    Sir my number is [protected]. this is a portability number. i am using this number last 2 years. last 7 days ago by an accident my SIM card was damaged. I contact to local reliance office. but they are tell me that number details are not our system and avoid me. how it can possible. they are did not help me. i am not satisfied the reliance support team . how can it possible a number ( [protected])was working last 2 years ago. which is registered as Anil kanta maharana. but data was not available at reliance. any time I am recharging online transaction. i have the transaction reciept. my last transaction was 18 july 2015. please enquiry the matter.

      This is the third time in this year that my balance is deducted before the expiry of internet date.80rs and more have been wrongfully charged. More over the pathetic thing is that there is no one to be asked for..no customer care agent answers calls. I feel like a beggar calling a hundred time doing the same stupid press 1 2 3 procedure and then call getting disconnected. Looking forward to getting rid from this network. Not recommended to anyone.

        From last 1 year, I am complaining about wrong deduction of caller tune service, which I have never subscribed for. Every alternate month, my balance of Rs.30/- is getting deducted and I have to complaint again and again to get refund. Is there some one paachvi paas who can understand that I dont want caller tune service. REFUND my money back.

          Dear sir I have recharge with 301 rupees to this no. [protected] (reliance GSM ) for 6GB data and 90 days validity on dated 09/09/2015 but its suddenly lapsed on 15/09/2015 within 1 week only. I resister a complain ( complaint no.[protected] and got assurance for getting back but it resolve wrongfully and useless. Kindly take a legal action against them.

            The incident took place on 18th & 19th of September, 2015 I gave a call on [protected] to activate my new TATA PHOTON Connection the number is toll free (as said by TATA Docomo representatives data obtained from GOOGLE) from my Reliance CDMA connection & charges of Rs. 1 per minute was charged on talking with the Customer care Executive they told me that not all the numbers starting from 1800 are toll free & charges will be debited to confirm the same i gave a call from AIRTEL connection on the same number & no charges were debited..Hence Reliance debited my account ithout any proper clarrification due to which I could not activate my Internet connection ..

              Your customer care tel lime to recharge again with another 3g plan why should i pay more i already piad 359 i dont want your 3g plan because its already more than 18 since i have rechrged now i want money back do what ever you can do customer care only bothering by calling and telling same this what i am hearing since 31 August 2015 only waste of time if your good office care about customer check recharge detail reactivate new plan please dont forward to customer care they are only time passing and burning company time and money do directly if you can or take my Rs. 359 as donation dont keep with company because your company is rich and its my hard earning donate to needy person because its my 3 days wage i am throwing this sim never use any reliance service and product in future hope i dont have to write again regards [protected] or reactivate my plan

                My mobile no is [protected] & I did no activate any service but continuously Rs.10 & Rs.20 is deducted from my balance for VAS One97 & VAS ShemarooVP Reliance CDMA service. I want my deducted amount to be refunded ASAP and deactivate the service at earliest. Also none of the VAS should be activated. Pls deactivate all sms services asap.

                I have also complain to customer care, they told this is non-refundable amount and after complaining, they again charged Rs.30

                But again a new VAS Hungama Subscription activated & Charge deducted Rs 10.

                I want my deducted amount to be refunded ASAP and deactivate the service at earliest. Also none of the VAS should be activated. Pls deactivate all sms services asap.

                  Hi, Iwas using reliance broadband data card bearing number [protected], i moved from bangalore to hyderabad and disconnected the datacard after movement and paid the bill as per the due amount 717/-. but i am getting continuous emails from collections.BLR saying bill not paid. in the email they provide contact person details called Premalatha first time. I have contacted the respective person and explained about my case and provided the payment reciepts through email provided by Premalatha. and she told she will take care of the case. after few days got one more mail saying demand notice and given new contact person name as Swetha and i tried reaching her and she told out side office, so later i tried calling her similar kind of response recieved. on 19th sept got PLC (PLC No : 323724\2015 ). the contact person is again swetha I called the number provide and got a response from pther person called venkatesh and told swetha is out of office. then I called again Premalatha and asked about my case, she asked 5mins time and cut down the call, after 5 mins i tried calling her many time but she is not picking the call. I am really frustrated, even though i have done payment and provided proof of documents I am getting PLC notice and the contact persons are not responding. could you please take a look and help me at the earliest.

