Reliance Broadband — Broadband connectivity issue | |||
I have reliance broadband connection user id :[protected] which is not working since 4th march 2016 Service request no : [protected] opened on 4th march but closed without resolution on 8th march 2nd service request no :[protected] opened on 9th march and still its pending. Our business completely dependent on internet service and there is no work going on in or office since 4th march. We cannot expect such pathetic customer service from one of the world class company like reliance. Was this information helpful? | |||

My friend, Reliance Communications do not value the service it has to provide. They will only make a move to collect the payment. Nothing more, nothing less. I had a Reliance Broadband connection, and i had been using it for close to 3 years. Out of the 3 years, I can tell u for sure that i had a working connection for close to 1.5 years. No compensation was ever provided for the time there was no working connection. Also even after I requested multiple times for the waiver number for the compensation, they always state that there is not such request. Thats it. I suggest you disconnect this connection and opt for another service provider. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER I HAVE EVER FACED IN MY TIME IN 3 COUNTRIES.
