    I am using Reliance gsm no. [protected]. Unnecessary deduction was done from my account for some vas service. rs 25 & rs 5 was deducted. Previous also I hv this problem but some how solved .now they again started same thing. I want my money back. Customer care guys not picking my phone. Plz Slove this . And also don't want any vas service in future also.

      It has been more than 9 months I have unsubsidised the Caller Tune on my Mobile Number [protected]. Today I received a SMS about charges being Charged for monthly Subscription of Caller Tune. I called the Customer Care and they informed me about the caller tune subscription active Now this is beyond my understanding how Reliance Communications activates the Caller Tune Subscription without any consent of the Customer. Did The Team received any call from my side for activating the Caller Tune Subscription. Will a person apply for activating the caller Tune Subscription and not the caller tune. Without any caller Tune in my library I have been paying an additional charge of Rs 30 Every Month. Need proper Justification on this from Reliance Communication. My Number Remains [protected]

        Hi.. i am roushan kumar want to in form you to that i am using reliance postpaid SIM as my SIM No. is [protected]. as i got my rental bill of 17-0714 to 17-08-14. this is not a correct bill please rectify it other wise i will not going to pay as you send me the bill or else make me understand that the bill you sent me that is true and correct. last month i was changing my SIM to Airtel due to some issue and all so one of your representative call me and comment me that we will give you batter sievice. and they activated freedom 599 plane and they comment me about some benifits but know a time im not gatting the benifits as they comment me.

          I have already lodged a complain on 8th Aug 2014 against Reliance communication that i am unable to recharge any STD rate cutter and on inquiry their customer care executive told me that my SIM is a dongle sim so such schemes are not allowed . This for information of all once again that the same SIM is being used by me since 2007 and all the recharges were applicable to it upto last 2 months so how the SIM will be automatically changed of its own. In response to this complain their executive contacted me and promised me to sort out the issue in 3 days . Already 10 days passed and my problem is continuing hence do the needful to solve the issue and penalize the end service provider for harassing customer am using a reliance GSM SIM having number [protected] since Feb 2007. All was going as it suddenly since last 5-6 months whenever i tried to recharge some STD rate cutter all the time a message will come that YOUR REQUEST COULD NOT BE PROCESSED, PLEASE TRY AGAIN. After repeated trial today i could able to talk to customer care executive who informed me that my SIM is a DONGLE SIM SO SUCH PLAN CANNOT BE RECHARGED. I am really surprised how my SIM becomes DONGLE SIM as i have not changed it in 7 years. She informed that you had purchase the dongle sim since 2007. I asked her how then i was able to recharge the same till last 6 months she didn't answer and cut the line. The reliance people are doing such kind of nuisance just to harass people so that people will pay more money to them. Kindly do the needful and oblige regards

            Hello Sir, Reliance has unnecessarily and arbitrarily charged and deducted approx Rs.100 for so called VAS application during last month. When I was using Mobile browsing the amount automatically reduced from my main balance without prior information. Already I have raised complaint about this but still its not resolved. I need my money back or am going to complaint in consumer forum and change my network as soon as possible. Regards, [protected]

              Hi All, It is to inform all of you that not to take Reliance connection as this is a cheating comapany.I checked my account balance on 22/08/2014 when it was 167.45.Next dauy morning my account balance was 0.04 paise although I haavent made any single call or sent any text message from my phone.When I called to Customer Care to enquire about this they have informed that the application is not working and need to call after 30 minutes.I called back after 30 minutes, again they informed me the same, It clearly suggest that they have stolen my money and do not have any details.Now, I am planning to move to High court along with Police complaints.Its a request to you all not to buy Reliance mobile connections in your life.

                    My Internet connection is not working since the last 1 month, sometimes it works but for the major time it is not functional, the local technical team of reliance broadband is not supportive at all, they say DB is not having battery and it will work in this way only.I am fed up with it, there is no one in Reliance who will listen to your pain area. I am sorry to say that due to negligence of some people reliance is losing its grand and good reputation here and all are losing their connection and shifting to other service providers.

                      Dear sir, I liked to convert my reliance cdma number [protected] postpaid to prepaid. I got this connection from Allahabad, Uttar Pradsh(East). I submitted all the required documents in Reliance Mobile Store located at George Town, Allahabad, and registered a request on[protected]. And also I paid all the outstanding amount for my number. They asked me that it would take near about 4-5 days to convert my number in prepaid. But till then it has been more than 15 days of submitting my document but Nothing happened till now. I inquired couples of time there, they told that sir we have completed our processes CAF, but your number in not converting in prepaid because of some technical problem occurred in our data entry. Dear sir please resolve my issue as soon as it possible, or should I port out my number in other telecom service.

                        Hi! I am a reliance broadband user from past 4yrs now. My name is Rishi and subscriber id[protected]. This is the second time in a year I have experienced the worst service from reliance broadband customer care as well as the Ap‎pellate authority. My internet and phone is dead since Saturday 16th of August, 2014. I called up the customer care on Sunday morning at around 3am where I was been assured by the customer care exe. that my issue would be resolved in 24hrs. Despite of the complaint made, my issue was not resolved till Monday day end. I called up the customer care reliance again where my call was disconnected post waiting 8mins on call. I then called up the Appellate dept on 19th August, 2014 which I taught would genuinely help me in this. A complaint no was given to me and I was again assured that within 4days it will be resolved. Today is the third day and I had also called yesterday to ask them about the same. The Appellate authority exe. told me to wait again for another 2days post which a new complaint no. will be given. This is the reply I get from you??? Do you treat ‎your customers as beggars??????? Complaint no's:[protected] and[protected]

                        My broadband connection has been down since 02-Aug-2014. Called everyday, they gave the same reply. A week later they told me that by 13th it will be resolved. On 14th they told, by 21st it will be resolved. Then I put a complaint on this forum. On 19th someone from Reliance called me and promised that by 21st connectivity will be restored. Today is 22nd and I don't see my connection being restored. But yesterday I received an sms from reliance informing me that my bill has been generated!!!. The only thing prompt about reliance is the generation of bill. What is people over at reliance doing? Isn't there rules stated by TRAI against these kind of behaviour by service providers?

