Dear Sir, Kalinga Nagar (K1) is a developed area having Kendriya Vidyalay, D.A.V.Public School & a State level Tribal Hostel.I had been a old customer Reliance Smart for last 5 years.My Mob. No. is [protected]. Adjoining to this area there is a Revenue Village named Nuagaan whose population is around 2, 000.We either donot receive or rarely receive Reliance Smart Network to talk over mobile phone because the signal being transmitted from Kalinga Studio Tower-2 which is 2 Km.away from the above places. Kindly provide the required solution to this.Thanking you. Biswa Ranjan Das.

    Yesterday after receiving sms of a offer for unlimited 3g for 28 days on recharge of 289/- I recharged the same but I have not received any data benefit only the validity as yet and I'm unable to enjoy data services despite paying for it and my validity countdown has already begin I feel totally cheated and despite numerous complaints even to appellate no action or reply from their end and 198 is not getting through as always and not that all they also deducted 7/- from my main balance for no reason at all they are openly and shamelessly cheating a customer so I want to warn all the readers to stay away from them and their fake offers what I have learned after loosing about 300/- Thanks

      My no. is [protected]. My circle is Jharkhand. I had recharged for RS 94 on my phone dated 7/7/2015. At that time i was told that if i will recharge again before 31st august with the same amount i will get the double data. Today(22/7/2015) i have recharged for RS 94 but i only get the 1 gb data. I didn't get the another 1 gb data which was promised. Also before recharging i also contacted the customer care regarding the offer. They told me that you will get the double data which is promised according to the offer. I also have sent the mail to the reliance nodal officer, whose email id i get from the net. I got 3 emails (rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com, rtlappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com, Rcomnodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com) and i had send my mail to all on July 22 and 23 also. I didn't get any reply from their side. So, i am complaining here. Earlier month also this offer was available to me and when i recharged for RS 94 to entertain this offer i only get 1 gb, i didn't get the extra 1 gb. At that time i complaint to the customer care little late so it was not addressed. But now when i tried connecting to the customer care(198), i didn't able to connect to the customer care. I think that in reliance you can only call 3 times to customer care but after that the reliance auto voice command didn't let you connect to customer care. this happens to me many times. So, I want the other 1gb data which was promised by reliance.

            I have been a loyal customer of Reliance Netconnect Plus for four years. My plans allow me to use 8 GB at daytime and 15 GB at night time. I have been using it such a way that it never cross the limit.Even I am very cautious about that. Every time when I start to use the net first I check the data usage so that I can get an idea how much I have consumed. But for the last two Months, though I didn't Cross the limit, usage of of 20th April - 19th June was 7.7GB and I got a bill of Rs. 1485/- but I was supposed to get Rs 561 or below Rs. 570 as I my rental plan of Rs. 500. Anyway, I complained but there was no resolution for that so I thought it is okay. I would better cautious not to cross 7 GB and I just follow this time in 20th June to 19th July but to my surprise, I got a bill of Rs. 1952.92 when I just used around 6.4GB. I don't download and any update during day time and I am very strict to this. I talked many times to customer care executive, but they have been saying that I have used 10GB. How it can be possible when the Reliance own homepage displayed data usage on 6.4GB at 10 pm of 19th July, the last day of bill cycle. Is that a well planned idea to force me to change the plan as I am using a comparatively cheap rental plan which is no longer exists now.               i'm lodging this complain because reliance communications have been deducting my mobile balance in VAS services which i havent activated . prior to my information how could you activate VAS services in my phone number-+91 [protected]..i want you to deactivate this vas service as soon aspossible.. i also wanna complain bout customer executives not receiving the call after the computerised voice call is over..they do not connect the phone when you call them. seek to my problem soon.

                      Hello, my Reliance GSM number is [protected]. I had a sms pack of Rs. 12/- by which my sms tariff was cutted to 10 paisa per msg. Later on i came to know about the Rs. 149/- pack which gives benefit o[censored]nlimited 2g Internet and daily 100 msgs for 28 days. Before recharging with Rs. 149/- i have confirmed whether this new recharge of 149 will give benefits of 100 msg daialy with unlimited internet through customer care instead of my current msg tariff 10 paisa per msg. The customer care executives said, this recharge will give both benefits. The issue is about msg tariff. After recharging with Rs. 149/-, the messages was not charged as benefit of daily 100 msgs i.e. it worked for few days. But today, msg is charged with 10 paisa per msg. I'm not getting the benefit of daily 100 msgs. There should not be any charge for msg(upto 100msgs) as per the Rs. 149 plan. Kindly help me. As usual, when I tried to contact customer care helpline 198, i had to wait for a long time(more than half an hour) 2-3 times. But couldn't register a complaint. System Updation was the reson they told. 3 times have been trying to communicate with senior, but they dropped my call. Mow i can't contact customer care using 198 from my number. So, please help me as soon as possible. My another contact number is [protected].

