After cancelling my reliance broadband subscription for lack of internet service proviced (server down), I received a confirmation that my contract would be cancelled by December 3rd 2014. The last bill I paid (November) covered the period until 10th of December. A refund was promised. I am still waiting for this today.

REFUND MY MONEY

Despite that, the service was not restored. So, end of November, I placed a request to disconnect the connection. Got a confirmation that it was disconnected on Dec 6 (Proof Attached).

Service Inactive for a month
