    Hi, My user Id is[protected]. I am using Reliance Broadband from 1 year and I have to told that it was my worst decision to choose them. Many days in every month the connection was not working for days, like 3 to 4 days. and some times like 1 day working then 2 days not, then other 2 days working and third day it’s not working. In June i got mad, because of their customer service and bad cheating behavior. From 11/06/2015 the connection was not working, on 12/06/2015 i complained about it but got no response from customer care. after that i complained on 15/06/2015 but no result. To get my connection working i did every effort i can do. But no result. then I request to terminate my connection on 17/06/2015. And they told me that they will call me for confirmation within 48 hours. but I got no calls from them. after 48 hours i called them again and they again told me that they will call me. And you know what was the result? Again no call from their side. After that i call them 10 to 15 times to terminate my connection, but no termination. And now the condition is I am not using their connection because it’s not working from 15/06/2015. And not want to use them in future. But the surprise is they are continually generating my monthly bill, without giving me connection or without terminating my connection, even after I called them to terminate it about 15 to 20 times. It’s being 40 days I am not using their connection. And I can’t use it because it’s not working. They want only their bill, but they don’t want to give connection. I think they want free money. But I am not going to give them any money. Because i have earned it with hard work. And i lose lot of money because of their connection not working for days. I think they should give me my money which i lose because of them.

        I am reliance broadband customer with customer id :[protected] A worst customer serviceirresponsible behavior of the staff members etc… I have so much complains about this company. we do many of complaints to there but no one do work for my complaint I have terminated my connection on 31 jan 2015 & i have paid bill of that month. then i gave request for my unbill refund on 3 may 2015 (Compaint id :[protected] on 03-05-15 second complaint id[protected] since from that day customer care higher applet authority told mi sir just give us 20 to 25 days for your refund. still im not got my refund now its 6 july still they told mi sir give us 20 to 25 days. The purpose to post this comment is to make you guys aware that don’t even use reliance service for the broadband at least and if Reliance has quick resolution team who will read this post and can help me out in this case. I am still continue to try to talk with pune officer of reliance, but they did't respond me.

          I am Manthan Jadhav.I have wifi dongle number-[protected].I am not getting any bills on either registered mobile number and mail id and always instead of informing customer care I am always receiving call 2 3 days before due dates and I spite of instruction from me to give hard copy till date I haven't received any, also I have complained for speed issue at customer care and your outlets but still I am not getting even 1.5 Mbps speed in any area of Vadodara Gujarat while you claim upto 14.1 Mbps .

            On 24th July I recharged with 53 Rs in order to activate 250 mb 3g data for 7 days.. I even received recharge acknowledgement via SMS and email. But to my surprise I never got data package activated on my number [protected]. I immediately mailed customer care with the receipt of payment. But never ever got a response.

              Few days before my reliance netpack has seems to be expired.So i have recharged with 797 plan through netbanking and i received the success message from reliance with invoice on my mail.And also the money has been debited from my hdfc bank account. After waiting long hours of nothing happened, i just initiated the live chat system .The chat person told me that the payment is seems to be failed.But i told them with the Receipt ID: AMIR73677846 which is given by reliance and the bank transaction number HDFC -DHDF[protected]-RELIANCE COMMUNICATI And they told me that, the payment has been failed but the payment will be recredited to your bank account within 7 days.And they also added that, you just write a email to the support department "netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com" with the detailed issue and you can recharge your plan once again to resume my services.So i did so. I write a letter about the previous recharge and once again i rechagred for the second time after few hours of the first recharge.This time also i have got the same issue(successful recipt from reliance and payment debited from my bank account) but i got the same speed of 244kbps and 0.24MB left in my account.So i have once again i wrote a letter about the second issue. I am a internet marketer my work is completely depended on online presence so i have decided to try the recharge once again which because i have no option(i need the computer connection with out fail.) so after a day of time i have recharged once again for the same plan but now with the credit card(As the two previous transactions are done it with netbanking).But this time also the same .I have waited for several hours nothing happened.Not a single word from reliance support. I just paid three times and i received no response .I am using reliance netconnect for more than 4 years but this frustrating so i am thinking over to switch to other companies or initiate the consumer court as i have lost my time, money and work is severely punished with poor support.                 My number is [protected]. It has been very irritating that reliance is regularly cutting my balance almost on daily basis for some fraud VAS packages like videostore, short format GSM, shemaroostream, shemaroostream GSM, shtfmts STalk, hungama subscription, hungama voice Ckt etc. I am really fed up with reliance because it is cutting my balance without my subscription to any of these packages and when I checked the active packages it show 0 package active. It is really a pain and giving very bad service these days. Even when complaining on this platform sometimes they don't even talk to me and close the thread with comments that they talked to the customer and the problem has been resolved. Can there be any solution to this problem without porting the number to any other service provider or all of them are the same. It seems like making a fraud on customers' cost.

