Hello Sir, I would like to inform you that, i had applied for the new broadband connection and paid 1800 rupees to the reliance executive named as roshan (1550 + 250 DD making charge) whose mobile number is [protected] and referenced received from a Relaince employee satish sukla who is in the sales team. Its been 3 months now i did not get my broadband connection nor my money back. I am fed up with these guys all the time i made so many calls but they ensure me to give my money back in couple of days but its been more than 2 months they are just doing fake promises. For proof i have attached a copy of acknowledgement slip which i have received during submission of my amount. Please help me to refund my money, I shall be more thankful to you for this.     Sir I have activated 16 rs plan for what's app service, even after deducted 16 rs from my balance.when i called to customer care then he says your service is already activated for this issue. i have already mailed to relience customer care but still problem is not solve.so plz help me soon thank you Desh Deepak [protected]

      Sir My reliance gsm no is [protected] (delhi).on Sunday evening reliance has falsely and unfairly deducted my left over 3G data of 790MB and main balance of 40. In order to raise a complain i called 198 thrice during the first call, they just disconnected my call by saying that their system goes hanged and in next call he said u consumed ur left over data on 19:23 hrs.now ques arises is that how one can use his 790mb of data in just seconds.His behavior was also not good .third time they just blocked my number .this whole scenario comes under the definition of deficiency of services under consumer protection act 1986.I hope u will take up the matter seriously and reverse the whole deduction as your company is very reputed one. thanks Sumit Agarwal [protected]

        Hi, I would like to notify you regarding the Balance Refund complaint that I made using the CC Service on 18 Dec 2014 was not yet resolved. As per the words of your CC Executive and the Text Message that I got it had to be solved in 6 hr max but still not done. It seems that reliance corporation is not taking the complains Seriously as per the customer is getting affected always due to bad and uncertain issue, nor even the CC Executives are responding with the reasonable answer they just keep on saying that you have to wait all long till your issue get resolved by their end .I don't know what kind of replies they give either they are trained with few predefined line that they keep on saying on all your issues rather then working on it. Below is mentioned Complain No with the attached snapshot of the received text message Complain No[protected] Phone No for which Complain is raised - [protected] Reason For Complain - Balance of 175 Rs deducted against use of Internet while the Complaint No was Having a pack of valid GPRS Reliance Should take concern of their valuable Customers.

          I recharged on my mobile number with Rs 111 twice on 14th and 15th Dec and the balance got immediately deducted completely and when I registered complaint on 15th Dec I was told that RS 222 will be refunded in next 6hours but yesterday i.e. 18th Dec it received a message saying my SR has been processed but only RS60 got refunded . Could you please let me know even after one week only 60 RS is refunded. It is a complete harassment. I want my money back else I will give a complaint in newspaper for the same.

            hi, myself amit. i have reliance broadband internet connection but its not working since they(reliance) cut my LAN wire without any information and notice. its been more than 25 days to my dead connection, i compliant about it many times but no one is listening. now i have around 2 to 3 complaint numbers. now if i ask them that you should disconnect my connection and refund me they say its gonna take atleast 40 days to refund. so it means it is a total of around 65 days. what a heck. here are my connection details user id:[protected] and some of the complaint numbers about which nothing has been done till date: [protected] [protected] i want them to resume my connection. or refund me as soon as possible. thank you

              Plz help me. Reliance store denied to get help I am really being helpless. No one is goonna help me out. I hope that I will be considered here. I was a user of Idea network and was getting highly billing amount. I got your plans attractive. I was using the 599 rs. plan with idea and my bill was going up to 1200 rs. minimum. I requested to Reliance to get me 599 rs. plan. I applied for MNP online from your official website, I left a query for MNP and got a call. On the phone conversation, I emailed my documents: * PAN Card: BTSPS7879F * Voter ID Card: * Bank Statement of Current organisation: * Employee Card Photostate (Front and Rear of Card): EMP ID - SS-060 One person come to me for address verification, he took a phoot of my company and I also submitted my documents to him (Hard copy of ducuments).after 25 days, I got a sim via corrier. My number was actived on the same day of receiving.After two days, my out going services was barred. I was started getting message "To resume service, plesae contact to reliance customer care". I did contact to customer care, they suggested me to contact Reliance Store. I visited Reliance Store at Laxmi Nagar New Delhi for 6 - 7 times with the same issue. At last they told me, It happened with you, because you're unluckey person. Your number can't be activated anymore, because this number was activated on office address and only coorporate plans can be activated or you need to get no objection letter from your company. You also have to contact to the person, to whom this SIM was purchased. I got this number via online from your website. I was my big mistake. I became the user of your website. I am using this number for 2 and half years. This number is very important for me. Please help me. I can close this number. Everyone is saying me to purchase a new number. I beg you At last I had to purchase a number for communication that saturday 21st Dec 2014. I have been facing this issue for a week. Please contact me either on [protected] or [protected]

