would have saved me a lot of headache. Prashanth

          On buying this useless datacard these guys said that I will get speed upto 14mbps (fooled me). I cancelled my Airtel connection and grt this one (the worst thing I was made in my life). The fact is, it never crosses the speed of 200kbps, what a terrible mistake I was made. This month on 7th July 2015 I was shocked seeing an sms saying that I have consumed 90% of my data which was never been used. The thing is, my account got reset just 2 days before that day, in 2 days my 5Gb data waas gone. I made a complaint regarding this and got reply today(21.07.2015) stating that they were true that I have used the said data as per their log. I requested them the detailed proof of how my data had been used but they refused and asked me to send a mail to concern department. I dont want to waste my time and decided to cancel my subscription and contacted the customer care. I wasted almost an hour waiting to speak to the termination department, finally they said they cant reach them and asked me to visit nearest outlet. I realised now why the termination dept was busy (Definitely tons of people contacting them for termination). So guys please dont go for this useless network.

                I am having problem from last 15 days and no buddy is taking care of it, i am getting different complaint numbers and resolving process is like zero. I am using and complaining for the internet connection which is used in my office. My question to your internet team is how would i and my whole team work without internet. This is my final mail to reliance regarding your service if i am not getting my internet working within 2 hrs i will not be your customer any more.

                    From last two months the company send me a sms that amount charged for vas rs.20/10/5/3 e.t.c. something amount of rs. 250 deducted till date.& on 16.7.2014 i changed my phone then something 175 rs. of amount debited by company when i enter the sim in ew phone.& there is no value added service connected to my phone. then i aplied to port this no.[protected] .then i recieved a call that whole amouunt will refund in 24-48 hours & ur no. also removed from waiting call to customer care.& since last six months i have tried thousand of time to customer care but my phone never connected to the customer service executive.

                    now i decided to port this no. to another network as well as i will file a complaint against ur company in consumer forum.i[censored] can rectify it within 24 hours then its ok otherwise i feel no hesitation to take my step.

I have 5 prepaid and postpaid connections in my home My mobile numbers is [protected] But I regret to inform you that For Last 3, year I am having difficulty in conversations due to poor/bad network reception. The handset’s network indicator shows very low signal that’s why I cannot make any phone calls at my home . This unwanted obstruction posing lots of inconvenience for me. I also Complaint last 2.6 year to Reliance Communications in *333/198 and ([protected]@relianceada.com) in twice and Reliance technician also come to my home He told me that it will place a machine in your house but he never ever come to speak and I have the same problem Reliance has many people talking did not solve the problem, just ask someone, but I request you please quickly solve the problem..                           Recently i recharged with rs.797 plan. But last week the internet didn't connect with hsd mode.Now its connecting to internet in hsd mode but the speed is very slow. With my last Recharge of same plan i get full speed more than 1800kbps with only 2 bar in signal. Now Not more than 80 kbps.rectify this quickly. My Dongle Number is [protected].

                              My reliance gsm no is [protected] which I had ported from tata DoCoMo. On July 12 I recharged with rs 175 (30gb 2g data for 28 days ) but it expired on July 13 I.e it last for only one day... All my data was lapsed ... I tried compiling customer care but what they did is put me on hold... I just want my data (30gb 2g) back for which I had paid or else I had to take serious action against you guys... Please give me my data (30gb) back . Don't force me to port to another ISP..

                                    In the sms i have received from reliance they inform that if i recharge with 189 i will get 2.5 gb data +150TT but actually i received only 1.5gb data +100 TT. When I contacted customer care they told that they didnt send and message like this and I am laying to them.                                       i did recharge on my Reliance Number and on the same day Reliance Communication had deducted a lot of my balance .Everytime i call coustmer care on *333 they say you have to call on 198. But i never get connected to Customer care Representative . Even i regester a complain onlne .But there is no Response by them.