                Today only Customer care executive called me and assured that my problem will be resolved and just after they cut my balance for another VAS VideoStore pack for Rs. 3 even though I told the executive to deactivate all the packages they have activate on my number.

                They are really ridiculous, customer cann't win them.

                Finally I got balance of Rs. 66/- back in my account and the message today.

                This time thank you Reliance Team but please make sure this does not happen in future and if there is any more packages please make sure those also get deactivated.

                Reliance people are really really ridiculous people, they have again started deducting my account balance by activating some VAS packages.

                Yesterday and day before yesterday only I talked to them and they had refunded my balance and promised that there will be no deductions, but now again they have started the same.

                How can I get rid of them from deducting my account balance by activating these bogus packages which I even don't know what they are for.

                  I am a reliance gsm consumer from bhubaneswar odisha. I had enoght 3g net balance in my reliance number but since last 10 15 days, the average speed of reliance is 1 Kbps . is this what reliance sells on 3g speed name. Whenever i called the costumer cares the said your problem will be solved very soon. Some said to change the APN, i did, nothing worked and most of the times they cut the calls between the conversation, sometimes they say sir our server is down please call after sometime. I am very much frustuted and i dont know what to do. i even throw my mobile because of this .

                    Reliance Internet User ID[protected] Connection stopped working from 22-April-2015. Termination request was given on 15-May-2015. After several complaints, Termination Acceptance email received on 10-July-2015 with retrospective effect from 04-June-2015. However, instead of providing rental waiver from 22-April-2015, Reliance has sent a fresh bill dtd. 19-July-2015 for Rs. 3954.00 for Advance period of 28-July-2015 to 28-Ocober-2015. Rental waiver not provided from 22-April-2015. Instead a fresh bill dtd. 19-July-2015 for Rs. 3954.00 for Advance period of 28-July-2015 to 28-Ocober-2015. And Rs. 250/- Late Payment Charges added when we were not supposed to pay anything but get Rental Waiver. We want: 1. Rental Waiver from 22-April-2015 till date 2. Reversal of Rs. 250/- Late Payment Charges in Bill dtd. 19-July-2015. 3. Termination of Internet Services and cancellation of Bill generated for Advance period of 28-July-2015 to 28-Ocober-2015.

                      Again today on 29/07/2015 they are calling for this month bill delay. But I have to told if they are not giving me connection and i am not using it since 11/06/2015, I am not going to pay any bill.

                      I already told that I have a request to terminate my connection on 17/06/2015.

                      Why are they bothering their customer again and again. I have to say they are careless
                      for what problem is their customer going through. Why they want bill without giving any connection and they are giving the worst customer service ever.

                      I think their customer service is becoming a nightmare for their customers.

                        I am using reliance no [protected] since last 7 year because i trust on reliance. Yesterday dated 24 july 2015 i recharged my no. With rs 200 through paytm.
                        Whole amount automatically deduct in last night without using any type of services or any call. When i try to make a call than i know there is no balance in
                        My account by prompting your side that please recharge your account. I try to call the customer but not able to contact him due to less balance in my account as you
                        Charge 50 p per 3 minute. Than i recharge again rs 200 and than contact to customer care 7 time (*333) but not able to talk with any person who listen me and
                        Understand my issue due to automatic call drop on the main point. I dial helpline no 198 than i talk to a person. He listen my issue and after check in his database told
                        Me that the amount which was deducted for the net charge which is use by me while i never use facebook, g mail, youtube like this services in reliance services. So
                        How will you deduct the amount from my account. And they also told me they will refund 20 rs which was by mistake deducted by the company. I talk to his senior
                        Name babita she also told me the same and she deny to refund my amount in my account.


