I was lodged a Telephontically complain on 18 and 19 sep15.customer care told that at least 48 hrs taken by company to resolved the problem.On 20 sep15 after 1300 hrs my phone number 7488309180 start working fine and no call drop and call cutting happened.But again at night same problem persist with my phone number and we can't make a call to anywhere.In the evening time one Reliance customer care executive call on the my phone number 7488309180 and say that your problem has resolved by Reliance technical group and on 1718 hrs Email me that your problem has resolved about call drop and cutting.The name of that officer is

I want to say that I lodge a complain about same problem 3 times and 2 times by telephonically.And the company customer officer has said, they got only one Email.how this possible?and what about the problem which me and my family face.And the most important issue is that my recharge validity is wasted due to this call drop problem.Where we should go for justice on this issue.I want the positive result now.The Email number of Reliance customer care is
