I am using Relaince broadband and telephone service having user id:[protected] but regularly i had to face disconnection problem.I have registered complaint regarding non functioning of my Broadband connection and telephone about 5 days back under Comp.No.[protected],[protected]from[protected] to[protected]. I have repeatedly telephoned at Tollfree requesting them to get my connection repaired. But unfortunately I have to say that Relaince is now a totally non-reliable run system. No one cares for promptness no body can do anything to them. I am always told that my problem will be got resolved within 48 hours. But God knows when those 48 hours will end. The height is that when on[protected] i.e. today I told the person at Tollfree Number that my connection is still not working from last Saturday[protected], he said that our system shows your issue has been resolved yesterday I couldn’t understand how automatically system updated as “Resolved” if it’s not. Though officers at nashik levels are not at all attending my complaint, I feel that my complaint may not be resolved very soon, But may be there must be few honest and dedicated officers still in Relaince, who may try to actually attend the grievance of common people and help to lift the image of Relaince a little bit.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been telling since Monday[protected] that my broadband & Telephone is not functioning and till date its not working, i don't want any kind of waiver but at least make my connection available. your concerned team is giving wrong feedback to you that they have solved the problem, none of concerned team has attended my complaint still from last 7 days it is not working both the Telephone and broadband connection so it become very difficult to work as i have commitment to fulfill in time.You can send somebody to confirm whether it is working or not. Now i am fed up with your service and negative attitude. if can't give service properly then please let me know so that i can apply for disconnection. Expecting spontaneous reply/rectification from your side.

    I am writing to you because I am pissed off from Reliance customer service. Let me tell you the whole story:

    I want to transfer my wired fixed line connection[protected] from the old office to my new office address in Indore, M.P. itself (From Orbit mall to Shree Nagar Main) and for that purpose I went to Reliance's BCM heights office in Indore, M.P on 1st September and logged a written request for it to Mr. Ashish (I don't know the last name) and I asked his desk number which is[protected], he said that, it will be done soon.
    And I wasn't satisfied with his reply for not giving any turn around time (which is unprofessional) so I asked for his desk number. After giving, he asked me to give him a call on the another day after 3 pm and I did the same as asked, but nobody answered that call. Then I tried next day and after continuously calling, a lady answered the call and gave me his cell number and when I called I found that was another Ashish, HUH! I again called the lady and she said I have to call on customer care to transfer rather to come to BCM heights, What the HELL! nobody told me that earlier, WHY? I took it OKAY and called customer care for the same on 4th september.
    I logged the same request to customer care on 4th September, request no. is:[protected].
    I got the turn around time was 5 days from the date of request logged, I considered it also. And days had been passed and NOTHING happened so far. I called customer care again on 9th Sep I guess and executive said today is the 5th day and requested logged in late evening of 4th September so I must wait for another day, I took it fine as well.
    Then an executive called at 9:30 PM on the same day and he apologies on delay and he said he is also wondering why it's been so late, he gave me consolation and finally said before hanging up that he will check it and get it done ASAP. And till, I am waiting and my patience is lost now.
    And till date I have tried everything by calling again and again to customer care- no satisfactory answer I have got, writing to Appellate but nobody dare to give a single reply.
    Please let me know if it can be transferred or not, if not then go ahead with permanent disconnection. And I am not going to pay bill for the month.

    Still there is noting I have got from Reliance and its very frustrating. I just got the monthly invoice, and do you guys really think I will pay that stupid bill for all this bad service and non-usage! JUST FORGET IT. There is nothing Reliance can do I am sure now. They forget what Customer is to a company. I am not expecting anything from Reliance anymore. Just get the hell your cable out of my old office and get lost.

