Balance deduction issue in reliance gsm

My reliance mobile main amount are not come

Internet Speed in HSD mode is very slow in the Reliance Netconnect Dongle

My reliance gsm no is [protected] which I had ported from tata DoCoMo. On July 12 I recharged with rs 175 (30gb 2g data for 28 days ) but it expired on July 13 I.e it last for only one day... All my data was lapsed ... I tried compiling customer care but what they did is put me on hold... I just want my data (30gb 2g) back for which I had paid or else I had to take serious action against you guys... Please give me my data (30gb)...

In the sms i have received from reliance they inform that if i recharge with 189 i will get 2.5 gb data +150TT but actually i received only 1.5gb data +100 TT. i did recharge on my Reliance Number and on the same day Reliance Communication had deducted a lot of my balance .Everytime i call coustmer care on *333 they say you have to call on 198. But i never get connected to Customer care Representative . Even i regester a complain onlne .But there is no Response by them....

I had a broadband connection of reliance and paying subscription on half yearly basis and paid upto 28-2-15 . From the first week of 9/14 the connection was interrupted and several complaints made through the customer care service and e mails failed.