                        Reliance is a big brande and always maintain there slandered so how you say by mistake 20rs deduct from your account which is refund in your account in 24 hour.
                        Great jock that you deduct rs 200 without any reason and when customer complaint then offer him to refund rs 20 as a complementary gift by co.
                        Shame on reliance.


                        Now i want my whole amount (Rs 200) back including the amount which is fraud deduct by you due to complaint on customer care no.


                        I want solution in 24 hour else i will go to it on social site and change this no to another network.

                          Hi Team This is to express my worst nightmare being associated with Reliance Communication. I feel that people in this country are absolutely correct that it is one of the most corrupted and money sucking company especially from its own customers who contribute to the maximum in the growth of your company. My mistake was that I got my number ported from Vodafone and you people thinking that I might be benefited with the services and offers that is committed from your end nationwide but unfortunately forget our services and offers, you guys have suspended by outgoing of my number [protected] by saying that there is another number [protected] which is linked to my account. Can you please explain how is this possible? Firstly, I just got associated with you recently, Secondly I would like to know whether both number share the same address and Name? As per my know when i spoke to your customer care, they said that the number [protected] is registered in the name of some Desraj who happens to be residing in Faridabad and my number [protected] is registered in my name that is Gulam Moinuddin R/o 119, Adchini, Sri Aurobindo Marg, New Delhi - 110017. As per my understand and simple logic this Gulam Moinuddin and Desraj cannot be same individuals and Faridabad and Delhi cannot be same as well. I simply dont understand if this is what you had to do then why there is a need of a verification team who comes to each individuals home to verify that the person who is taking your connection is providing a fake or genuine address. Now the second part when the individuals and addresses are different on what basis have you linked both account and on what basis I should be paying the outstanding of someone whom I don't even know. Are you not ashamed of your company asking money from anyone for anything. I would like to convey that even if you people address my concern and would like to speak to me then ensure that someone who has the authority should speak to me rather than executives calling me and addressing my concerns what I have written and telling me that you are still looking into the matter and we will revert back to you in 48 hours. It is not that I cannot take this to the highest levels in your company but when telling such kind of petty issues to the higher authoity of your concerns but me in embarassing situation thinking what a useless and worthless company someone is dealing with. I have been to your web world outlet and submitted my documents at your Kalkaji, New Delhi outlet. Your customer care services is so amazing that people sitting out there do not understand the customers problem. Only if they understand the problem then can provide a solution, Your team manager is always busy but never available for customers. I am still not sure where is this leading too. I would request you to look into this matter at the earliest and get it resolved. Also I would request you to provide me a compensation for suspending my services from 21st July 2015 due to error from your end and not mine. It is your internal problem which needs to be sorted out at your end and not mine. I am also addressing the mail to TRAI and will also ensure that this incident gets reported on social media so that people can understand the level of services and customer support you provide to an individual who is associated with one of the biggest but the worst ethical functioning company of India. Request and hope that you would understand what i am trying to convey and act accordingly.                             Hi, I am from Gurgaon . I wish to make a formal complain to Reliance broadband Internet connection. I am facing this issue from last 12 days. I made payment on 13th july by requesting new broadband internet connection, at the time of payment MR Mahesh (Sales person) told me that till 16th July they ll setup Internet connection. Still it is not yet setup the connection. Whenever I am calling to sales persons they are giving new contact and that new contact person is requesting me to wait for 2 to 3 days. I contacted to Reliance broadband customer[protected] for twice after waiting for a long time in line and they are telling with out customer Id they cant able to take complain. After this also my luck doesn't work they too request me to wait for 2 days for conformation. Mr Mahesh is not attending my call. Now I am not getting whom to contact to resolve the issue. I am in dilemma whether they ll give connection or not. I cant go with other network for internet as my money is locked with them. Simply reliance people are making customers mad.                               After the unusual reply from customer care i have written this letter

                              Dear sir,
                              Thank u for the reply, but i like to mention that even though i have
                              Maintain rs 1. 5 / , my main balance is continuously been deducted i[censored]
                              Don't, t believe me then just check my account recharge statement and time
                              Of deduction of my account when i have maintain the said amount.
                              Even i[censored] can check my account for yesterday when i make std call, after
                              11pm, my main balance has been deducted. It seem that customer care are not
                              Going through with the complain and are making early prediction.