      Recently I tried to port my number from Reliance to Airtel with all the formalities fulfilled as required by you and Airtel. I had cleared my unbilled amount and deposited extra money for next full month. However when all the formalities were completed for MNP, my application was rejected from Reliance end saying that Authorised Signatory issue. I am baffled to hear that pathetic reply as I am the Authorised Signatory of the company and I myself had signed while taking the postpaid connection from Reliance. I am truly disappointed at the unprofessional way of Reliance call centre handles matter and even I have been to the Reliance head office in Jaipur where I have not found any response for the matter even after struggling for two days.         My user id is[protected], My connection is not working Since 29th August, I struggled myself to get my complain to higher authority (I thought its absolute but... its more worse) on 3rd sept a complaint no.[protected] with athlete authority (that what they call themselves 'athlete' ) of reliance was registered which is useless till date. Every day they just say 'we escalated your complaint, our backend office will solve it'. I think there is no backend office and its an eyewash. They really never care about a customer even if he/she burns their blood any issue. They cold enough to say same thing everyday. I really wonder why do even attend calls when they decided to kill you with their silence and service. Its been a month now. Today I got another complaint number [protected]... my agony continues forever with issues of reliance service / customer care...

          I have a reliance land line connection using last 10 years with number[protected]. This land line is not working from 24/08/2015 and i have give compliant to the reliance toll free number[protected] and the give me the id[protected] and the advised the problem will ready with in 24 hours. The land line is still dead and i have no incoming and out going connection for last one month. Very poor service or negligence in service from the provider. After the incident i have called the customer care people at least 20 times. I have paid one bill after the connection is dead and today they have given another bill for land line not working. The Customer care people telling that i want to pay this bill so that they can take action on the compliant. My land line number is[protected]. Connection in the name of Indosoft Solution, Z H North road, chalapuram po kozhikode - 673002. I want compensation for terminating my service for one month which i am using for the last 10 year.             Sir, I have rechrged of Rs. 297 (2gb 3g internet pack) today but still my internet is not working. I got msg that ur pack has been successfully activated but still its not working. When i check its showing "-195 mb" . customer care executive saying that u have used excess data, but i have not used any data infact my internet is not working frm mrng. I fedup please resolve as soon as possible otherwise i will have to strict action .

                My broadband service started 3 days back and till now i had internet connectivity for like 2 hours.Have contacted customer care 3 times in 3 days but my problem remains unresolved. further the the guy who i dealt with for internet has his phone switched off. really really dissapointed with this kind of behaviour. i had high hopes. user id[protected] Date of installment- 22 sept 2015 (6 pm) Internet not working since 22 sept 2015(8 pm) problem unresolved till 25 sept 2015

                  I have requested to stop the service of reliance netconnect by making a call at reliance customer care. They are insisting me to continue with the service. After repeated request they have issued me a complaint no and ensured me that service will be stopped but still they are sending me the bills. i am not at all taking that service.

                    MobNo- [protected] Since last 10 or 11 days, many vas messages like amount charged for VAS shemarooVP rs:10 like this are daily deducted from my account. when i complaint on 198, sometimes they refund else not. They are not deactivating R-world service from my no. despite of several complaints on 198 0r [protected] . Again they had deducted Rs 10 on 22/23/24 sep 2015 and not refunded my balance. Now whwn i call customer care on 198 or [protected] and press 9 on IVR menu to talk customer care. my call disconnected. Now my call is not connected to reliance customer care from last 3 or 4 days and even messages are not going to 121 despite verfied correct message center no. I am in loss of my balance daily due to these cheat reliance people by deducting balances from both mine and my wife no viz. [protected], [protected] Refund of my balances deducted due to these unsolicited vas shemarooVP, videostore, voiceCkt which is Rs 38 during these 3 days 22/23/24 sept 2015, as previous deductions due to these vas had refunded. also i want disabling of R-world service, any VAS packs, etc due to which my balances got deducted.

                    Out of 38 rs i had got only message for waiver of Rs30 as per SR no[protected], but balance is not refunded, only message has received not balance till today..