              But none visited to my current communicational office address. I can also give you my other communicational address, if you want. I also paid my last month bill.

                I taken new sim in reliance store, while taking she explained you will get 3 months reliance to reliance, but they have charged for that also. Now I get notice to pay full amount. who will pay, no one will get money from tree and another one thing i have not signed in any paper while taking the sim. I[censored] went court also no problem coz I have not signed for new connection, while taking sim reliance office person told sir send me your ID & photo via mail so i sent after that i went office to collect sim they given sim they have not taken sign into any paper. i have given compliant APPELLATE AUTHORITY, in that time they are agreed for reducing the amount. now they are telling we won't.                   After that we gave a porting request through Vodafone after paying the bill and also paid extra Rs.500/- from the same Outlet. This time also they refused the porting stating that there a balance while applying for the Porting which is really horse Who would want to be a Subscriber to a Telecommunication Company that is treating its Customers in this Fashion. I am taking this to the Consumer Forum, Consumer's Court and also complain in TRAI. I am sure Reliance might think it is only an Individual against their mighty Empire. But even if this is the last thing I do i will bring Reliance to the Courts and call the Media and give Press Meet regarding the same and also invite the Reliance Officials to the same Press Meet if they want to say their part of the Story By next week I intend to file a Case againt Reliance in the Court of Law (Madurai Courts)

                        Please don’t take any new reliance prepaid data card, I had very bad experience with reliance prepaid data card, first month everything goes well but once you started recharging then they will steal your data balance, I have recharged 2GB data on Monday one day it worked the next day my data becomes zero, i never used internet much other than mail checking but my balance becomes 0 i asked customer care they said my balance becomes 0, i dont know how it becomes 0 and they said there is no way to track the data. They asked me to recharge again but i dont want to use the card again. Please dont use the datacard they simply cheating our data balances.

                            I have applied for the Reliance Net connection. My CAF number was ([protected]). The POC for the connection was Dhananjay ([protected]). He has collected the amount from us promising that the connection will be installed within a day but its been more than 2 weeks. We have been continuously calling him regarding this matter but the reply we are getting is not proper. Please CANCEL this connection and revert the Money

                              This is to inform you about the fraudulent activities being conducted by your distributor/dealer. I got a call from one your distributor's agent(Name: Rahul, Number : [protected], [protected]) for applying for a postpaid number(MNP) .I complied with the procedure as one person came to my house to collect Rs. 300/- and documents as required for the connection on 27th November 2014. The agent confirmed for the number to be activated within 2 days but the same was not done.I tried to contact him but he wasn't picking up my phone so i thought of complaining to your company's customer care. I was told by your executive that neither we can't help you nor i can let you talk to my manager.I hung up the phone. Then on 7th December 2014 one your employee came for the verification of the documents. It was all done as well and he told me that the number will get activated in around 3 days. I waited. Nothing has been done till yet. So i called the person(Name: Hemant, Number: [protected]) who called me for confirming to send a guy for verification. He told me that the work is in progress and the number will get activated within few days. From that day I call him once in 2 days and he is not available as said by the girl who picks up the phone. Now i called her today she gave the phone to someone and he said he'll get back to me in 10 minutes to confirm about the progress. He didn't call me . I called back on the number and all i can hear is THE NUMBER DOES'T EXIST. He has diverted the calls to some fake number. I have hereby informed you all the details and I have the bill for the transaction. Although the amount is nominal but i don't want anybody else to get trapped in these dirty of your dealers.