                      Hi this is Manoj, I was using postpaid reliance data card ([protected]) for more than 3 years, now a days I was not using it often so I planned to migrate into prepaid and I went to reliance outlet in June 2015. Let explain the problem what happened from that on. I went to reliance outlet but they told they don’t have application for that so come some other day. Thrice I went there same thing has been happened then I called customer care and informed them I am not using it now, I want to migrate into prepaid. They said ok for that but they was generating the bill every month. Again I raised the compliant in August 2015, I was speaking to customer, for that I wasted my three days. Every time they said we generated the bill by mistakenly we will take waiver request for this. Then again I got a call from one person and he told me that I didn’t use the card however we cannot waive the entire amount so please pay Rs 432.00 within two days so I will migrate into prepaid. Even though I didn’t use the card I want to finish it fast so I paid that amount immediately. But last week again I got a message that my due amount is Rs. 562.00 again I raised the compliant they said they will waive Rs200.00 now and remaining amount will be waived within two days. Today I called customer care and asked they said I have to pay Rs330 then only they will migrate into prepaid if not they will be increasing the amount. I stopped in June 2015, so from July 2015 I was not using it but I paid Rs432.00 extra even if the mistakes fully in their side. But again they are asking me to pay Rs330.00. Is this how they will get income from their customers? They made me frustrating, totally I have three waiver request number as of now. But I paid extra Rs432.00 and again they are asking me to pay some amount if not they will send notice it seems. Also suggesting customer that don’t go for reliance at any cause, no one can help you out.

                      What's going on now, again I'm getting call from customer care and today they are asking me to pay Rs 560.00. I never seen any worst service like this. They need this money only right, I'll pay this but this is the last time I'm going to use Reliance network in my life. Also I will not allow anyone in my whole circle to get any of the reliance product.
                      Last week they mentioned Rs300.00 and something and today I got a message stating that I should pay Rs 536.00.
                      Three months back I applied for migration but they didn't do, whose mistake this is but still they are increasing he bill day by day with out any sense.
                      Please my dear friends, don't ever try to get reliance postpaid data card. For one data card my total peacefulness gone. Also who calling from billing department, they won't even know to speak in English or local language. They only speak Hindi. Very bad service. Please don't try.

User ID[protected]. maine termination ki request april se hi deta aa rha hu bt aapke traf se koi response nhi mila. maine her 2-3 days par request di hai bt aapne koi response nhi di. maine registered number k alwa ek or bhi no. diya tha [protected]. kyon ki registered no bhul gaya tha. par aapke traf se usi number par baar -2 call aata rha. maine jab bhi call kiya hai maine apna alternate no. diya hai par us no. par kabhi bhi call nhi aaya hai. aapne termenation mai kaffi time laga diya. jo ki ab ja kar 16 july ko aapne connection terminate kiya hai. aapne 2 and half month termination m le liya or ab ja k bill genrate kr rahe ho aap. maine pure 1 month 2-3 days k gap par call karta aa rha hu. aapne khud late kiya hai to mai bill kaise du. aapke pass call karta hu to jawab milta hai ki aapko call kiya gaya tha... par wo call [protected], par kiya jata tha. ek se do bar aapne [protected] par kiya hai. but aapne kabhi bhi [protected] par call nhi kiya hai. Sir, mai aapko bata du ki mai bill nhi de paunga. maine bola bhi tha ki agr 15 days mai connection terminate nhi hota hai to mai bill nhi dunga. agr chao to aap pura april se or mai tak ka call detail nikal sakte ho ki maine kitne time call kiya hai. agr isme mere traf se koi galti hua hai to aap bata sakte ho.                                 Hello, I am using Reliance Wipod postpaid connection and my number is [protected], Service request number[protected], I received a message to my account on[protected]image attached) stating that i consumed 90% of the allocated data and after that my speed started to fall below 20kpbs. I called customer support and reported the issue they said that still 9 GB of my data is remaining and it should be error message and regarding my connectivity issue they helped with some trouble shooting steps such as manual reset of device, deleting the temp files and changing ti pro mode and installing net booster from reliance. Dear Reliance, my issue has not been solved still yet, i am very desperate without proper internet, i use internet for online study and its affected my studies and my life. There is no problem with the device and network is good in my area (checked with my friends device) which points towards to only one logical reason which is mistaken/error-ed capping of the data by your system (which i think so). So i am left with only few options, which is either discontinuing your network and switching to another network or resolving the issue etc. Anyway i hope this forum helps me in finding me a solution..                                   Please friends do not purchase any reliance product. reliance is not a reliable company. i am the evidence for the same. my father is using reliance cdma from 10 years and me using reliance gsm from last 7 years. they are always ready to deduct amount any time with out any service activation. they automatically minus amount and says you have actived the serve. Reliance company is totally fraud and their business is to make foot to peoples.

