I am writing to you because I am pissed off from Reliance customer service. Let me tell you the whole story:
I want to transfer my wired fixed line connection[protected] from the old office to my new office address in Indore, M.P. itself (From Orbit mall to Shree Nagar Main) and for that purpose I went to Reliance's BCM heights office in Indore, M.P on 1st September and logged a written request for it to Mr. Ashish (I don't know the last name) and I asked his desk number which is[protected], he said that, it will be done soon.
And I wasn't satisfied with his reply for not giving any turn around time (which is unprofessional) so I asked for his desk number. After giving, he asked me to give him a call on the another day after 3 pm and I did the same as asked, but nobody answered that call. Then I tried next day and after continuously calling, a lady answered the call and gave me his cell number and when I called I found that was another Ashish, HUH! I again called the lady and she said I have to call on customer care to transfer rather to come to BCM heights, What the HELL! nobody told me that earlier, WHY? I took it OKAY and called customer care for the same on 4th september.
I logged the same request to customer care on 4th September, request no. is:[protected].
I got the turn around time was 5 days from the date of request logged, I considered it also. And days had been passed and NOTHING happened so far. I called customer care again on 9th Sep I guess and executive said today is the 5th day and requested logged in late evening of 4th September so I must wait for another day, I took it fine as well.
Then an executive called at 9:30 PM on the same day and he apologies on delay and he said he is also wondering why it's been so late, he gave me consolation and finally said before hanging up that he will check it and get it done ASAP. And till, I am waiting and my patience is lost now.
And till date I have tried everything by calling again and again to customer care- no satisfactory answer I have got, writing to Appellate but nobody dare to give a single reply.
Please let me know if it can be transferred or not, if not then go ahead with permanent disconnection. And I am not going to pay bill for the month.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been telling since Monday[protected] that my broadband & Telephone is not functioning and till date its not working, i don't want any kind of waiver but at least make my connection available. your concerned team is giving wrong feedback to you that they have solved the problem, none of concerned team has attended my complaint still from last 7 days it is not working both the Telephone and broadband connection so it become very difficult to work as i have commitment to fulfill in time.You can send somebody to confirm whether it is working or not. Now i am fed up with your service and negative attitude. if can't give service properly then please let me know so that i can apply for disconnection. Expecting spontaneous reply/rectification from your side.