                              One more thing i[censored] cannot provide this pack then return the money to my
                              Account and withdraw such promise from ur website or at other outlet
                              Immediately because i am suffering and feeling the pinch for almost a week.

                              I have never thought of being cheated from such a big company which is off
                              Course pure indian company, i, e reliance company and one more thing ur
                              Costumer service is now gradually been decreasing and i may afraid with
                              Such a bad service may loose ur valuable customer, even i have anger too
                              And feeling very bad not for me but for u people who have been employed by
                              Reliance company and not taking their job seriously.

                              I don't, mind i[censored] are not able to return my 59 rupee because u will say
                              That u are helpless and cannot do. But one thing u just take care
                              Something might great thing may occurred and u will feel the pinch

                                This is to inform you that I have applied for a Reliance broadband connection on 29th April 2015 and my my subscriber id is[protected]. I am not satisfy with your poor connection and even services. I have put many complaints from 22nd June onwards regarding the internet is not working but still no services are provided by your company. I am totally disappointed with your services. Then now you are sending bill for no internet connections. I have paid advance rental for the month of July 2015 but I don't get your interenet connections for a single day. Why you are sending this bill? My internet is not working since 20th June 2015 and I want my payment back. I don't want to continue your broadband connection any more. I have called more than 50 times to your company but not getting any proper services.

                                  I have connection of Reliance having No. [protected] but daily some amount has been deducting for 3 to 4 month regularly & massage received for VAS charges but I have not activated VAS pack. I had phoned to Reliance Customer Care and received my call by one rep. but after sometime he disconnected the phone. After that many times, I tried to phone but my phone always diverted to advertisement & not to customer care. It really tortured mentally. Also I tried to other no. through message but there it shows that VAS is not active at this no. but on daily basis, some amount are deducted. It tortured mentally as well as financially. Please resolve the same. My Phone no. is [protected] & Alternate no. is [protected]

                                    Hello My Name Is Karan Gautam. I am live in Delhi. I have Reliance Number. I am get problems sometimes from Reliance Communications. After that i called to 198. 3033 3333, and *333 for Customer Care service they never connect my call to Executive. The automated recording call only run and tell to select options but when i choose option of talk Executive that call automatically cut after saying THANKS FOR CALLING RELIANCE. I called to Reliance Customer Care because its not show my internet data when i check balance. I have tried 20 - 30 times.. i waste my 2 hours for call but i didn't talk to executive. i was so angry yesterday. Reliance have WORLD WORST AND BADDEST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE. NEVER BUY RELIANCE MOBILE SIM CARD AND NUMBER OR ANYTHING THEY ALL WORST.

                                      As per offer given by reliance on my no [protected] for true unlimited 3g is not activated yet despite paying for it and all my efforts they just transferred some data and thats all feel they have every intention to cheat on this why don't they honor the offer given by them which is clearly of true unlimited 3g for 28 days on recharge of 289 / - then why its not active despite paying for it activate the same immediately

                                        I am fed up with reliance's crappy service. . . They are just doing fraud. .

                                        On 12july i recharged with rs175 (30gb 2g for 28days) but they lapsed my data in one day only. . .

                                        When i contacted customer care they said that no data is lapsed and close my sr no. . .
                                        Its been 13 days since my data has been lapsed and i have complained many times but every time they refused me by giving some crap about system downlink and ask me to contact later. . .

                                        I am really fed up with reliance and this is the last time i am complaining about it as a customer.
                                        If this time they didn't gave my (30gb) data back then i will have no choice but to port to another network. . .

                                        And i want my data (30gb 2g) as soon as possible