                    Also i am not able to message any text like Stop etc on 121, sending failed from last couple of days. So unbarred my no [protected] from messaging to 121 or 59111

                      Dear Sir / Ma'am, My mobile no is [protected] & I did no activate any service but after that continuously deducted VAS Hungama Subscription on 21September Rs10, VAS Hungama Voice Rs1 on 21September, VAS Hungama Subscription on 22September Rs10, VAS ShemarooVP 23September Rs10, VAS Hungama Subscription on 24September Rs10 Reliance CDMA service. I want my deducted amount to be refunded ASAP and deactivate the service at earliest. Also none of the VAS should be activated. Pls deactivate all sms services asap. I have also complained to customer care, they told this is non-refundable amount and after complaining. The total amount charged is Rs.41 Before this complain, i have faced same problem and i got my refund on 20 September. But why again facing these problems?

                        I have a reliance cdma postpaid number which i am trying to port to Reliance GSM postpaid from August 1st week of 2015. Now, its September last week of 2015 but still the work is not done. I have visited Reliance mobile store many times (10-15) but the person says that there is some technical problem in computer for just my number. I have called to Reliance Appellate Authority 4-5 times and they asked me to wait for more time. Earlier, on my first conversation with Appellate Authority, their employee, Bhaskar Kewari, promised to solve my problem within 3 days but even after passing of 3 weeks, the problem is not solved. When i am asking them that why is it not solved? They reply that they have forwarded some emails and i should wait more. As a genuine reliance customer, i am using its connection from year 2008 since then i have paid all my mobile bills on time. Now, i am suffering so much that there is nobody to help me. I have asked appellate authority people that if they cant solve this problem, they should escalate this issue further for which they are saying that this is the highest department of reliance and no other authority is there. I have already incurred many expenses in visiting Reliance mobile stores and in calling everybody to get my work done. But inspite of taking so much pain, there is still no solution provided to me. Hence, i am compelled to complaint to you against Reliance communications company for all the harassment i have gone through in these last 2 months, for all the expenses, i have incurred in these last 2 months and to get my mobile no. ported from Reliance cdma postpaid to Reliance gsm postpaid. My name is Varun Mishra and my mobile no. is [protected]. So, i wait for a quick response from your side.

                            Dear Sir/Madam, On my reliance mobile No. [protected], on 15/09/2015 a massage received that you have successfully activated 500MB data pack for Rs. 51/-. and Rs.51/- deducted from my account. I tried many times to costumer care services for this plan activation I have not request you, or this time my mobile was switched-off, it is not possible that in switched-off period how can I activate for this pack, I have requested to costumer care officers for reverse/deactivate this service immediately or refund my money Rs 51/- but they are not hear my voice and still this is not deactivate. I have requested to costumer care officers for reverse this immediately or refund my money Rs 51/. or proved me the information of my this mobile no. [protected] status of the when switch-off and switch on, because this time (on 14/09/15 in evening time) my mobile is switch-off from last 7 days. When I switch-on on (15/09/15 in luch time approx 2.00PM), received the SMS regarding this charges deducted from your main balance. it is not possible that in switch-off position i request for this service activation. but costumer care officers are say me this facility is not providing you. it is clear that time my this no. is switch off, why not they are proved the information in writing. so that i can prove this amount deducted without my request or permeation.                                     Hi, Wrong information has provided in Reliance Mobile Web site (rcom.co.in). When I dial *129# in mobile -- "Unlimited Calls" -- "Unlimited Local & STD Reliance calls" -- Rs 89/ (30 days validity). When I checked in Reliance web site (http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/prepaid/PlansandPacks.html?i=IC), it has been showing as Rs 89/- (7 days validity only). Which information should I trust? I wrote a mail to Reliance Customer Care multiple times but they did not respond. I could not understand why customer care people did not reply to mails. Earlier also I was faced this type of issues with Reliance. Reliance is very worst service. We should trust this A worst service.
