My bill still coming up even after the disconnection of my Reliance broadband Wired Internet from 14 July 2014.I already paid the last bill on 11 July 2014 But they posted me a bill of 2800 Rs. So Please cancel my bill payments.

        I applied for a broadband connection in reliance and their agent told me that they will give me connection within 2 days but till now its 8 days but there is no response from their side.

        People told me to go for airtel but i just made a mistake to beleive in rubbish services of reliance go for airtel broadband never for reliance

          As on 28/4/2014 sales representatives Mr. Nand Kishore Sharma(Mob No. [protected] & [protected]) and Mr. Moti Singh, of Reliance communication, visited in our office i.e. Ministry of Home Affairs, CRPF, New Delhi-18. Both of them briefed about their “Corporate Post Paid Plan” called as “RGSPECIAL_LEVEL3_99” for Ministry of Home Affairs employees and intimated benefits of plan in writing hence I had applied for MNP my IDEA mobile number [protected](being used by me) and Vodafone moblile number [protected](being used by my mother) into Reliance communication as on same day. (1) But offered plan on my mobile number [protected] not activated so far. (2) VAS/Internet charges being charged against my mobile number [protected] which is being used by my mother aged 62 years who even does not know the meaning of INTERNET. I have also requested to disconnect the facility of VAS/Internet on my mobile number [protected] and allow waiver which was wrongly charger by them but they did not do so. (3) Most of the time the SIGNALS/FREQUENCY remains unavailable and network shows "EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY". This situation becomes more worse while on roaming. In this connection I have requested to the Reliance communication at various times through e-mails, customer care and R-World but all in vain.(SR. no.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected], [protected],[protected], [protected],[protected],[protected].

            I am currently having the 500kbps combo plan. I asked the customer care to change my plan to 2mbps unlimited on 17th August 2014 I was told that the plan will change in 2 days which did not change in the given time So i patiently waited till 22nd August 2014 Than i called up customer care again on 23rd to know the status of the complaint on which the result was that the executive made some mistake, again request was taken again mistake made Finally on today a 3rd guy took the request & said it will be done in 24 hrs, How many times do i need to talk to these guys, also they take 15 minutes to answer We need some answers for this...

                    I'm vijay bheemanathini, my contact number is [protected], Iam using reliance from 3 years, we didn't get any problem regarding Reliance Network from starting 2 years but from 1 year not getting reliance network in power cut timings(no Network in power cut timings). Iam from a small village and daily min 6 hours power cut is there in that time not getting reliance network totally.Me and my friends are given lot of complaints to Reliance Customer Care but till now we didn't get any response from reliance team and they are telling simply the problem is in resolving stage from 6 months.                     I'm vijay bheemanathini, my contact number is [protected], alternate contact number is [protected], Iam using reliance from 3 years, we didn't get any problem regarding Reliance Network from 3 years but from 1 year not getting reliance network in power cut timings(no Network in power cut timings).                           I had used the Reliance 3G dongle earlier with 10GB unlimited plan. It provided too slow Internet connection, I have submit complaint against the slow service with the Customer Care and Executive but not got any positive response, They people were kidding me. After some days I requested them to terminate my plan and number if you will not provide me good 3g services, then they people are accept and do the same. After 5 month I mean now they threatening me for release the payment, it about Rs 1310 -/ otherwise they will send me legal notice about the payment. I got call from this number [protected]. What should I do, I didn't fully used the 3g service then request for terminated then continue threatening. Thanks

                            i want to complaint about wrong deduction of balance against reliance company. reliance is the worst company i ever felt.. [protected] this is my mobile no. and today 24/08/2014 i recharged my account by 205 rs so that i get 225rs and my previous balance id 25 so that i had total 250rs in my account.. and during 3pm to 8pm main balance is suddenly reduced from 250rs to 0.00rs.. infact yesterday my data usage remaining is 30mb so that how it is possible to deduct this huge ammount. since i only use my whatsapp.. how this amount of data is deducted plzzzzz explain me in detail.. and your customer care servise is very worst in the whole india... i immediately want to talk their customer executive who will give me the best solution outher wise i will complained this issue to consumer forum email id ; bhupendrabaghel.[protected]@gmail.com want immidiate reply

                              Sub Reliance net connect No :No.[protected]
                              I used my reliance net connect for last one year, i always regulary pay my bills and finally i requested to reliance to cancel my request.

                              Without conside34r y cancellation request they are sending bills.The usage is zero. I pay bills with out usage also.

