    Since last 2-3 months I've not been receiving hard copy of my monthly bill [of Reliance Data Card] on my Billing Address. There has been no intimation from Reliance about why they suddenly discontinued sending the hard copies of the bill and that too without even informing and besides my regularly paying bills every time. Since yesterday, I made nearly 5 calls to customer care and first I was told that they can't check the processing status of my last bills due to some problem at their end and I should call them again in 1 hour. I again called repeatedly but nobody picked up my call. Since morning, I made couple of calls again but every time someone asks me about my concern and tells me to wait. Every time the call is disconnected instead of putting on hold and my complaint remains unanswered. They have not replied to my complaint e-mail either. I immediately need hard copies of my monthly bills from October, 2014 onwards. Here's my billing address that's registered with them: Manpreet Juneja B-6/44/2, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi - 110029 My data card number: [protected] I also want them to regularly send me future bills' HARD COPY (along with e-mail) on the given billing address on time.       We have requested for a broadband connection and all the required documents and cash have been paid from the past one month from our side but the process had not been started yet . We had emailed you many times and also had contacted the concerned person assigned to us for the same but no response have been received yet. This is highly irresponsible behaviour of Reliance towards the consumer.         Agents called Anand & Vipul, are pathetic players & eating money of customers . Had a simple query but made me hold for almst half an hour... n says my name is wrong... pathetic money eating agents... n dont know english... reliance service is pathetic...they dont talk to us & yell at customers...worst ppl ever.

            Hi, I'm Sivaraj from Chennai. I was using Reliance data card# [protected] for almost 3 years as my company provided it for emergency purpose. Recently my company have changed the vendor from Reliance to Vodafone and hence i was forced to move to Vodafone. So i sent a mail to Reliance asking them to de-activate the card as i won't use it anymore. I requested for the de-activation before the billing cycle, so that i can de-activate the card and pay the bill for one last time. But after paying the bill, i was said that the connection was not disconnected and they have generated the bill for the next month as well. This is really frustrating and not fair as i have been asked to pay the bill for the mistake done at Reliance end. I've been penalised as well for not paying the bill which got generated for no reason. In the meanwhile i received plenty of calls asking me to pay the bill. I contacted lots of people in Reliance explaining them that i asked for the de-activation which was not done, but no proper response from anyone of them and they said that my request was not sent on time but i have the mails and other proof which clearly says that i requested for de-activation well before the billing cycle. After one month, i received a call from one of the person from reliance calling from his personal number and said that the bill will be made void but asking me to continue the service. He also added that they will provide me free data for 3 month post which they will charge. But i refused with continuing the service after facing lots of troubles for de-activation. But still this month i received the bill with further penalization and also started receiving several calls.
            I request you to take some action on this and nullify the bill amount which was generated for no reason.

            Hello I received a call from one of the customer care representative, but he is not understanding the case and repeated speaking the same thing.
            Also he said he will check and call me back, but he didn't. To summarize once again, i've cleared my Sep'14 bill and requested for the termination on 12th of Sep'14 since my bill date was on 14th of Sep'14. But the connection was not de-activated and i received another bill on 14th of Oct'14 for which i raised an SR request on 25th of Oct'14. When i ask for termination why am i billed again?
            This has to be escalated to the higher official and or even to TRAII as they are cheating customers in the name of Service.
            Hello, still no action taken on my complaint and it seems that a demand notice has been sent by Reliance communication.
            Should i take any legal action against Reliance communication as my complaints weren't resolved and i've been sent demand notice?
            What is the solution for my case?

              I have written multiple mail to "[protected]@relianceada.com" but didn't got any reply for my query. Please find below my query and hope the action from your side : I have not activate any VAS service in my prepaid mobile :[protected]. But from the last two month amount INR 19 is getting deducted. Today (30-dec-14) again INR 30 got deducted against a callertune service. Please confirm the reason for the same. Please share the details of all the deduction which has happen form this number. I need the proper proof for the reason of deduction from your end, otherwise I need to reach out to Consumer forum for the same. Please process to return all the value which was deducted against any VAS service.

                  sir i am a reliance mobile user for last 10 years. On 19th dec at around 10:20pm i recharged my mobile for rs.505 with a talktime of rs.555.My mobile had a gprs balance valid till 25th dec. On 20th dec morning at around 8:15am i switched on my mobile to verify the last recharge.I checked the balance which showed rs.635. Then for next 10 mins i checked my mails and turned off my mobile data. My phone was ideal till 10:00 am.On my way to the office i wanted to make an urgent call but my service provider says i have no balance in my account.I was totally surprised because how the amount be zero which an hour ago was 635. Within next 30 mins i complained with there customer care service bearing complain no.[protected]. Subsequently on my repeated reminder no action was taken and a message was forwarded to me saying that the amount deducted was of gprs usage which is totally absurd as because my mobile connection was off then how can they deduct the amount without a valid reason I shall kindly request you to please look into this matter as because if they deduct from every users account then at the end of the day what is the volume of money they make can be imagined THANKING YOU Vijay joshi [protected]

                        Dear Sir, Nomber which was stoped [protected] I take the new connection of reliance postpaid from Bhayndar West around 5 November 2014 ( approx 2 month before ) and give the deposit for the same Rs. 350, after taking new connection it was started after 5 days and then it is stop working after 7 days, when i meet to reliance customer care person then he told me that person who come to your residence for address conformation told that rent agreement deed expired which was shown to him, but sir it is not truth he never ask to show rent agreement he just asked person resident in this property. after all this story again i went to reliance cumstomer care and give him rent agreement copy 2nd time but till date i not found my number active. [protected]. i was activated DND service but still i got a message from reliance that is (You have requested for TechContestSubs pack for 30 days at Rs:30.00.To confirm activation reply 'yes' to this msg(tollfree).phone numbers being :[protected]. i called 198 many times but it disconnected automatically while connecting to customer care persons. what should i do, anybody help me bcaz its disturb me when i was working in office with vibrate mode.