                                    Reliance company installed Distribution Connection box outside my house in August 2013 and theyve promised me rent of Rs. 800 per month and got agreement signed up with me ... BUT till date ive not recd any rent from them and theyve got it signed up again also in feb 2015 ... Person who installed : Amir Khan (he left company now ) Called Yashvinder singh[protected] many times .. he promised me to to call me back many times .. but now not picking up phone This is purely a cheating and fraud case ... im sure .. ur manager or this person yashvinder is eating all thats why they simply want to avoid ... please check and resolve Rahul Kaushal +[protected]

                                    Got 2 calls from Reliance Social media Department in 1 week ... and they told me to go to reliance shop ... Strange thing is they dont know what is the problem an forcing is me solution ... problem is about my rent ... it has nothing to do with reliance mobile shop

                                    i can only say now .. that "Reliance Communications is CHEATER company' and u guys who are replying here are paid only to give stupid answers instead of solutions ...

                                      Respected Sir, On 9th September, I recharged my no. [protected] with Rs 282. Rs 282 plan provides 6gb 2G data valid upto 90days i.e in my case upto 8th December 2015.However On 16th September, I recharged my no. [protected] with Rs 53. Plan 53 gives 250 3G for 5 days.However, aftr reacharging with 3G plan, the validity of my 2G plan came down to 1 day…More which in turn should have been upto 8th December . Right now, I m able to check the remaining Gbs of my 2G plan with no validity.Becoz of which I m no longer able to access internet.Now I request ur goodself, please extend the validity of my 282 2G plan upto 8th December so that I can access internet without any issue.                                         Sir, I am using reliance CDMA Phone, Phone number [protected], which is of Bihar region .The date of first incident is 14 sep15.The call cutting problem from this numbers is since 6 days. I am so much fade off from Reliance service.When we make a call, the call duration is maximum upto 2 minute. I already complain about this matter to customer care of Reliance by mail upto 3 times, but no response from them.they are least bother about my problem.This problem is started when i recharge unlimited local call offer on this number.Early it was ok.This offer limited validity upto 28 Days, and I seek problem last 6 days.so my 6 days gone vain from 28 days.i want my 6 days add when my service resume .When Reliance company offer to customer for unlimited local call then how can company do this type of activity ? Sir, i want quick response from reliance company against my complain.This is totally shock for me and my family.

                                        I was lodged a Telephontically complain on 18 and 19 sep15.customer care told that at least 48 hrs taken by company to resolved the problem.On 20 sep15 after 1300 hrs my phone number 7488309180 start working fine and no call drop and call cutting happened.But again at night same problem persist with my phone number and we can't make a call to anywhere.In the evening time one Reliance customer care executive call on the my phone number 7488309180 and say that your problem has resolved by Reliance technical group and on 1718 hrs Email me that your problem has resolved about call drop and cutting.The name of that officer is Sneha Waghmare Officer - Customer Care Reliance Communication Limited. I want to say that I lodge a complain about same problem 3 times and 2 times by telephonically.And the company customer officer has said, they got only one Email.how this possible?and what about the problem which me and my family face.And the most important issue is that my recharge validity is wasted due to this call drop problem.Where we should go for justice on this issue.I want the positive result now.The Email number of Reliance customer care is [email protected] and the telephone number by which the call to me on 20sep15 is 2230326300 on after 1700hrs.Sir/Madam i want result and time wasted by Reliance communication of my family and me over the period .I want result.