                              again so many request i made to reliace to cancel my net connect.but they dont.

                              iam attaching the copy of my mails.Finally i found the number of one reliace officer in cochin and i personally request him to cancel my net connect.He confirms that my net connect is cancelled even after his cancellation
                              also they sends bill to me.

                              finally they send one advocate letter send to my home and my father pays the bill(Rs.650) with out knowing me. As aim working away from my home.

                              sending advocate letter also disturb me and my family very badly.

                              So many times they call me to my DND registerd mobile and disturb me.

                              My request is pay back my money of rs.650.and written letter issued to me confirming the cancel of my net connection.

                              Please intervine this matter and take appropriate decision

                                I went for a permanent disconnection of my number [protected] from RELIANCE subscriber in the previous month of July 2014. I was having a deposit of 1000 INR lying with the Reliance Communication It was told to me by the Reliance Web-world Executive that the same will be refunded to me after a week of number disconnection and final billing. But the same has not been refunded to me yet even after the final bill has arrived in the month of August 2014 and it shows that 1261 INR shall be refunded to me by Reliance Communication. There is a total amount balance of INR 1261 as per the latest bill no.[protected]Aug month bill) on my Relationship no.[protected] lying with the Reliance Communication which has still not been refunded to me, Pl, look into the matter and arrange for the refund amount to my account at earliest.                                 No, my complain is still not resolved, as I have still not received my refund amount of INR 1261. During the telephonic conversation it was told to me that I would receive my refund amount within 30 days of Mobile disconnection. For your information, 60 days have been passed after the disconnection and still I have not received my refund amount cheque of INR 1261. Request you to resolve my issue and refund me the amount, as promised or stop posting that the 'Iissue has been resolved' fooling the other customers, of this board. I have been waiting since long for the refund amount, but in vain!

                                  Hi Sir/Madam, I am long time Reliance mobile user. Writing this mail with huge disappointment that this company is not providing better service and not taking complaints. No proper network no 1-on-1 customer executive call are going. I live in delhi and using ril number for past many years. Last 5 months I am facing huge network issues, no call is going it saying the number is not reachable. There is no outlet near my area. Huge company no outlet to reach. I am facing No Signal issues for past 6 month complained so many time no one visited no solution. Customer care is useless never gives solution, when I asked why I am not able to call they asked me to change the phone. Bought new phone and still the network issue persist. After so much effort I fixed the disable data card issue now the phone is sounding not reachable. No one is able to call nor I am. Why I am paying and holding this phone as its not giving any service. Suggest what should I do with my phone and phone connection. I am postpaid connection, I want to give up Now!                                     My connection was not working since 18.08.2014 to 24.08.2014 midday I have registered compain 1.[protected].08.2014 It was closed with informing me, when I called I have given another complain No 2.[protected].08.2014 - This complain is resolved on 24.08.2014. My bill should be waived for this period and as per your rule. I have questions 1. Why complain get closed with informing customer, do you expect customer should wait and doing checking for all 24 hours. 2. Customer care no[protected] it takes more than 30 mins to answer by customer care representative. Do you mean we should not call an Complain? Very very poor service.

                                      I had purchased the Reliance post paid data card in 2012 June and used for 6 months and regularly paying fixed monthly bill of 536. Since i was not satisfied with that service i had given request to disconnect my connection and done final settlement with all formalities.
                                      After 1 year I started receiving lawer notice mail from reliance saying "We state that, you have defaulted in payment of the service charges and consequent to the said default, there is an outstanding amount of Rs 536/-
                                      in your Account". I register complaint couple of times and still no action.
                                      Currently I am in South Korea in my work and received "Pre Litigation Case - 157510/[protected]" for the same to appear on 25th August 2014. I tried to reach customer care but i couldn't. When i check with my friends, many people have already registered complaint for the same but there is no action from concern people.
                                      Please registered my complaint do the need full.

                                        My broad band id[protected]. Pritesh Shah, CA. I have been complaining constantly but reliance customare care employees are not giving proper answers and the reliance broadband is not working since 20/08/2014. My works has been stopped. Inspite of repeated requests the reliance team has not solved the problem may be due to their intention of not solving problems or poorest efficiently. If reliance is not able to solve the problem, then my money may be refunded. Each customer are executive comes with new reason outage, server problem. Customer care executive promissed to send the engineer but never send the engineer and later on they refuse to send the engineer. Please solve the problem urgeltly otherwise close the complain and refund my advance Money.