                        My reliance broadband connection is not working since last 2 weeks.Every week on Friday my Internet gets disconnected and a guy comes to set it right after my complain but this time even after registering my complains for 10 times the issue has not been resolved.I intend not to pay the bill this time.Our money is not for your misuse.Stop treating customers as scum.

                        This is a common problem with Reliance Broadband.
                        After every 1-2 weeks the connection stops working and i land up calling reliance CC. But they do not fix the problem permanently.

                          Hi, I am Sujatha Reddy and using data card [protected] Three months back my bill was charged with 100rs as late payment charges. I had called to customer care and check with someone and he committed that he would do the way off that amount. Then i paid the actual bill amount. After few days one lady was called me and asked to pay bill without telling any reasons and she was spoken me with some bad words. Then I ignored at that time. Next month bill again they added 100+200 rs extra as late payment charges. So I Ignored the late payment charges and pay the actual bill. Then again I got a call from someone and they told me like pay the bill. Then I called to customer care and asked about this but they said we did not give any promises on way off. Then I immediately terminate the data card (Termination Request number[protected].After few days someone called to me, and said will way off the whole 300rs late payment charges (even it is not late payment charges) then I said NO I am not at all interested to use Reliance. Then he gave me two offers one is will do the whole amount of way off and second will change the plan to 300 rs(previously I had used 560 rs Plan)I agreed with him. My next month bill (including Tax) would be suppose to expect like this *Reliance NetconnectRental[protected] to[protected] *Reliance NetconnectRental[protected] to[protected] Total 494 Surprise, I got 794 as my bill amount. They did not way off the amount. Even also I paid 494 rs and after few days it was going to suspended state. Next month also I got extra 400 rs bill without using it (300 actual plan+400 extra charges). Now again I called to customer care, I said I will terminate the device so please take back my request. They said Ok. After one week again I called to them on what is the status of my termination? They said it is already in suspended state we are processing your request. It will take one more week to terminate. Then story begin, Later one week again I called and asked about my status, surprise they said you did not give any termination on this. You changed the plan[protected].I said whole story they did not listen my words. Then again I requested for termination (my termination number is 2398649) You people are not committed what you are saying instead of that you are harassing people with your calls. I did not receive proper response from customer care. Almost I am wasted one hour time on these unnecessary calls on bill payment with customer care. Some value on reliance i had paid that amount earlier. Now the main problem there are no reversal amount happened in my bill (Which was committed by Reliance two times) and put again 400rs extra in this month also. Then i stopped the payment and complaint in customer care. But as usual there is no response from reliance. – Thanks &Regards

                                  We have 10 postpaid CUG mobile connection of Reliance Mobile.we are using these numbers from last 7 years Since last two months, all of outgoing-incoming services have been suspended for one of our mobile number ([protected]) without any reason and prior intimation . When we called customer care, They told us to visit nearest Reliance center. Then I went to Reliance center at Maharaja ranjeet singh marg, C.P, New delhi. They told me to deposit all the documents again to start outgoing and incoming on my number.when we deposited all the required documents on 25.07.2014 then they (Executive Name- is Mr. Vishal and his no. is-[protected],[protected].) Gave me another postpaid number [protected] with the promise that if i will use this number([protected]) then my deactivated number ([protected]) will restart in next 2-3 days because as per him his mention our no.[protected] in CAF with our resubmit documents.They after when we called him his not taking our calls and On 8th Aug.-2014 he said that our number is converted in prepaid, and it will be issue us in next 2-3 days in prepaid. My number ([protected]) is not yet started or issue in prepaid till date i.e. on 20.08.2014, In between we called him so many times and he gave us false commitments again and again, they after we visited at your center at Maharaja ranjeet singh marg, C.P, New delhi and they saying we can't help you. in short their response is just misguiding and non-fruitful Kindly look in this matter and help me out from this trouble as this is very important number for our business usages and from last two months we are facing big lose which in lakhs. This is our last request to you, if we will not receive any response from your side, then we will deactivate/port our all mobile and land line connections and also we have no option except to go to consumer court because of non cooperation of RELIANCE.                                     Removal of connection (Complaint Reference #[protected] /[protected] /[protected] My Internet connection has been down for last 3 weeks for which i had raised a complaint on 27.07.2014 under reference[protected]. This was closed without confirmation if service resumed or not. I raised fresh request on 05.08.2014 under reference[protected] which remained unattended till 13.08.2014. Despite making repeated calls at your customer care centre, my concern was not attended nor reverted. Executive all the time gave false assurances that connection would be restored without any specified time lines. Such is the Poor service of yours that i never received any call since 27th August. I had placed request to disconnect the connection on 14.08.2014 under reference[protected]. Till very time i draft this compliant, i have not received any single call of resolution or disconnection. If such is the quality of your response, customer feel to have taken worst service provider. I have been billed with Bill for which i had NO or VERY LITTLE usage. Kindly remove my connection and reverse your billing from 27.08.2014 (Time when Internet was not working). Thanks, Your Frustratingly Vivek Desai
