[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Sending the incorrect bill and asking money for 2 months | |||
Hi Team, I am getting a continues call from reliance to pay two months amount (around 1550) for Internet bill. Below are the details about my complaint. My Internet billing date is 19th of every month .I asked my Reliance(Internet service provider) to stop the service on “1-Aug2014” via email and I did not received any reply from Reliance. Then again I sent a reminder on “7-Aug2014”, so on “8-Aug2014” they started the process (which is not my fault). Now they are asking me to Pay two months charges around 1550 rupees. I have told them that I am ready to pay from “19-July-2014” to “1-Aug-2014” but they continuously harass me. Refer the attached mail for details which is communication sent to reliance team.
