Dear sir,
Thanks for the calling. But As I told you on call, I am not convenes at all with the telephonic conversation. Your adviser given a very bad & fake reason behind deduction of my Data's & Balance from my account.
(As your adviser given me reason behind deduction is - some times system lapsed data when we use data card & some time not... This is not the right answer & I m not satisfied with this answer. Because system or computer never behave like human being, it always work same. If system manufacture as any user use data card using sim card network will collapsed all data's, it will do it same always. Either any customers use 1st time or so many time. Not some times it deduct data and some time not.
System / program / computer always behave as same as it instruct.
So I am really very sad of this silly kind of reply by your adviser.
& Also have not resolve my other problem, which is not able to contact to customer care number - 198 .
As I told you I have send a mail also to your concern team but haven't received any reply from them.
I want my lapsed data back & also my money which is approximate Rs.125, if not than I want all your reply on written or on mail.
I will go to consumer court & fill a case against you.