                        Hi Team, Greetings for the day. I am Harendra Kumar. I purchased a Reliance GSM number on[protected] with plan 899 & I paid Rs 850 as a security Deposit. Now this number has been terminated on[protected] & I have paid the final bill payment on[protected]. I was asking to the reliance customer care team to refund my security deposit. On very first they had denied that they don’t have any security deposit then I have sent them my credit card statement for[protected]. Then they told me that it will be refunded by DD in 60 days of termination. I am requesting Reliance team to send that Demand Draft to my office address as my previous address has been changed. But they are not providing any solution on this & now 90 days have been passed out.                         I have attached here partial communications with Reliance customer care and my credit card statement where you can find the amount Rs-1400, I paid to reliance communications on 26th March 2014.

                        That is as -

                        Three month refund security - Rs -300

                        My second concern is that my address has been changed now so I will not be available on registered address. I am requesting you to pls send refunded DD to my office address.

                          Hi Team, Satish Kumar N here. I’ver ported to Reliance CDMA on Feb 10, 2015([protected]). From that time i’m facing coverage issue. I’ve raised complaint through 198 and to nodal officer as well. Whenever power goes in our locality immediately network drops and i’m not able to use mobile for voice or data. From Jul 1st i’m not getting network inside home (SR[protected]. Till now the issue is not resolved. Because of this i’m getting lot of problem and even reliance nodal officer is not providing proper resolution. As i’ve taken 2years advance rental plan i’m not able to portout from Reliance as they are not refunding my amount. I paid 17000 for 2 years. I Request consumer court to help in this matter and refund the remaining amount from Reliance communication(CDMA). Below are given service request for resolution of coverage issue.                             I am using an Iphone 5 for number [protected], all calls being made do not connect at the first instance and subsequently a message is stated "voice mail box for this number does not exist" When I replace this SIM in a different Iphone the problem is as above. When I put another SIM in the same Iphone, the changed SIM works perfectly. Took the phone and explained the problem to the Reliance Store, we are told to take the SIM and put it in a handset which is not an Iphone. I have to either find another Handset which uses the Nano Chip / asked to buy a jack which fits into this. I find this to be ridiculous. Would be obliged to receive a reply on this as this problem is continuing for the last 8-10 days with no resolution.

                              hello, i recharged my data card with 3001 recharge, i used around 820 mb, but your customer care telling i used 1 gb and i checked with 2 software networx and reliance itself, they are showing the data uses is 820 mb, and my personnel experience is that i consume data around 800 mb, but you are telling i udes 1 gb. and i big thing is that they are not showing the data online (http://www.reliancenetconnect.co.in), and (http://myservices.relianceada.com/launchAMSS.do) website also, if you want to know your data balance you always call to customer care, data balance enquiry are only shows on reliance postpaid and prepaid user expect 3001 recharge users, please give me the per day data usage detail so i can tally. my data card number is [protected] contact no. [protected]

                                I've paid Rs.17000/- as an advance rental for 2 years o[censored]nlimited voice and 3G data but as far as the 3G services are concerned they say it's not available for CDMA. On top of it the executives out there thinks Anil Ambani of themselves. Couldn't expect such irresponsible behaviours from reliance. I had also written about this issue to which they asked me to fill some complaint form on facebook and there after nothing. Just wondering how did they manage to get that complaint deleted from this forum. My no is [protected]

                                    I have raised a request for the inactivation of my Netconnect no:[protected] in the month of May 2015. I have received a confirmation call stating that my request has been accepted and my connection has been suspended. And I was asked to pay the remaining dues for 20 odd days and I have paid the same on May 20th, 2015. Now for the month of July I am getting a bill for an amount of 617.5 rupees. I have called the customer care and they too confirmed my account status as suspended, but they are asking me to pay the dues. What kind of non sense is this. Kindly resolve this issue immediately.