                                This is with reference to my mobile no. [protected], I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have been using this number with Reliance for the last 7 years and have been paying all the bills regularly on time.Last month I have opted for mobile number portability from CDMA to GSM as I had to change my handset. So I sticked with your company and gave preference to the Reliance as compared to other telecom operators but ever since I have changed it from Reliance CDMA to Reliance GSM, I have been facing a lot of problem. 1. The moment I sent a request for MNP from my mobile phone, I got a call from Reliance that I can opt for changing to Reliance GSM and they could send an executive to my home to collect documents and give me a new SIM. 2. The executive came and did all the formalities and gave me a new SIM. 3. after around 15 days the new GSM SIM was activated but the outgoing facility was withheld. 4. After around 15 calls to Reliance customer care I came to know that I need to call 59059 for the verification of my address. 5. I called 59059 and verified my address, then the phone started working. 6. On Dec 15, 2014, the outgoing was again stopped on my mobile number. 7. I called customer care for the reason for the stoppage of my outgoing, the executive said that I need to deposit my bill even though the bill due date was 23 Dec, 2014. So I deposited my bill 8. Even then my mobile phone outgoing did not start after paying the bill, I again contacted the customer care, they said my address verification is pending. 9. so I again called 59059 and they said they have not yet received my documents so I should call after 24 hours. 10. I again called on the customer care at *222 and they said I need to deposit my address details again at any reliance store. 11. So I went to the reliance store at "MOBILE SOLUTIONS N TECHNOLOGIES.IN 56 C, Kalu Sarai, Hauz Khas, New Delhi" to deposit my address details again but they refused to accept my address details and said I have to deposit it to the person who came at my home to give me the SIM. 12. since I did not saved the number of the person who came to my home to give the new SIM, so I contacted Reliance customer care again and they said I need to go to the relaince office and sent me an address on my mobile phone. 13. I went to the Relaince Office at the address A-25 MOHAN CO-OPERATIVE INDUSTRIAL AREA NEAR HYUNDAI SHOWROOM NEW DELHI-44 but I came to know that the office was closed permanently after reaching there. Sir/Madam I have been going from here to there for the submission of my address details and nobody actually knows where I should go and have been wasting both my time and money just to get my phone working. If this is the actual service you are trying to provide it to your customers who have entrusted you for the last 7 years, I am sorry to say that I have encountered the worst of my experience with you and hope you would try to understand the problems that I have been going through and would try to solve the problem at the earliest but now I won't go any where to submit my address details. If you can send an executive to give me the new SIM and collect documents(so that I cannot port to any other operator) you can again send the executive to collect documents.Signing with the hope of positive reply from you Ajay Kumar Rathee Alternate No. [protected]

                                  I have a Reliance 3g Dongal vide number [protected]. Which is suspended since long. Initially after disconnection they sent a bill of Rs 722/- which was due in my account. After that Reliance customer care executive continuously harassing me and with out sending me any bills they are continuously asking me to deposit an inflated amount of Rs 15200(approx) and after that One Ms Pinki Mondal called me from number[protected] and assured me to deposit Rs 722 and accordingly she will send a waiver bills . But after that she did not keep her word. I sent so many mail to Netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com and every time they committed that they will solve it on priority but accidentally they did not do anything and I was waiting. But today i.e on 20.12.2014 they have sent me a mail to deposit Rs 1, 788.47/- . Now my submission is. 1. Why Reliance disconnect the number with out notice. 2. Why Reliance customer care executive gave false committment of Waiver with out doing anything and why they force me to wait till date. 3. Why unnecessarily they are harassing me to deposit this amount of bill ?

                                      i've recharged my number with 74rs call reducing pack 5 days ago. I've got 500MB 2G data free valid for 1 month. But today all the free data balance is 0 despite the fact that i haven't downloaded anything . I didn't have any idea that my net pack has 0 balance so i continue using internet on my cell and due to this my main balance also lost. when I call 198 and after selecting certain options when i reached to talk costumer care executive they simply end the call by saying " Thanks for calling reliance". Plz help me out as I am totally frustated with this worst reliance network and reliance services. ph no.:[protected]