As per website they are providing (Rs 43 in Core Balance+Rs-12 in Promo Balance+2 local sms for 2 days), but after recharged I got(Rs-28 in core balance+ Rs-27 in promo).Kindly checked it and please provide me the actual benefit as per websites as soon as possible.                             I MR.ALAM HUSSEN recharged my Reliance Mobile No.91 [protected] on 29th December 2014 at 3:23 PM by Internet Banking with Rs-55
                            (Combo offer), but did not get the original offer which is mentioned on Rcom official websites. As per website they are liable to provide (Rs 43 in Core Balance+Rs-12 in Promo Balance+2 local sms for 2 days), , but after recharged I got (Rs-28 in core balance+ Rs-27 in promo).Regarding this I complaint many time to the authority, The SR number was[protected],[protected].Today is 01.01.15, and all the SR has been processed but till date I did not get the actual benefits of 55 as mentioned on web page.Kindly checked it and please provide me the actual benefit as per websites as soon as possible.

                              Sill my CUG issue is not resolved, As per the customer care executive, We have requested/applied for CUG in "Shop Nos. 1, 2 & 3, Sethi's City Plaza, I/0 Kalika Mandir, Old Mumbai Road, Mumbai Naka, Nasik". Now I got again new bill for both mobile numbers but calls between these two numbers are charged as per the 0.60 rate. It should be free if both are in CUG plan. I am unhappy with RCOM services. Every time I call customer care agent, explain things from starting, he says that go to the mobile store, I go there give my CUG request mobile store agent says that in next bill it will be convert into CUG. This is going round and round and my issue is not solved. Please look into this. Please let me know if this is not possible so I can see new service provider who can provide me CUG facility. Customer care call irritates me because it takes so much of time to transfer agent. My last compliant is as below: Recently I have converted my two numbers from CDMA to GSM. Both numbers was working in CUG plan. So calls between these two numbers was free. Before converting these numbers to GSM, I already confirmed from Customer Care that we can apply for CUG again after converting to GSM. Now when I called to customer care, they are saying that "Your current plan is 149 per month, Your CUG plan is not activated in these two numbers so charges will be applicable for this calls, Go to reliance store and apply for CUG". As per customer care I went to nearest reliance mobile store, But in mobile store, agent is saying "These two mobiles are already in CUG 199 per month plan. So no need to apply for CUG”. After that again I called to customer care, still they are saying that "Your current plan is 149 per month, Your CUG plan is not activated in these two numbers so charges will be applicable for this calls, Go to reliance store and apply for CUG" Please let me know who can help me. Because If I go to reliance store to apply for CUG they says that don't apply for CUG because your numbers are already in CUG. Please look into this. Now I am tired by calling customer care and going into mobile store.                                 Hi, My reliance smart GSM no is [protected]. I've recharged with Rs. 177 (1GB data along with unlimited FB+Whatsapp for 30 days) and my validity will be over on 1st Jan'15, but suddenly my data service blocked. After 8 times of different excuses finally customer care executive took complaint (Complain no[protected] against it and now saying it will take to resolve 5 working days, that mean when it'll get resolve, my validity will already over that time and validity extension will not possible by them. Why will I not get extended validity as I am unable to get the service instead of recharge and when the problem is arising from reliance end? This is completely cheating with customer as we are not getting proper service instead of paying for it.

                                Now I just recharge of Rs. 10, after the recharge successful, it deduct the whole amount from my balance, and balance below 0. What is wrong with them?Absolutely cheating.

                                  Dear All, My internet has stopped working Since September and i stay on Bandstand, Bandra West, Mumbai . I have been complaining to them since september 2014 but all they said fibre cut and then from december now they are saying no fibre cut every time i call to complain they said 24 hours i have been calling them every day please some 1 complain to their superior . They only call me for the bill and i payed the bill for all 3 internets even though it was not working because they said or then your account becomes inactive i have no clue what to do i am tired . I always like reliance internet but sometimes they just don't know how to treat customers .Please help me out now they tell me my complain no is shut and new complaint no is on etc i don't have a clue when it will start .                                     Reliance Broadband is the worst company in terms of Broadband Provider and Their Customer Service. These people do not believe in Customer Service at All. Their Complaint Numbers (i.e. Toll Free or any local numbers) will take hours and hours to get in touch with any representative. So you will be increasing your bill. Also if your call gets through they have bunch of illiterate people working there who are not supportive at all. And if you get success in registering your complain, Just wait days and weeks and months to get reply from them. They do not reply to the emails sent on [protected]@relianceada.com or even emails sent to anil.[protected]@relianceada.com. For Installation they take almost 1 to 2 weeks or sometimes even more. And their representative and higher authorities at local city office give you answer you can expect from a Vegetable vendor on streets. They don't know what the customer service is. It's the problem through out their company like In their call centers, in their local offices, in their online customer service, and their website feedback system. They don't believe in solving customer issues and replying to customer queries or complains. DO NOT EVER GET RELIANCE BROADBAND. DO NOT MAKE A FOOL DECISION OPTING FOR ANY SERVICE FROM RELIANCE BROADBAND OR ANY RELIANCE SERVICE. BUY SOMETHING ELSE.

                                        I applied for port in for reliance. They called me abt offer and sndverification.sim via post and said they will snd a person to my billing address for verification. But its more than 12 days my no is out of service and every time I call they said sir kal tak ho jayega. And not picking up the call and making fun .Its over my patince. I dnt want reliance service now. My job is in danger bcoz of my cell.what should I do
